Overall this a a great hotel for ski and family. All amenities are good enough. The way of ski in and out is easy. Every thing Easy to use, and stay like home, relax, clean. Staffs are so great and helpful. Staffs Specially Jasmyn, Charles, Joe and Leith are very nice. Also a staff from New Zealand, can’t remember his name are very very nice, they are very warm and helpful, our family feel like back to where we really It's like returning to a very familiar environment. Thanks all staffs! I want to say The hotel staff is one of the main reasons why we would consider coming back again.

The carpet, looks not that nice, but of course the color is Relatively dirt-resistant.

The apartments are huge and really stylish and well equipped. Great ski in location. Straight to the ski lockers. Great on site restaurant and bar too. The personal service we received was exceptional. The GM, Mirko Corbella greeted us on arrival and Mandy and her team were very attentive and helpful. Isaac drive us up to the gondola and helped us with our skis and boards. Milly helped with restaurant bookings, and we were driven there, and picked up. The on site ski rental shop also provided excellent service.

The location and the facilities. It was such a well appointed hotel. Being able to rent your equipment and ski in and out of the hotel to the ski lifts was fantastic. Equally being able to ski in and put your gear into a dry room locker and have an onsen and sauna after a hard day on the slopes was so relaxing.. Rooms were great. Concierge and front desk staff were so very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant staff at breakfast standing around chatting to one another with uncleared tables and having to waiting up to 20 minutes for a long black and 40 for fried eggs was abit average.

The staff went above and beyond for us, they were incredible there. Spacious rooms. Beautiful and cosy interiors. Great location - close to family. Onsen was very nice. Lockers provided for snow gear which was extremely helpful. The kitchenette was PERFECT for us and made our stay more homely as we were able to make our own meals (may need a bigger fridge though as the fridge provided was smaller than an average size bar fridge - but we made do)

The breakfast was not great - they were out of a lot of items and weren’t able to accommodate to my gluten intolerance even though the menu said the option to accommodate was there. There was also a female waitress who I can only assume was maybe the manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming at every visit for breakfast, she made us feel very uncomfortable and when you pay extremely high rates you expect nothing but quality service which we didn’t receive.

Super nice, spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms. The staff was willing to give you rides everywhere at all times. That was great.

Breakfast is super limited and by order only, no fruits. It’s fine if you are there two or three days but any more than that I would not like it. The swimming pool is for decoration, it supposed to be heated but even in spring water was cold, you can’t really use it.

The staff helped us a lot during the stay and made our trip very comfortable. The onsen area (inside and outside) and sauna were very great for relaxing after skiing. The hotel is walking distance to the main street and you can ski-in to the hotel from the slope.

Actually nothing. We would have liked a Japanese breakfast option in the restaurant. Otherwise, the food was great.

The room was immaculate, and very spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen it was great! Also to have an ice fridge! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the hotel manager. We brought a toddler and they were lovely with her.

Breakfast was well below average.

A couple of young “bad apples” among the front desk should be trained to reach “above average” standard. Good customer service does not use term “there should be”. There is only a term - “I will check it out for you, sir.”… …and allways with a smile… not with an Australian youngster “I couldn’t care less” face.

Property served NO meals during my stay in early April. After much negotiation, property upgraded my room, which was good.

Communication about its only restaurant being closed came too late for me to book another hotel with eating outlets.

Excellent overall, breakfast was great and portions are big. Location is right where you want it to be, access to pretty much everything at the Hirafu Center

Not much to dislike really, if the onsen have a more open air view, that be excellent…..
