One of the greatest I've ever stayed at, felt like home since the moment I entered the room. Located at the heart of the old town, close to everything by easily walking around. The room was clean, spacious, the brick walls gave it a cozy unique atmosphere which made the stay a pleasure. One more interesting fact about the room which I think is worth mentioning: it was extremely quiet! There were loud pubs on the narrow street, I didn't hear a single sound in my room. Deadly silence. The shower was nice and clean. The staff was kind and helped with any question. I would definitely come back and recommend!

The only disadvantage I could find was the shower door was a bit broken, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of old town. Boban was a great host, and went the extra mile to make it a perfect stay. The bed was very comfortable too.

Nothing. Everything was great. Maybe the property should just mention that to get to the top floor, and to move up and down, the stairs are very narrow and winding (not a problem for us as we had small luggage, but for someone with a bigger and heavier suitcase it could be a problem).

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of everything. I loved the medieval charm of the room. Despite being in an older building, the interior is modern, with a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and good lighting. It was also very clean. Communication, as well as the check-in and check-out process, was smooth and efficient.

The boiler was too small, so there wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower. Additionally, there's a hostel next door, and as we were on the first floor, it was almost impossible to sleep before 11pm due to the noise from the street and the hostel parties. The windows don’t provide much sound insulation, so you can hear everything.

Good location in Kotor historic town, a short walk from the bus station and easy to find. I was given a quiet room at the back and fortunately could only just hear the very noisy building works in an adjacent property. WiFi good. Shower good. A stand for your luggage. The old stone building was an attractive place to be and sensibly there was a dehumidifier in the room to manage any damp. Good communication with staff before I arrived - I was sent self check-in information because staffing cover would be limited.

The room was quite small and there was limited space to put your things.

The property is clean, the room smells clean and the bed is comfortable. I think the property is new or newly renovated. the interior and the color of the room. There is also a communal kitchen /pantry just outside our room which is free to use by the guest. They also have a gift souvenir shop downstairs. The property is centrally located. It’s near the 2 gates, bus stop and many restaurants nearby. The staff who are nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing!

Newly renovated with rugs, etc that gave it a classy Victorian feel. Beds were comfortable ( we were a group of seniors). We loved being right inside the old town. Price was very good at 80€ per night ( spring 2024). We ate outside the walls where it was cheaper, but ate breakfast in the small communal room. Really recommend this place.

We needed a bath towel rack in the bathroom. A luggage stand would have been appreciated. The sofa was deep for us, but managed fine with 2 cushions behind us.

Very easy to find from bus station. Location right in the heart of the old walled city. I was able to get some small items of laundry done by the Guesthouse.

No servicing of room whilst there. No cupboard facilities for hanging up clothes, the fridge and storage of food is to be labelled and to be put in a general refrigerator situated down below in a designated kitchen area where facilities are available to prepare your own meals.

Great location in the old town and easy to walk to from the bus station. The room was very nice and in general quiet, bed was comfortable and the staff were accommodating and had my room ready even though I arrived early.

Everything was good, however there are a lot of stairs to get up to the room so must be able to comfortably walk up and down the stairs. However the staff did kindly offer to help carry my bag up to the room.

We had a fabulous stay at Antika Guesthouse Nikola and the staff were amazing - we tried to stay longer at the last minute but couldn’t, and were very helpful finding us an alternative at the last minute. We could speak highly enough of the staff. Perfect location. In the heart of Old Town Kotor - great restaurants and bars with plenty to see and do. I can happily recommend the comfortable rooms which have everything you require

The location was great, on the quiet side of old town, handy to reach from the Southern gate. The personnel was very friendly and attending, all our needs were met. The room was quiet, clean and cool, with a bit of historical touch and details. Good shower and affordable laundry service. Nice restaurants around the corner, good recommendations from the team. A short distance to cathedral and entrance to the castle. Great antique shop and youthful bars further down the street (out of sight and sound).

We really did not have much to complain, I was able to even make some work calls via internet from the room. Check-in and check-out timings depend on the room availability. Would warmly welcome the place to couples and solo travellers.
