Room was as described. Bathroom / shower s very small. An adult barely fits. But, from what we noticed it’s kind of normal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. That was the best part of the staying. The airport is not too far as well.

Public transportation was said not too far, however if you don’t know the area and don’t want to bother with public train/bus, taxi is the only other option. And from the airport taxis don’t want to go to that zone. Also, when reserved a taxi back to airport price is $30 euros minimum and some. When an Uber is only $6-9 € .. but if you travel with toddlers they won’t take you.. that was a nightmare.

Honestly nothing. People are forgetting that in Spain people are leaving more relax. If you planning to order a taxi or use Uber or other service or expect to wait 30 min if you order in reception as its normal across Spain

Location is great. It is a nice area close to the metro with good food in the area. I have stayed in this area many times. My first at this Hostal but it will now be my to go to place. The staff are very nice. Clean and quiet room.

The convenience of the location, as I had an early flight in the morning and I was literally 10 mins from the airport by metro. There are 2 metro stops to the airport and this hotel is right in between, 7 mins walking distance to the metro and 2 mins journey on the train. The accommodation is decent for the money, a bit outdated, however it's got its basics, plus a shared fridge and microwave, which are always very useful.

The staff was okay, not the best customer care I've ever seen. They were polite, just a bit unengaged.

Great for a night going to or from Madrid airport. It's one stop on the T4 train and a ten minute walk. Room was clean. Beds were pretty good. Small local area, small grocery store and a market on Saturday morning.

Close to both the airport and 10 minute walk from the Metro to Madrid. Good value for money, comfortable beds and clean.

I was welcomed extremely friendly and the room was nice and cosy and the shower wonderful hot. I was woken up at 2 in the night like i wished and the taxi i ordered at 3 was waiting to catch my flight. I felt at home, taken care of and d being helped with everything i needed. Also the area is nice with many small shops and little restaurants. A special thank you for the nice reception.

I did not like, that i could not stay longer

It was very convenient for us to get the flight the following day. Everything in general was more than adequate, the parking space, the bedrooms, the host etc.

Yes, I've seen complaints that the hotel is "run down" but it's not, really. It's just an old building in a charming local neighborhood. The people at the desk don't speak any English because why should they?

Location is close to Barajas Airport. Friendly staff. Good value for the money. Nice street and area.

Could be a bit more modern, but not a big problem.
