The room was ok, the location was quite good 5-10 minutes walk to the station

I usually ask for a receipt to be printed off for my expenses, when I got to the hotel the guy who let me in was a Chinese man but didn't speak any English, I started to ask him about the receipt and he pointed at his phone to gesture speak into his phone which had a translation app to tell him what I was asking, his reply was no, I thought it was quite funny as I have a Welsh accent I didn't think it was that bad not for him to understand me lol

The whole feel of the Studio which had everything you might need eg hairdryer, iron, fridge etc. The decor was nice, with a Scottish/Inverness theme without being too much It had enough furniture without feeling cluttered

The shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold intermittently which made it very difficult to shower and especially wash and rinse shampoo and conditioner The fridge had perhaps been overlooked for a wipe-down inside of it at some point

Fantastic little place, very clean and tidy, close to everything you need in Inverness and will stay again.

Woken up at around 23.00 with the guests in the next room shouting and behaving like teenage boys at a camp. Guests from below also had something to do with them, and were up and down the stairs, knocking on their doors, giggling and carrying on. They continued to bang around, shout and scream, watching football at high volume until around 0130, not good when you have an early start for work the next day.

My mum and I stayed in a twin room overnight. Although the room has a sink, it does have the bathroom outside the room which we didn't think was a problem. The bathroom is clearly labelled with our room number so that other guests wouldn't use it. Besides, they have their own bathroom ensuite in their rooms. Strengths: - HUGE room sizes! By far the biggest room we've had on our short tour of the Highlands. - CLEAN environment! Everything felt spotless and welcoming. - PROVISIONS provided! There were small shampoo and shower gel bottles, teas, coffees etc. - BREAKFAST included! Breakfast is a semi-buffet. You need to sign-up for what you would like cooked the following morning (eggs, bacon, sausages) and then in the morning they also provide a choice of cereals, toast and jams. There is coffee/tea too and juice. - CATER TO NEEDS! I am vegan and I messaged them ahead of time to ask if they could provide a slightly different breakfast for my dietary needs. They went out of their way to me, which shows they really, truly care about their guests! I was provided with some avocados and berries alongside the toast/cereal options I could access. I did bring my own milk but that's okay! - KIND STAFF! The housekeeper is a Chinese man from Dongbei! He is super kind and will go out of his way to help you! He has very limited English so just be patient with him! I happen to have a degree in Mandarin so I was able to speak with him but mostly he will rely on a translator to talk to you! Just bare with him! - LOCATION! It's so close to downtown Inverness, literally just a 10 min walk so you won't need to rely on transportation. Some restaurants are nearby and you get to walk over a bridge that moves a little bit, which we found kind of exciting!

Nothing 😍

Good accommodation in a central location. Brilliant communication with James in advance of arrival. We were able to leave bags in our room well before the normal check-in time which allowed us to head out to a football match without luggage. Clean room which had everything we needed for a 1 night stay.

Really close to the centre, the bedroom is nice and comfortable

The shower was a bit funny. It was not easy to get the right temperature, it would go from extra hot to extra cold.

The room was clean with a nice en-suite, we liked the decor and the bed was comfortable , it had free parking at the rear which was a bonus and the owners were very friendly.

The continental breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, more choice of meats and cheeses perhaps or maybe boiled eggs , cake? or even hot food like a Scottish breakfast.

The housekeeper was extremely accommodating considering we didn’t get in until after midnight due to delayed flights. He let us leave our luggage there in the morning for a couple of hours.

Our allocated room with an ensuite had been taken but there was a spare room downstairs - just had to go upstairs to use the bathroom.

Good location, just what we were looking for.

Very hard communication but was clean and tidy. Ensuite was a bit tired but all worked. Continental breakfast was only Options and I like a cooked breakfast.

Easy parking in the back and self check-in. Room 9 was a little bungalow with living-room and kitchen, perfect for us. Close to city. Unfortunately we just stayed 1 night.

Everything was fine, only few cutlery.
