Location. 3 blocks from main square and markets. Very clean. Had elevator which we needed. Relatively quiet for being in Centro.

Would have liked a refrigerator in the room (there was a communal area downstairs with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker). WiFi was a little wonky sometimes, but the hotel said it was a temp problem they were working on.

Helpful, friendly staff. Arranged my taxi with ease. Comfy room, clean and modern, socket near desk for laptop use, good large shower, clean modern communal kitchen area, near all central attractions. Great air con and WiFi.

All room windows look onto a huge communal patio, thus people gather there from 6am for tours and use it for drinks and socialising in eves. Thus huge amount of intrusive noise into bedrooms as patio also magnifies/echoes noise. Woken each morning by patio users and no chance of afternoon nap or lie in. Cleaners shout across patio from 8am. Ear plugs are needed here to relax/sleep due to noise. Foul smell from bathroom drains, had to keep bathroom door closed. Otherwise a good hotel.

It was a wonderful overnight stay.  The hotel is the perfect location - walking distance to 20 de Noviembre for food options, Benito Juarez for shopping and an ADO satellite kiosk to purchase your bus tickets, which avoids super long lines at the actual station.  The hotel is only 3 levels but has an elevator so that you don't have to lug your suitcase up flights of stairs - especially nice for seniors. It has a nice inner courtyard with umbrella tables for socializing and relaxing.  It has a shared kitchen with all the amenities one would need.  The service was especially pleasant, considerate, and homey, and the price was right! Everything was super good - clean and quiet with secure surroundings. The double room with a queen bed was a little small but completely modern and comfortable with everything that you need. The wonderfully appointed outside and shared spaces provided an excellent extension of the room and your experience. Great little boutique hotel!

Lay out of hotel was good. Front service desk - inner court yard - my room faced onto this. Good kitchen with hot and cold filtered water. Use of a fridge/freezer. Warm helpful staff at reception. Arranged for me to get my laundry done off site. Area was good but maybe not to everyone's taste. Not at the "cool" end of town more every day life end. Overall service very good including daily cleaning/housekeeping

This hotel was perfect for our family of four. It was a great location and super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything from letting us check in early to giving recommendations for restaurants to helping us book a taxi for an early departure. The room was spacious and the community space very comfortable. If we ever get to go back to Oaxaca we will definitely book here again.

The bed was a little hard for me but that's a personal preference and the rest of my family were perfectly comfy.

Great central location - easy to access by foot or by taxi. Close walking distance to the central square, and some great veg restaurants & cafes! Very clean and spacious room. Super comfy bed and pillows! Air conditioning was a treat. 24-hour access to drinkable water (hot, cold, or room temperature) and instant coffee or tea. Great, fast, steady wifi. Appreciated the simple workstation in the room. Hot water shower any time of day. Daily room cleaning. Window faces an open terrace/ courtyard, with the majority of the window frosted for privacy and to let natural light in. Upper part of window opens. I appreciated the fresh air, and the sounds of the birds. Very quiet at night and during the day. I slept well! I also loved the bright yellow exterior, and the splashes of colour throughout the building.

Basic but functioning hotel. Extra clean. Wifi was strong. Hot shower was OK. Bedding was great! Rooms have AC.

Walls and doors are so thin that the noise comes inside the room. Position is not the best and a bit far from the cafeteria (no breakfast service at the hotel). The hotel’s has a shared kitches with free water, but no knifes to cut fruit were available (despite our request).

Room itself was nice, great location close to city center. Lot of food and other utility options. Also the staff were gratious to allow an early 7am checkin and all round wonderful to deal with. The room service was always great and on point everyday.

The bathroom had a bad ordour. Had to keep the bathroom door shut all the time.

Great location, clean, large rooms, nice courtyard tucked away from the busy streets. We had a piñata for a friend celebrating a birthday, the staff helped us setting everything up in the courtyard and provided a bat, very good sports!

The shower was as strong as a powerwashing tool! But that was way better than the weak streams at some earlier hotels. At least it worked and got warm.

Hotel was clean & quiet - I had a room towards the back of the hotel on the second floor (out of 3 floors total). There is a water station on the first floor along with some instant coffee/tea options and a fridge. My room had an A/C and while the weather was pleasant during my visit, the room can get stuffy so its nice to have (there is a window, but it opens to the courtyard and the air is not the cleanest in the city). Hotel employees were kind & helpful whenever I needed something.

Really nothing at all - the only comment is while there's a fridge, there's no stove to do real cooking (but to cut some fruits or a bowl of cereal, etc its just fine).
