The breakfast was good, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the housekeeping was awsome. The complimentary appetizers and treats were A nice surprise to celebrate our 50 th.

I expected the inn to be right on the water, hence, “waterfront” . It’s on the opposite side of the street and you have to look over buildings to see the water.

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been . We moved an ottoman to sit on sofa and there were pistachio shells from a previous occupant on the floor . We were told we could order dinner at the bar even though there was a party going to in the restaurant. We wait 10 minutes for service at the bar , then I went to ask the bartender for a menu , he was extremely rude and nasty , and said we couldn’t get food there . Not a great start to our vacation. We went to the desk and told them and they said of course you can get food here , but after the rude attitude of the bartender, we went elsewhere. We really expected more from a Hilton Garden .

Location is excellent. The hotel is located right across from the Wharf and my kids loved to watch the boats/ferry come in. A super large cruise ship came in and my kids were fascinated watching the docking process from our room window. They were able to take selfies using their ipads with the cruise ship in the background. On the adult side...loved having a hotel with a restaurant that does breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Always nice to have a bar in the hotel for when the kids finally head to bed. The heated pool, which is open super early!!! was an added treat for kids that like to wake up too early when travelling.

In suite bathroom did not have a fan/vent. When travelling with the family and eating out, a bathroom with a vent/fan is very good thing lol.

Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9 am every morning, and very few of them spoke enough English to understand us. We asked one woman to give us 10 more minutes and she said okay. Then she pushed a card under our door that said, “Sorry we missed you.” Our room was never cleaned that day, though we left the room when we told her we would early that morning. Also, why does the bar not serve drinks until 5:00 pm each day? We ended up going somewhere else every day for cocktails, as they were not open until 5:00. Someone else got our cocktail $$ for four days in a row.

The simple check-in and check-out, cleanliness of the room, bedding, and towels. The availability of breakfast and dinner from 6am to 9:30pm and the great staff. The pantry next to the front desk was well stocked with snacks and drinks. Finally, the location was great for shopping, sightseeing, and sailing tours.

For foreign visitors like ourselves, there's no phone in the room where we can call the Front Desk for assistance or Room Service. Also, luckily, we brought all our toiletries as only soap, body cleanser, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. There's not even a pencil or paper to write on.

Staff was friendly, courteous and professional.

Being charged for parking when it was advertised that parking was included with room and then charged for a day I did not have a car as I had returned my rental car!

Location was awesome. Loved the option to have a room with two queen beds plus a sofa bed- great for my family of 4+ grandpa

Overpriced. Pool was under maintenance for a chunk of time during our stay. It took forever for the elevator to be free, lots of people traffic. It would be nice if this hotel had a Takeaway/Starbucks counter like other Hilton Garden Inn’s. This only had a sit down restaurant. I’d also recommend that the store pantry carry small milk containers for children.

The entire staff at the hotel were amazing. Everyone I spoke with was truly helpful and seemed to be genuinely happy to be of service. I've worked in customer facing jobs and of course interacted with many people in such roles and the staff at this hotel all seemed to like their job and be passionate about helping guest, not just going through the motions. I will highly recommend this hotel based on the staff.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. The room was nice and clean. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel so I can't speak on that.

we loved the hotel and felt that the price we got from You, Booking.com, was unfair— mnearly twice what other sites mentioned. my bad for going with you, based on past experience of good value; I will not use you again but WOULD return to this hotel. the staff, especially Stephanie Moore, were kind when I expressed dismay about our bill and the fact that we did not receive a fixed room rate. She said that their price was exactly what we had contracted with you but distributed variably across our three nights. as I said, I feel that Booking. com gave us a poor price but it’s obviously my fault that I took your price.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Provided a pack and play for our 8 month old.

Mix up with booking. We had removed a day from our trip and it was not communicated to the hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating to resolve this issue (with proof of emails and booking CS conversation), but it made the check in process awkward.
