Right on Times Square. This is exciting in one sense, and if you’re into Times Square, you’ll love this place! The hotel is brand new, so fashionable, clean and modern. Very nice staff. The beds were amazing. Super comfortable with a huge TV. We were upgraded to the ball drop room which was nice.
I actually would have preferred not to stay right in Times Square. TS is the type of place I’d like to see once and never again. It’s busy, dirty, loud etc. the entrance to the hotel is currently under scaffolding, and is smelly. I would have preferred a hotel with more of a proper entrance on the bottom floor. Rather, the foyer is on the 11th floor. Which is cool in a sense… but just different. also, they have good blinds but it’s impossible to block out all the lights from the square. So our room was brighter than I would have liked while sleeping.

Staff were very attentive and would always try to find a solution to any issue, without giving up.
The bar area could have been much better. There was a lack of atmosphere and lack of windows did not help. The breakfast was disappointing, especially when cooked breakfast options were served in a burger bun rather than with toast. There was little interest in using the bar/restaurant area for breakfast but being in New York that is to some degree understandable.

Staff were friendly and kind. John was so hospitable! The room on the 44th floor was very nice. When I had to print a letter I had for Oprah, staff were quick at responding to helping me. They checked in everyday to ask me how my mom and I were doing. As a Hilton member this is the way all hotels should run.
I did not like that the rooms had no Microwave, that was a big inconvenience. I also did not like that the shades needed some fixing with the automatic machine. It didn’t always work well.

Great, friendly, helpful and smiling staff, beautiful new furnishings in the room and throughout the hotel, which had only been open a few days prior to our arrival, modern tech amenities (wireless chargers, bluetooth mirror, remote control curtains, etc), view of part of Times square.

Nice new well appointed room. I particularly like the many electrical sockets in room, especially by the bedsides and on the desk.
No amenities like cotton buds, slippers, and more importantly bottled water.

Everything! It's a brand-new hotel and everything is quite modern with lots of automatic features, like the drapes, the bathroom mirror has a Bluetooth speaker, it has wireless charging, etc
The Valet parking is quite disorganized and the wait times are considerable!

The hotel is clean and modern with up to date technology.
The rooms are very small and air conditioning was very loud. You can also hear people in the hallways and in other rooms. Not very good sound proofing.
