Perfect cleanliness of the room - daily cleaning, sufficient equipment. Perfect location - everything within walking distance (culture, restaurants, subway, etc.). It is the absolute center, so right next to the hotel a large number of people and noise, but that is to be expected in the center. The hotel is quiet.

I would have expected more from the breakfast buffet. For example, no fruit or yogurts were available for 3 days during a week's stay. However, if it's just a question of putting something in the stomach in the morning, then there is always something to be found. But insufficient for a 4-star hotel.

The location was perfect for some of the first time visitors in our group. We were right in the heart of Times Square.

Customer service was awesome. The staff spoke to you every morning. Alexandra and Lakeia were “AWESOME” and very down-to-earth. Those two ladies are the best. Breakfast was amazing, the room was great, and I will book again!

location 10/10 you go out and are a few steps away from times quere, you can come back and relax during the day. Very large, comfortable bed, clean, bed linen changed every day. Free snacks, water and coffee at the reception. Helpful and nice service except for Jason from the dining room who was very rude and had no respect for customers, he was stuck up all the time! the rest of the service was fantastic

breakfast, apart from waffles and good coffee, was not good but you could eat enough. The windows in the hotel were so dirty that you couldn't see anything.

The female at the front desk was outstanding.

Good location, near Times Square. Not too far from the metro to travel out further. Buffet breakfast was good overall. Stored our suitcases before we could check in allowing us to freely check out the city that afternoon.

For breakfast they put out hard green unripe bananas that by the following day looked like no one had touched. Seems people wanted riper bananas like I do. The shower door kept sliding open, so had to use towel draped over the top to keep it shut. Why hadn't the room cleaners informed the hotel of this issue. Having to pay $50 per night incident deposit, although refunded, wasn't aware of this before hand. Following two hotels didn't do it.

Location is superb! Times Square is literally right around the corner. TONS of food options close by. Room reminded me of a cruise ship suite. Cozy but not tiny. Bathroom was a little bigger than what you’d see on a cruise. Bed was comfy.

Lots of street noise and you could hear any hallway noise as well. Also, the AC in our room made an annoying whirring noise the whole time. Finally, the hot water in the shower was hit and miss. Very nice when it worked but I was really disappointed to take a very cold shower the morning we left.

Location is excellent, walking distance to anything and everything in Times Square and across the street or around the block to a series of Broadway productions. Breakfast is fantastic, full breakfast at that. This definitely cuts down on costs of buying breakfasts in the city. Lastly, convenient location to subway. One would think that ambient noise from Times Square might be an issue, that is not the case. Other than a few sirens here and there, noise and traffic from Times Square was not a concern.

The beds are rather hard, but not unbearable. It's NYC, so if you're not tired enough to easily fall asleep, then you didn't walk enough around town :)

Great location! It was next door to the broadway show we watched and a few steps to Times Square and transit stations.

Very limited space and not soundproof. If travelling alone and just staying a night or 2, it might be enough. But for 2 people with 4 luggages total, it was tight. Sink in the washroom was small with no countertop space around it. We could hear a bit of noise from outside the building (we're on the 16th fl), but we sure could hear the elevators and people walking/talking on the hallway outside the room.

The location was amazing - absolutely incredible for a Times Square/theater district stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected at this price point. Overall, I thought the hotel was a great value.

The walls were thin and the room could be noisy. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. The room was bigger than expected but the bathroom was tiny and laid out inconveniently, so that I always felt cramped in there.
