The location, just a few hundred metres from King's Cross Station, was excellent, we could see the hotel from the train station and easily walk there with our suitcases. It was near dozens of shops, restaurants, pubs and major tourist attractions such as the British Museum. The hop-on, hop-off bus service stop was close by and it is in a very vibrant neighbourhood, where we felt safe to walk in the evening. It is an older building, with no lift and our room was small, but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and we had a view of a lovely little park across the street. It also had a small bar fridge, kettle and tea/coffee, and a TV.
The room was very small and the staircase and corridors were narrow but this seems to be typical of small, older hotels like this in city centre areas and it really wasn't an issue for us.

Property was excellent location stones throw from King’s Cross but still quiet. Room was small but just enough room for me and my daughter. Nice and clean, towels changed and bed made everyday. Had a ground floor room so view wasn’t great but we weren’t in the room for the view! Was a mini fridge which was a bonus too. Great stay would deffo stay again.
No air con but we managed with having the window open full and closing the curtains so sun didn’t blast in. Bed was rather small for a double and my daughter did fall out of it but she is used to a huge bed so rolled over thinking she was at home lol.

Great location, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to Kings Cross Underground to use metro to visit major attractions. There is also the Piccadilly metro line direct to Heathrow airport. Bus stops for Stansted airport (National Express) and the various hop on hop off buses close by on Midland Road. Rooms were comfortable and clean with TV, mini fridge and hot water kettle. They will also store your luggage if you ask. Helpful staff.
Three floors with some steep stairs, no lift.

It was a good location near train & underground station, the staff were friendly,it wasn't an issue. The room was fine, what I expected, nice ensuite shower, I particularly liked that I could leave my luggage after checking out, so I could do other stuff in London without carrying my bag around.
There was no breakfast but it was mentioned on the website, so I didn't expect it. It was a bit expensive for what it was, unfortunately in the current climate its hard to get a good deal, but location wise it was worth it for me.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of Euston, King's Cross and St Pancras train stations. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and tidy, staff cleaned the room every day and replenish the tea and coffee facilities. Great value for money and one of the cheapest hotels with your own private bathroom.
Lack of pillows. We were supplied with 2 pillows, 1 each and they were wafer thin. So had to fold them up a couple of times

nice location, luggage facility, and calm. I left my luggage for the day before the train. It was amazingly situated !! literally opposite side of the train station. can't remember hearing any noise ? even from my neighbours or the square accord the street. great for an overnight stay
the sink in my room was very dirty (dried noodles on the side) but the rest was nice ! I had trouble getting my luggage up but that's just on me, I had 2 suitcases, 25 kg each ahah that's the only negative side

Location was great. Very quiet. Nothing flash but clean & beds were comfy. All you need for a decent enough price
WiFi was rubbish, possibly because the family room was at basement level. When asking to leave luggage on our last day, there was no space in their luggage room so we had to leave in one of the hallways behind reception. I asked if it would be safe & was told they don't keep an eye on who takes luggage anyway but that it was a free service so we couldn't expect them to check who takes what. If you offer a service, it should at least be something you can manage.

The location of European hotel is incredible. Everything is quite near (Underground, groceries, coffeeshops and places to get some food) The room we had was small, but cozy and clean. The blond receptionist was really kind and helpful. Also people for housekeeping were kind and pleasant.
The small bed for two people, with just one matress was unconfortable for two. When one moved, the other person felt it and woke up. Also the noise and cold from outside were unpleasant.

Value for money for such a central location easy walking distance main stations and British Museum. Ensuite room, kettle and with the bonus of a little fridge. Opposite a green space too which was nice to have that view of the trees on the park. I'd definitely book again if I come to London again.
Could be a bit noisy outside in the early mornings, but it is central London so got to expect that.

Location is perfect, very close to the station, staff really friendly. Stay was comfortable, warm spacious shower, small bathroom and total floor space, but to be expected for the cost. Usual coffee tray supplied, with more than enough for one night stay.
One hand towel, one pillow provided, would have preferred a bath towel and two pillows, but was too tired to request, so no feedback on whether they could have been supplied. Only soap, no mini shower gel provided, which is unusual these days.
