Great location in Argyle Street. Within easy walking distance of Kings Cross Station, and a lot of things I like within 30 minutes walk such as Book Shops and the British Museum! Local amenities were good, such as food and entertainment. Better Shower than the Premiere Inn I stayed in on the previous night, and actually looked like it was decorated and furnished better!

I was on the 3rd floor (top floor), my room didn't have air conditioning, and the window was bolted shut... so I was sweltering in the heat.

The hotel was the perfect starting point for your London adventures. Located opposite King’s Cross St. Pancras Station, it had the best accessibility to the Underground system with various lines throughout the city. The single room was perfectly clean and utterly cozy, offering a lovely space to come back to after your exploration of the city. The bathroom seemed to be new and in tip-top shape. The room and the accompanying bathroom were the cleanest I’ve ever had. The staff is lovely and incredibly helpful.

The only point I would bring up is that room 011 on the ground floor isn’t for someone with a light sleep. Especially in the mornings and evenings, you hear the swinging door next to the room opening and closing repeatedly. While it didn’t bother me in the slightest, I can imagine it could wake light sleepers.

Great location near underground. Few Steps from groceries, fast foods and coffee shops. Room was small, but we use it just for sleeping, so IT wasnt so Bad for us. More inportant for us was, that the Room was clean, warm, and the private bathroom, towels changed every day, cleaned every day. Thank you and we will choose it also for our next trips to London. Chiara and Monika

A little bit noisy, sometimes I thought, that our neighbours from the upper rooms were horses from Buckingham palace, but this is not the hotels fault.

Comfy bed and very clean room and new, clean bathroom and shower. Love the location across from Argyle Square. I got lucky and had a window overlooking the Square. It's never really loud in this area and it's so close to Kings Cross. The staff is very accommodating and polite. Cleaning crew nice. I didn't try the breakfast as I usually don't eat til lunch. This was my second time staying in these budget hotels and I liked this one better than the last although it was a bit more expensive. This is great if you want to be out exploring all day and have a clean and comfortable room at night. 11am check out is fair.

The room was tiny, but that was okay. It was only for sleeping and bathing. I would have liked the option for an hour later check out. Even if I had to pay 5 quid. No big deal though.

For a three night stay this ticked all our boxes. Although not the biggest rooms, the beds were super comfortable, there was multiple working plugs, a kettle in the room, the shower was lovely and the room was cleaned and towels replaced everyday. The staff were lovely and there was a 24 hour reception. There's also breakfast on offer though we didn't go for this. Location wise it was perfect if you're needing to use Kings Cross underground and the train station at both Kings Cross + St Pancreas (a 2 minute walk way) or London Euston (7 minute walk away). There's also a few restaurants around which we found helpful for ordering food on the evenings we weren't eating out.

Although it wasn't a problem for us the rooms aren't the biggest and there isn't any storage space for bags or to hang clothes up (though there are hooks) so take this into account if you're travelling with suitcases and/or needing to hang your clothes up. I'd also say the wi-fi isn't the strongest in the rooms so bare this in mind if you're needing to use it for anything other than a doom scroll before or after bed!

Close to St. Pancras and Euston stations. The room and bathroom are clean. Check-out at 11 am. Tea making facilities available in the room. The breakfast was ok.

My room was on the 3rd floor and I had to use quite steep stairs - while for me it was fine, if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this can be challenging. The room was tiny, like of a ferry cabin size, but it is ok for one night, if you are there just to sleep. Price - 100+ pounds for a single room in late October - but that's London...

I've stayed at hotels in this area dozens of times due to the proximity to the station, and this hotel had by far the nicest room I've booked for the price range. The internet connection was great, the building was clean, there was a private bathroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Brill, will most likely return.

There's no lift and I had two suitcases with me, one of which was very bulky, and it was a bit of a struggle getting them up 3 flights of narrow stairs. It's not a huge deal or an unusual situation for this price range but it was the only negative I encountered.

The place is a very strategic point. The room is perfect for a short stay, since there's not much room for many suitcases but enough for a couple of hand luggage. The bathroom is huge and completely renewed, equipped with a modern and big shower. I loved it! The bed is comfortable. The staff is quiet even when they start cleaning the rooms and you're still sleeping, you don't realise they're there despite the small hallway. The room is equipped with two mugs and a small kettle, tea bags and instant coffee , they clean and replace the mugs and spoon when cleaning the room. You are also equipped with a hairdryer and a small hunger for the coats.

The structure is clean but it's overall dusty, partially probably because they're renovating too. The bed has only one side table. The bathroom is not equipped with hooks close to the sink where to hang towels, but it did have one on the door for the big ones. The shower towels are a bit tiny and so is the sink. There is no elevator, and very narrow stairs so if you're planning to go with huge luggage, it may be tricky. There is no safe box in the room and the closet is very small, it consists of two hangers and a couple of tiny drawers.

Superb location with its proximity to the station. Nice single room layout. I liked how the sink is actually in the room itself opposite the bed. Bed was comfortable enough and nice diverse spread regarding the continental breakfast.

This didn't concern me personally, but as disclosed there is no lift for people who might need to use one. Also, whilst not a major issue for me, there was no chair inside the room, so to use laptop on the desk I had to use my knees on the floor.
