Room was very clean. It had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The location to Zion Park is great-just a short walk down the block to catch the free local bus that takes you to the park. If you choose to walk to the park from the hotel, it’s only 1 mile. Breakfast is included. It is a bagged breakfast with a bagel or breakfast sandwich, yogurt, muffin, and an apple-it was ok, not great. They also served coffee, tea, and juice. The staff at the front desk, Erin in particular, were very friendly and gave us lots of useful information about the park and local restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We were on the first floor and it was very easy for us to hear the people in the room above us moving around. Breakfast was just ok.

Set in a fantastic location with easy access to local shops; restaurants and the free and frequent shuttle buses to take you around the park. My husband and I were on a road trip visiting the National Parks and stayed for two nights. We found the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful and there was a wonderful selection of complimentary teas coffees and juices readily available in reception. Breakfast which guests collect from reception was also excellent. The family room was spacious with a large bedroom and very comfortable bed; good sized bathroom and lounge / kitchen. Plenty of towels were provided along with toiletries and efficient A/C system.

No spoons in the kitchen and only one ring was working on the cooker. You could hear noise from the adjacent rooms - partly due to the walls being thin. However it’s a great place to stay if you are visiting the park.

Room was very clean and I believe refurbished (tile floors with carpet around the 2 double beds (room 310), as the outside balcony had a few bad cracks along the seems of plywood under what I believe was like stucco material. Bathrooms in great shape, toilet flushed great, shower was hot right away and shower head was not clogged, lots of spray. The A/C worked well, maybe a little on the load side, but hey, it did the job! Coffee served at entrance actually was pretty good, the to go breakfast bags of food was a great idea to do for a day of hiking in the canyon.

Only stairs to get to the upper floors.

The location was ideal, close to the shuttle into Zion with so many meal choices nearby. The area felt very safe, so we took advantage of morning and evening walks. The coffee machine was a nice feature. The grab and go breakfast was not all that appealing, but each of us found something we wanted to eat.

The door to our room would not close easily so we could not lock the deadbolt. The door also did not seal completely so cold air could flow in. You could see daylight under and around the door. The sink in our room drained very slowly.

The location was very good, near the bus stop #5 and also near the market. The room had a good size, comfortable beds and a little kitchen with a good size freezer. Parking was free and we had a grab and go breakfast that could be taken the day before. Go to Oscar restaurant, it's the best in town!

The shower was not very good (not much water coming out).

We particularly liked the view from the walkway outside our room. However there were just a few benches on the length of the walkway - but there were a number of rooms opening off it. It would have been a good idea for chairs to be provided on the walkway for each room. The location was close to restaurants and the very good supermarket - and also to the shuttle stop for the park. Some minor maintenance issues were resolved quickly.

There was adequate room for parking on site - however there was no garden area - which we missed. There did not seem to be any other outside sitting areas apart from the walkway with the limitations mentioned above.

This motel was nestled right in the town of Springdale within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. It sits up on a small hill and has a nice view of the town and mountains. Coffee and juice were available in the lobby all day and although the breakfast was not traditional continental one, the food items were conveniently packed individually and placed in a paper lunch bag. There was a bagel, cream cheese, a muffin, yogurt and an apple. There was plenty enough for a light breakfast and snacks throughout the day while touring the canyon. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Location was great, we appreciated bringing able to leave our car there until early afternoon, the staff was great-especially the woman at the front desk in the morning.

The breakfast was really subpar. For the price we paid there should have been a good breakfast. Something like a string cheese or a boiled egg would have been nice if they just can’t manage a breakfast like other hotels do with a much lower room rate. Too many empty carbs in the breakfast. The higher rate is all for the location but the location really is terrific.

Continental style breakfast foods such as apples, bananas, muffins, and hard boiled eggs in a small paper bag with teas and coffees. Comfortable beds, nice big bathroom, parking near your door, early check-in, close to Zion Nat'l Park entrance, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Stacking, full size washer and dryer available, a nice deli/grocery store across the street to buy single detergent boxes and good soups, bread, and baked goods.

The location was great, close to Zion National Park and beautiful views. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, both upon check in and check out. I personally liked the grab and do breakfast idea since most people staying there want to spend as much time as possible in the park, I would just recommend that they put it out earlier than 7:30 AM.

Breakfast should be available earlier, since the first shuttle into the park leaves at 6:15 AM
