Location Room comfort

Internet joke Look, I understand hotels thinking they can charge more. I also know it’s better to charge a “resort” fee than a room rate increase. At least I didn’t have to pay sales tax. Please give me something like decent internet which I understand is the only benefit of the fee. Internet service for $35 a day is bad when it does not work.

Location, the room, the friendly staff and their helpness

The soap, the curtains were broken and hard to open and close, bed wasn't done properly after the 2nd day ( under sheets were left same as they were from night before. Phone was broken, needed it replaced. Otherwise wonderful

Rudness of locals plus some staff members poor mismanagement when it comes on check points as we try to get back to the hotel just not well order I will suggest try to work it out better with local authorities etc....just bad image of the place in all sense I will never go back to that city

Perfect location in Times Square, within walking distance of everything in Times Square & Theatre district. Great room. Couldn't hear neighbors or anyone above us. Very comfortable beds, loved the pillows and bed linens. Big Bathroom; outstanding shower. Blackout curtains. Great A/C. Fast elevators. Great view.

There is occasional street noise (sirens) that you can hear from room but mostly quiet enough. Didn't go the the coffee counter or the restaurant, but they are there. Everything in the area is expensive but lots of choices. Very busy hotel; long line to check-in but worth the wait.

The best location ever. Times square hop skip and jump. Big bus tours stars and ends from here . All major attractions walking/subway distance. Great room, very clean, big bathrooms. Special mention Front office Lady * Evelyn* - She was too good unlike other new yorker staff. Look out for her during check ins

I think we being not used to New yorker attitude found them to be un-welcoming,rude to a point and on your face types, Being in hospitality industry the attitude should be more open and welcoming. Except for EVELYN the lady at front office. Do look out for her during check ins. She was very nice, helpful. Belongs to hospitality industry.

restaurant was closed. was impossible to reach anyone at the desk before our arrival. Shower in one of our rooms had cold water only. Was surface clean but if you look in corners and ceiling it’s dirty. Expensive for so many issues.

The location is really good! The rooms were clean and very quiet. Very easily accessible using the subway. Getting there from Airport was really easy and fast, we took the Q70 shuttle from La Guardia to a main subway station and then the E subway line. It took about 45 minutes total to get there and we paid only $2.75.

We had a bad experience with some of the front desk personnel. One lady, in particular, was not very friendly, she was rude when we asked for bottled water in our rooms. The AC didn't work when we arrived and they sent a technician right away, but by the 3rd night the AC was broken again and they never sent anyone to fix it. But the technician they sent the first night, was super friendly and he apologized for the inconvenience of not having the AC.

The room was comfortable and enough spacious for us. The bed was very good, the cleanness of the room was, and there was always staff offered to make the room during the mornings until midday, so it was easy to find time to free the room for them. The location is good if you are looking for the noise of the Broadway Av. I think that for first-time visitors, it's a good choice, but if you are looking for a non-tourist lifestyle, you may want to choose other options.

The Wi-Fi was an open network, so it's certainly not safe, I think this can be a huge improvement for the hotel with not much inversion. The other thing that came to my mind was that my couple requested a kettle and the staff never provided us with one, so we had to buy it. Last but not least, do not expect a quiet room, I mean, the hotel is on Broadway Av, so there'll be a lot of noise, from the pedestrians and also police, firemen, and ambulances.

Old property. The computer system was down when we asked about the early check-in. Everything was old, especially bathtub. We couldn’t bathe our young children in it.
