I spent my birthday weekend there and the staff was so helpful. I reached out to the property prior to my arrival date to ask to have the room decorated. Staff was quick to respond with yes. When I arrived the staff was so kind and they decorated the room so beautifully for me. They made me feel right at home and texted me everyday of the trip to ensure I had everything I needed. The room, pools, and property was very clean. When I posted pictures of the room I had a few friends want to book as well because of the views. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Small balcony

This was our second stay and certainly not our last. We love everything about the Hilton Melbourne Oceanfront. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, spacious rooms with beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach makes it our go to hotel for our summer vacations.

Only complaint I had this time was we didn’t get many wash cloths the whole time we were there.

I love the comfort in the room. The oceanfront view room was amazing. I loved the restaurant downstairs and the friendliness of all the staff. We left a sensitive item and the manger helped us to retrieve it after we left the hotel. He was so professional and we really appreciated that. It was our second time at the hotel and we will be back again and again!

Loved how close to the beach. Didn't like the road noise rather hear the waves. Not sure why the ocean front rooms don't have chairs on balcony. The tiki bar was closed they were working on it. The bed was so comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

We would have gotten a oceanfront room but they don't have chairs and we love to sit and relax outside. We got a ocean view but the traffic noise was loud.

The room was clean and decent sized with a great view of the ocean and beach! The hotel itself was also very clean and quiet. The pool area was well kept and the beach was easy to access! The staff was very friendly and nice! We had absolutely no complaints about this hotel, especially for the price! Location was also a plus! It is pretty centrally located on the A1A and easy to get to any nearby destinations and the highway!

The ONLY thing that I was a little surprised about was how small the balcony off of the room was. it is not large enough to sit on, standing room only. But it was still a plus considering nearby hotels are a more expensive room and only have a window view!

The property was was very clean. The bar and the pool was great. The staff was Great!

I didn’t like the fact of how much money we paid but couldn’t get a beach chair or umbrella without having to pay for them as well. We didn’t have air conditioner for almost 2 days. We did get two free drinks from the bar but I felt like we could’ve been treated a little bit more since the weather was in the upper 80s during this time. I realize things happen out of their control but we did pay a lot of money to stay here.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. I love that my room has a straight view of the ocean, as well as a short distance to the beach with no hassle of setting up for the day.

I didn't like that I have to pay for parking, as well as the cost to park my car, and with drinks, is quite expensive. Also, with the layout of the hotel was interesting. There is only one elevator to each building as well with there being only one. With it facing the front desk it is hard to walk when the floors are wet and there's no other elevator to the rooms. It may be seen has a hazard.

I liked being able to see the beach even though it was a side view and not full ocean front . The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

I dnd't like that my room was a side view of the beach and not an oceanfront. i would have had to pay more for the oceanfront. I didnt realize there was a difference until i got to the front desk to check in. So I had a half city view and the passing cars were kind of loud.

I loved the view it was exceptional. Very clean and decorated lovely.

The breakfast served didn't agree with me. Also there was a alarm or something ringing for an hour while I waited for my ride to the airport. Apparently during my stay a pipe burst and water was pouring from the ceiling of lobby so I had to go around the hotel to access the ATM.

You can’t beat the location! The front desk employees were fast and efficient. The room was comfortable and spacious.

I wasn’t informed of the parking fee until I got my bill after checking out. It was only $16, so not mad about it, but would have been good to have a heads up there was a fee.
