The apartments are in a great location, quiet, right on the beachfront and the centre of the main strip was just a 15 minute stroll away. The apartment was basic but has everything you need and is very spacious. The beds were very comfy! The pool area was very quiet and well kept, plenty of sun beds available. We had a ground floor apartment and our terrace was a stones throw away from the pool. The reception is not 24 hours but we were sent simple instructions to access our key on arrival and had no issues at all.

The only downside would be no air con in the apartment. It was manageable but may be uncomfortable in the height of summer.

Tucked away behind a discreet gate on the bustling main strip lies a true hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The location was ideal - just a stone's throw away from all the action, yet secluded enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the luxurious shower that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. And let's not forget about the beds - they were so comfortable that we slept like babies. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We would have loved to stay longer however the apartments were fully booked.

Excellent location, very central to most of the amenities of Puerto del Carmen, right on the promenade. Basic but clean, small complex with secure gated entry, pool and even laundry facilities. Excellent.

The shower pressure was not great and if hiring a car, parking on the promenade is really luck of the draw, so you may be parked a couple of streets away. These factors would definitely not put me off staying there again however. Other factors such as location and the spacious apartments with sun almost all day long can make up for it.

The place is central to everything, beach just across the road

There were ants, miskitos everywhere. Also the parasols kept flying out of the stand by the wind one even hit my husband on his arm, thank god it didn't hit a child, the parasols holders were not the right ones they were to big for them causing the parsol to move

Very clean, fantastic location across from the beach. Quiet location. Check in was very quick and early which was good for us as a family.

Swimming pool was cold for December, should be heated as unable to use. Gate was left open during the day which then people from the pub outside the apartments would use the toilets. Needs to be locked at all times.

I loved the location, it was so central and close to everything - shops, nightlife, beach, and public transport, and how it was only a €4 taxi ride away from the shopping mall

I wish there was dish soap and other cleaning supplies readily available as we had to go out and buy a bottle of dish soap, and only ended up using a tiny bit. It would be great for all guests if it was just left there in the apartment or available upon request.

The location cannot be beaten and access is simple and secure. The strip is literally 5 steps from the entrance and if that is to much for you you will find a bar the moment you open the gate anyway. What more could you ask for?

It would be nice if there was a bar of soap thrown in or some shower gel etc, but I guess not having these extras keeps the cost down

Very central , lovely big apartments , equipped with everything you could want . and nice pool area . Staff very friendly and helpful. Being able to leave our luggage at reception was a bonus as our flight wasn't until the evening .

There was nothing to dislike . My friend found it difficult to sleep as mattress too firm , but thats just personal choice.

Very central location about 25 min walk from the old town but in the middle of the strip. However not overly loud at bight just a background hum. Lovely friendly staff.

Only issue I had was the towels on the sun loungers 24/7. They never moved and some hardly sat on..

Central location, really nice sun loungers around the pool and not hogged by towels. Apartments big and clean and balconies are lovely.

Would be a good idea to have a vending machine or sell water etc as its a bit of a walk from supermarket and little shop if your elderly or have walking difficulties would be a struggle.
