Close to St. Pancras Station for taking Eurostar early in the morning.

For this high price when comparing with other hotels of similar standard, it is unexpected that there is no offer of kettle for preparing tea and coffee in the room. The size of the room is also too small.

It was a great location, with a coffee shop (Costa Coffee) and a Co-Op (convenience store) across the street, and close to the train station, and walking distance to a little mall with a nice movie theater. The wood was small, but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had a nice view of the city. Room has tech controlled air conditioner/ heater unit, lights, and do not disturb feature, which was cool: Tv has local and some movie channels, and is linked to YouTube. Room cleaning is every third day, unless you request it more often. There is free coffee and tea for guests in the lobby. And a breakfast is served as well (for 13.99 a day, unless you book directly, and then it’s free). Staff was friendly and helpful- check-in is done at an automated kiosk, but staff is there to help if needed. Elevators are small, but we fit 2 people and 4 suitcases in fine. They also offer luggage storage for 3 pounds a bag, which was very convenient.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, and there was no table to have meals at, but we made it work and it wasn’t a big deal.

Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful and helped us both with our miss of not booking breakfast and helped us get a cab that took us to the airport later when we left as well. Great options for the breakfast menu, not too crowded either and we had at least 3-4 different vegan options, including a croissant and different sausages. The cost VS the location is really what has brought me back here. It's hard to find something this good for this money, but this hotel hits just that spot.

Some of the staff was quite the opposite of the other and seemed quite distant if not slightly irritated. It's a bit sad there was such a difference of how we were approached depending on who we spoke to, at least there was good staff as well as mentioned below.

Location was convenient since it’s near Kings Cross Station. The room decor and furnishings seemed modern and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fulfilling and there are variety of pastries, yoghurt, egg, fruits, drinks, etc. Also there are 2 Coffee machines available at the lobby 24/7 which will cater to a coffee drinker’s taste bud from cappuccino, espresso, latte, etc which is the reason why there is no coffee tray in the rooms. The Staff are friendly, accommodating, and helpful particularly Muhammad and Rashid and living up to the Hotel’s motto of “small hotel with a big heart “. The hotel applies a self-check in system.

The hotel has a policy of every 3days housekeeping and change of beddings. I hope it will change to at least every other day since the bins in the rooms are small for daily waste especially if 2 people are occupying the room.

It’s my second time staying in this hotel, and I still think it’s a great option if you’re on a budget. It’s on walking distance from both St Pancras and Kings Cross which is incredibly useful when coming into London from an airport and at walking distance from both buses and metro station that will take you quickly into the centre. I stayed in a room without a window, and even though small, it was very modern and a great value for its price. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast doesn’t have hot options like bacon or eggs, but everything provided was very tasty and fresh.

I have stayed in many hotels across Europe, and never have I been charged for holding my bags in the hotel after check out. I have also been at other Point A hotels across the UK and have never been charged as well. Just thought it was very unnecessary as this is usually a complementary service.

The hotel stuff is very kind and helpful all the time. We had an issues in our bathroom drain being slow and they immediately offered an alternative room. We wanted to stay in our room and they were able to get maintenance shortly. They were helpful with any question we had. The location is great, very easy to walk to the central London areas and access anywhere further with metro and bus.

We had a huge problem before we went to the accommodation. There was a security breach between booking.com and the hotel and there was a charge for the accommodation fee by the scammer. It took us 18hours on the phone to get compensation from booking.com. However, during this process, the hotel stuff was able to hold our reservation, they replied swiftly to our mails and made us assured that we can still enjoy our holiday. Overall, my recommendation is to book this accommodation through their own page, where you can also get a free breakfast.

Stayed here twice now, both for work in the area. It's my go-to when I need to stay in London, it's a short walk along a main road from King's Cross - perfect for late arrivals. Great for single person stays, no tea/coffee in the room but there are free hot drinks in the foyer. The rooms are basic but no fuss and fit my needs. Price is fair for your own bathroom and breakfast. Staff are always lovely and the breakfast options were good.

Bathroom did have an unpleasant drain smell when I first arrived but it didn't come into the main room and had disappeared in the morning, presumably when everyone was showering.

The assisted self check in made checking in quick. The twin room was clean, and the bed was perfect--not too hard and not too soft. If you have a ton of luggage this is probably not your best bet because there's really nowhere for it. But if you travel light you should be good to go. Location close to St Pancras/kings cross was perfect as we came back on the eurostar. Used luggage hero at the hostel nearby and there's a co-op store and The Water Rats just down the street for food.

The bathroom door is frosted so you can see in somewhat. Not my preference traveling with my son, but not a deal breaker. We would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and quiet, location was great, very close to the main station and close to take the tubes into the city center. Nice atmosphere, bar seemed cozy, checkin/out went very smoothly. Price/quality very good.

Room was quite small, there was an annoying green light in the room that kept us partly awake during the night. Breakfast was okay, but rather expensive for the assortiment (eg no ham/cheese/... to put on the bread). They charged 3 pounds per bag for storage, which I find quite ridiculous when you have paid for a room.

The hotel has as policy of every 3 days housekeeping & change of beddings. I hope it will be change of at least every other day. Because 3-4 days housekeeping will ensure a large and overflowing mess and garbage since the bins are small.
