Placed in the center of the city, it's close to all points of interest. The rooms are nice and clean, although, depending on your reservation, they might not be the best. A special mention to the breakfast crew, which are the nicest people.

Although the property advertises parking, there is no parking option available. Public parking is usually full all the time in the area, and the property is on a steep hill with a small alley which doesn't let you stop the car even for dropping the luggage. The property is built from wood, and the ceilings and floors are creaky, also the noise isolation is lacking. You can loudly hear people walking in the room above or on the stairs. The bathroom fan is also exceptionally loud.

Perfect location for exploring Brasov. Lovely big ensuite rooms with old-beamed, high-ceiling roof on the upper floor. Beds comfortable and big. Chocolates left on the pillows. Dressing gowns and slippers available and a mini bar. Breakfast served by the waitress in a light garden room. Delicious breakfast! Friendly staff.

Taxis can't access the property easily so you need to walk up a steep hill to get to it. Steep steps up to it so not easy with heavy suitcases. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

What a great villa hotel, one night in heaven. Central brasov, full of parking places (not free but ok price). Clean and big rooms, with all the facilities as described and better than any other hotel. And Breakfast? Its the best here. You feel like a king/queen with a serviced meals. They bring you to the table first the reach fruits salad with yogurt, then a plate with eggs, cheese salmon, cappucino. The service is excelent. Sorry forgot the names of the waiter and the chef!! They was great. Love you. And thanks a lot.

Nothing........ maybe for adults who have a difficulty in the legs there was no elevators. And for breakfast should go on wood upstairs. But its good for squats and sports :)

The breakfast was excellent and the service by Diana was amazing. She was very warm and plesant along with the rest of the staff. The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The lack of a lift was a challenge but we did get assistance from the friendly staff to move our luggage at check in and check out

Really great breakfast, and we ate twice at the associated restaurant (two blocks away), which was outstanding. We stayed in Room 1, and our friends were in Room 4. Our room was very good, but had a wet bathroom and got afternoon solar heating. Room 4 had a lip on the shower and wasn’t as warm. Staff were very helpful, and the location was great.

the hotel is in the middle of old town. walking distances to every attraction in the old town. I really congratulate the management. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. excellent breakfast, very fresh, tasty, well prepared and presentable. it is not open buffet which is very good. they serve the foods in order, yogurt- fresh fruit, cheese, omelette, cake,croissant, coffee,tea etc.. thanks to chefs.

The staff very helpful, attentive and friendly. The location is great and the house is faboulous. The views from the breakfast salon were amazing.

The only thing that bothered a bit was the noise, we could hear a lot - from outside or other rooms - with the windows closed, especially in the rooms on the first floor. It didnt affect the sleep though, once you fell asleep.

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. They helped with the luggage, directed me around, helped me find a parking spot. Also, the room was great. Very clean, very spacious. The included breakfast was also as good as it could get. the food was fresh, and everybody around was friendly.

They don't have their own parking, but they pay for public parking during your stay. That makes it sometimes harder to find a parking spot, but there are plenty, since you are near the centre.

The villa is located in a quite area, close enough to the city old center, a maximum 10 min walk, and far enough from the bustling areas. The breakfast was excellent and consistent, adapted to the guests' requirements (including a vegan menu), the staff very attentive to the needs of the customers. Beautiful view from the location's terrace, where breakfast is served, most of it covered with glass and partially in the open air.

The location walking distance to old town, across the road from bus stops, Bus 4 from train station & Bus 20 to Poiana Brasov stop there. A nice view from breakfast room. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, everything so fresh, lovely presentation. The staff were very pleasant, special mention to Sebastian & the 2 chefs.
