Sea Scape Motel is a hidden gem. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There is a private beach area where everyone congregates and enjoys one another’s company or you can go back to your room and have plenty of privacy and quiet. There’s a list in the room of the Staff’s favorite restaurants to choose from. It’s close to lots of shopping and restaurants and just minutes away from historic downtown Melbourne where there are plenty of shops to explore. There’s a Publix less than a mile from the motel where we bought groceries and took back to our motel to cook many of our own meals. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better but all in all our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful view. Ocean front suite is the way to go. Safe welcoming environment and friendly regulars. (I promise no creepers.) (That we knew of.) The lounge area by the beach was perfect. Celebrated my birthday with the girls and we definitely weren’t quiet but front desk lady said we were sweet little angels. Just be respectful and courteous. Definitely fun place to make some memories!

The water machine on the fridge doesn’t work so definitely bring some water bottles if you don’t wanna drink the tap. Other than that tho we had a nice fridge and freezer (I’m picky on ice so we got our own bag) Also an oven and nice bathroom with big shower for after the beach. Not much to complain about really.

We loved this little motel, quite retro and extremely inviting. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. We loved everything about the Sea Scape. You have a small garden area in front of the property with tables, chairs and an hammock which overlooks the beach, it also has its own beach access, couldn’t ask for anything more. They also have beach chairs, paddle boards etc that you can use on the beach. We will most definitely be back. Excellent value for money.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Cozy little bungalow community; great location right off the main road but set back enough that it doesn’t feel “busy”. Staff is wonderful, beds are comfortable and units are very clean. Beachfront property with very short path to beach: some units have beach view; comfy seating area overlooking beach. This is an older establishment but still very comfortable at extremely reasonable price.

Nothing…everything was great!

The location was spectacular! You're literally right on the beach with your own access. Out back they have a little area set up with tables and chairs and lounge chairs to relax. They provide so many things you really don't have to think about anything (plates, cups, silverware, coffee mugs, beach chairs, beach towels) We got one of the small rooms and it had a microwave, mini refrigerator and a toaster oven. So you can actually cook quite a few things. The staff is awesome! So welcoming and ready to provide anything they can. You're right in the middle of so many good local bars and restaurants, you'll have a hard time choosing where to go. We recommend The Monkey Bar for drinks - their pizza is awesome. Lous Blues is a great place for a night out or lunch on the beach- with a great view. You really can't beat this place for the price 😁

I really can't think of anything that would've made anything better. The bigger rooms have more accomodations if that's what you need. Like a full kitchen and a private bedroom.

Cozy little Bungalows. Our room had a corner window from which you could see the ocean, but it's not an expansive view. The walking area is nicely appointed and you are on the beach in 30 Seconds of walking down the boardwalk. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. We saw 3 sea turtles nesting in one night walking the beach 10- midnight (no lights allowed). The room has kitchen stuff for cooking and a coffee maker, a sofa and chair with TV and wifi. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use some attention to window caulk type finishes, but it was very very clean. Everything was in fact. I checked for dust in odd places and found none. For the money this little 500 Sq ft apartment was perfect. Also a sitting area outside by the beach and they had beach chairs and small boogie boards you could borrow as well. I thinknof this as a BnB without breakfast included vs a motel which carries an aire of lower classness. This doesn't feel like a 'motel'. zero complaints.

the motel is right on the beach . great location on a quite beach with a patio and tiki hut over looking the beach . i have been there for several stays and love the place. staff s so friendly and helpful. bed is super comfy..

the motel room is very tiny . so too crowded for a few days stay for us. older but clean and beachy . too many pictures on the walls for a small room and a bit to busy to look at . the neighbor in the room next door to us very load before and continuig well after midnight...woke me up .....then the next night tv in there very loud in the early am . next time we need a more private quite room.....

Was right on the beach side. Was a small place and a quiet place. All staff were very pleasant and friendly and made us feel very comfortable staying there. The room had everything we needed. They have chairs and towels to use for the beach so you don't need to bring or pack those to bring. The supply for coffee was really great. The room with this kitchen area is perfect for a couple would be all you need if you were to stay there for a vacation week. It's quaint and an older place, but updated some and everything was very clean and functional. Liked the cabana area if you need the shade if it's too hot and sunny. Was a nice relaxing place to stay. Would stay there again for sure. It was right up our alley. Our style of a place to stay on the beach. It's great for older people for them to get around the grounds and in and out of the room. I think many older adults would like this place. Any one that uses a walker to get around it was pretty accessible to walk to and from the beach area. Chairs were comfortable to sit in outside to look at the beach and listen to the waves.

No ice machine on property. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Not enough plug outlets. Had to unpluug toaster to be able to use to charge cell phones and hearing aids. All plugs in room were used up for other things needed for room. Need more outlets for use for guests.

Great little hotel, Tiki-style! Surrounded by concrete-block chain hotels, this is a little gem, a bit like fallen out of time. Small cabins, old-fashioned but very clean and with all you need, and with style. Two steps to the beach, good places to eat fish nearby. We loved it!

Nothing, really! Don’t expect up-to-date, fancy chic.. be prepared for a wonderful atmosphere

We were greeted by the owner who was just amazing! She had upgraded us to an efficiency because it was our anniversary and I wanted to see the sea turtles in the evening. Sea Scape is a little gem of a place right on the ocean with beautiful views. I found the beachy design inside our room to be very charming and there was a brand new 60 inch TV to catch local news. I like the eclectic and clean, friendly vibe of Sea Scape and of course, walking down the stairs to the beach was delightful! PS I did see a mama Sea Turtle. I was in awe!
