The rooms were exceptionally clean, the mattress was comfortable, the renovations were done very well. The Uber driver had a difficult time finding it because of the name change no reflected on the maps... that cost me a lot more we searched for the hotel. The address given also conflicted with Google Maps... which the driver was using... I used a different map to help him find the correct location.

Everything inside the hotel was great... including the staff. The second day, I was offered a full breakfast (free with the room) but had to head to the airport... so had to decline. The only negative was the STRONG exception of the location... nothing to eat within walking distance... and the walk was in a filthy area... and crossing with the lights, walk sign, etc., was still hairy. Had I not been VERY careful, I would have been hit three times as I used four different cross walks in my attempt to find a place to eat (gave up on that). The one restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was newly renovated and looked nice but after seeing the menu... I ended up skipping lunch... not that it wouldn't hurt me to miss a meal or two.

We stayed in an updated room and we were very happy with it! The updates were well done and gave it a fun, modern vibe. The rooms were a great size and we loved the oversized "kitchenette" which was perfect for packing lunches to explore all Salt Lake City and Utah has to offer. There's an off leash dog park right across the street which was very nice to let our dog out in the morning and before bed. There were a number of breweries/pubs with dog friendly patios within walking distance to grab a quick bite and a drink after a long day hiking/biking/trail running.

The hotel is right off the highway so there can be quite a bit of traffic. We were disappointed that the pool and hottub were closed for renovation while we were there but if they are done as well as the rest of the motel it will be worth it!

Comfortable beds , more choices for breakfast stuff to eat , it was clean looking and plenty of outlets to charge ur electronics ! The only thing I would recommend is that ladies if on monthly bring your own blanket under you so u protect there Linen cuz there whole bedding is white ,but I'm also type that brings my own blankets and pillows too so I sleep on top of there stuff

Not enough soap or toilet paper and white bedding ( white bedding g gets dirty so quick , I get it make it look clean and crisp and I really hoping the maids do strip the beds down and put new linen on b4 the next guest )

Location was so perfect for us—-easy access to the freeway and everywhere we needed to go!Wonderful breakfast—-lots of options!Totally remodeled rooms, hallways, and eating area—-like staying in a new hotel! Clean bathroom, comfortable mattress (not an easy thing to find in a hotel), wonderful staff (shout out to Lydia for the great food and clean eating area)! Terrific value! Definitely would stay there again!

If you want a pool, it’s not available right now. It wasn’t important to us, especially when everything else was great!

Front desk employee on duty @ 7 p.m. night I checked in was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The woman taking care of breakfast was amazing. The potato’s were out, and she advised she was cooking more at the time, and made sure to inform me when she brought out a fresh batch. I wanted a quick on-off interstate location. This was very convenient. There was some traffic noise overnight, but is to be expected. Would stay again.

Sink plug kept slipping down and plugged sink causing water backup. Eventually removed plug altogether.

Nicest Comfort Inn ever stayed. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. The room was nicely updated and put a lot of thoughts (like incorporating night lights in the switch and shelf to charge cell phone).

Following are the reasons I did not rate a perfect 10. Could not use internet-went on continuous loop. Need to remove metal bed frame. Every time you move, made loud creaking noises. Luckily, we had earplugs. If not, would have been a sleepless night.

Very good hotel, renewed and clean on back building, new room very good shower i approved 100% room with a lot of technology and very smart i love it

Staff on morning when i go do check out watching netflix and He didn't even look at my face to take the card because he was too busy watching a series with a man with a beard and white hair wearing colorful bracelets and necklaces. Not professional, but its ok.

Absolutely loved the breakfast that they offered. They offered hash browns which I don't see very often whenever I stay at a hotel and they offer breakfast. Beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious.

Shower didn't look that clean

The facility was outstanding. It was clean and the staff was helpful in every way. The new owners have gone above and beyond to remodel the whole hotel. The breakfast was the best. We will definitely stay there every time we are in Salt Lake and recommend it to others.

There was not one thing that we could complain about

We only stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room and placed fresh towels during the day after our 1st night, that hasn't happened in any other place we've stayed in a long while and was really appreciated. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold food. We will definitely spend time here again!
