The manager could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. He checked us in quickly, took care of our luggage, and showed us to our room. The room was clean, well organized, and had room for storage. The bathroom was bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Parking was cheap and just very short distance away. The manager also provided a map and circled things we may have wanted to see. He provided an excellent recommendation for dinner. The location was excellent- close to shops, restaurants, a bakery, a laundry, and local sites. We enjoyed this hotel and location so much that we stayed an extra day in Inverness.

Nothing- it was the perfect place for us

The location was ideal for the Eden Court Theatre. The staff were very friendly at check-in and stored my lactose-free milk in the fridge over the weekend. There were plenty of gluten-free options available at breakfast, a pleasant surprise.

The shower head wouldn't stay standing up, so it was very hard for me to shower. The only eggs available at breakfast were fried, which I couldn't have because I'm not supposed to eat runny yolks at the moment for health reasons. Eggs are my favourite part of the breakfast, so this was a little disappointing. The bed was a little uncomfortable.

We recently stayed at Ardross Glencairn to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. Due to a last-minute cancellation, we were graciously upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making our special occasion even more memorable. To top it off, we were also treated to a complimentary breakfast each morning of our stay. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. We highly recommend Ardross Glencairn to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful getaway. We look forward to returning in the future!

Always lovely in this set of houses, staff are helpful and friendly, rooms adequately warm especially for this time of year

Just managed to stay one night of intended prebooked four nights - deliberately didn't use early cancellation refund button as I thought I'd definitely be through at this address, but how wrong can one be? Thought I'd save the extra £4 for organizing this and then two days before Arrival, found that I was unable to be there as expected. Obv not accommodations fault!

The location was perfect, easy level walk into Inverness, Cathedral at end of the road on the banks of the River Ness. The property is a fine handsome building, very well kept, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms modern.

When I was looking for somewhere to stay I filtered with parking, it was only when the booking was made that we realised parking was on street payable by meter from 10am until 5pm but with a 3 hour maximum stay, which is an issue should you wish to spend the day exploring Inverness, which you can easily do on foot from the properties location

Lassie at reception was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was adequately cozy on a freezing night. So many places I've been to this year have almost half of the duvet pointlessly tucked under the foot-end of the mattress, which requires a massive manoeuvre to cover oneself! To No. 17, Ardross Glencairn's credit, the duvet was big enough to cover the bed adequately and wasn't tucked in!

The rooms to the back of the buildings lack noise proofing

Room was a small double en suite, single occupied and as such it was just fine. Comfortable bed, room to move around, spacious shower-room, good shower. Excellent breakfast included. Check-in was excellent, friendly - even lent me a phone charger when I forgot mine. Location is excellent - quiet street, near River Ness, near city centre/pubs/music venues etc. Good on-street parking - free overnight and Sundays all day. Easy access to main roads North and North-West.

Amazing location and building. The staff (especially Wayne) were exceptional and very kind, going above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay here again (the free room size upgrade considering our length of stay was a big plus too!!)

while completely insignificant in the grand scheme of the stay… we decided to pop on the secondary mini heater to keep the room extra cosy while the main heater switched off in the wee hours of night; plus the bathroom’s fan emitted a strange smell when being used unnecessarily - easy to fix by simply turning it off when not needed though.

A good location to the waterfront and a nice neighborhood. If you are catching a tour, it is a great place to be because a lot of the tour buses picked up by Saint Andrew's Church on that block. It was a great value and close to the downtown far enough that way to give you privacy. Especially liked the full and twin bed combo room. Gentlemen at front desk was exceptional and friendly.

Older building, so floors and walls could be a little noisy. Breakfast got the job done.

The staff were brilliant and the room was spotless. Great shower, thick fluffy towels. The self-service buffet-style breakfast was also fabulous - including yummy veggie sausages on request and lots of 'free from' choices for those with dietary needs. So much choice it was hard to decide what to have! There was a problem with the TV in my room, which I discovered not long after entering - but the manager at reception was brilliant and immediately moved me to a different (bigger) room. Can't fault the place.

The ONLY thing that could be slightly improved was the cups provided in the rooms are teacups and would be much better if they were mugs like those in the breakfast room. A very minor point!
