Could do with more sunbeds at pool area.

people were putting towels on sun beds before 7am and leaving them there all day no one could use the sun beds and no one was stopping people from putting towels down. there needs to be a rule in place it isn’t fair. this was the worst place I’ve stayed for this people were very selfish a lot of us didn’t get to go to the pool once because there were beds covered in towels but hardly any people

I loved the location, round the corner from the strip, everything is on your doorstep. Very handy supermarket through glass door by pool. Heated pool was great too.

Last day there was a very noisy couple through the wall! Not the hotels fault. But it did let the stay down for us slightly

The location was amazing. I have stayed in various hotels and apartments in Puerto del Carmen. This was by far the best location with plenty of restaurants, bars close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Access to hyperdino via steps next to the pool which was very convenient.

Sunlounger situation was similar to other places I have stayed where towels are put out really early in the morning or in some cases late in the evening. I don't mind that too much if there are plenty of beds however there were days where there seemed to be a shortage and what was most annoying was that sometimes people would leave beds unattended for hrs at a time maybe whilst shopping etc. I know this is hard to manage so I don't blame the employees for this.

All of the staff were so kid friendly. The duvets and beds were comfy. Rooms were big. Lots of space. We could see the pool from our balcony. The air con worked. The kitchen was perfect and spotless. The pools were cleaned everyday and hoovered. And the whole place was manicured. Oh and the access to supermarket through the pool.

The bathroom was a little worn and the shower needed the grout cleaned or could do with an update. That's all. Oh and would have liked extra pillows but I didn't request them to be fair and they probably would have obliged.

Pool and pool bar very good. Perfect location close to the seafront, bars and restaurants. . Size of the apartment was excellent. Close proximity to the supermarket. Large fridge is a bonus. Reception is staffed 24 hours.

We had to have maintenance in twice to fix the toilet flush (should have been done properly the first time). Saucepan handle a bit wobbly. Some of the repairs could have been done more neatly. The bottom of the bathroom door was broken and splintered. Needs repairing/replacing.

Near perfect holiday/room (112) except for mobility issues and hot water issues but didn’t complain

The only issue was we were allocated room 112 for our 20 night stay I requested on booking (Through e-mails) a near reception area due too mobility issues so we had to negotiate winding paths and steps for the duration there were other mobility customers in our area but they all had mobility scooters because there would be no room for them around lower area pool ext 😏

Location, no hills to climb. Easy off main strip but quiet. Apartment 2 bed great sun terrace. Nice pools Excellent cleaning service every other day Nice reception area and staff Easy Access to a huge supermarket next door ask how to get there.

Beds are a bit firm but manageable There were just 4 sets of everything in 2 apartment with bed settee which in theory makes 5. We managed. No reading light in living area - just harsh overhead lights in Kitchenette and living area

Had a fantastic stay, the grounds are kept very clean. Nice pool area and very good staff at reception. Good facilities.

Wasn't cleaned very well. Floors were not mopped all week. Toilet wasn't cleaned. I did it myself, but I always do anyway, wherever I go. One downside is no English TV channels. My dad came with me and is 85 so if we had been out all day he wanted to relax and watch a bit of TV especially with it being Christmas. So that was not good.

We couldn’t have found a nicer hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. The location was perfect for us. Tucked away behind the bustle of the main strip, but everything you could need is accessible. The supermarket underneath was so handy! Hired a car for getting around and easily found parking spots nearby. The bus was equally accessible on the front. The beach is a few minutes walk along the promenade.

The only thing I’d have preferred would be to have no/quieter music around the pool. I’d have enjoyed the peace.
