The staff was very kind and welcoming. They really do their best! Rooms are well equipped with coffee machines, and beds are comfy and clean! Pillows in various sizes and my room was quiet. I slept well during my stay, even as a light sleeper!

Although I notice housekeeping is really doing their best to keep everything clean, you might see some signs of usage in the room, which could be improved with a fresh layer of paint. However, giving the excellent value of the stay, it didn't bother me. I would stay again.

close to airport. very helpful guy at the front desk and he had good English as well. He had good suggestions for dining and saved me a bundle on return to airport the next morning via very convenient bus service. room was clean, wifi good, and bed comfortable.

no shuttle service. I booked this place knowing that, but as it was only a few miles from airport thought cab wouldn't cost much. Hah. 33 euros. turns out that there was very good, and very cheap, bus service I could have taken from airport to hotel. I'd advertise this on the site if I were them.

The accomodation was good and worth the money.

There was a fraud regarding the booking. The booking included 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, one room was booked with breakfast for 2 days for 3 people and the hotel denied the booking of the breakfast and denied to refund even after showing the proof. They also asked to pay city tax eventhough I paid it during my booking. Luckily I had screenshort of this particular payment. It's very unfortunate incident and spoiled our trip as we couldn't tolerate this kind of fraud behaviour just for little money. Please be careful during booking and take payment proofs of breakfast and citytax separately as this is not mentioned in your confirmation and the hotel together with booking.com can make those specific payment options disappear from your account as per their requirement.

We booked this hotel to escape fireworks for New Year’s celebrations and it was perfect. The location is in a business park, nearby Schiphol airport so it was quiet. The hotel is also well insulated! There were a few rogue fireworks nearby, and while we could hear a noise it was not scary for our pets at all. We will book again next year.

The hotel shows signs of use and age, but for the money I didn’t expect anything exceptional. I do wish there had been a bit more kitchen items - at least a fork or two. Luckily there is a nearby grocery to purchase anything we were missing.

The room was huge with a big bathroom. The hotel is 2 min walk from a bus line where a bus that goes to the airport comes every 15 minutes. It's a 10 minute ride and at the airport where many connections are possible. It is in a quite area. An business park actually but very quite and clean. Nice walking paths around.

The reception are and relaxing area are quite run down which doesn't give you a very good feeling when walking in. When I was there 1 of the elevators didn't work and the other one was very slow. Drinks are very overprices €5.50 for a can of beer from the vending machine and the bar charges the same for a bottle.

The room and facility were both clean and weloming.

You need to state in your literature that the shuttle stop is a 5-7 minute walk for the average person instead of boasting shuttle service! Shuttle service to the airport was one of the main criteria I used for selecting this hotel. My partner and I both have difficulty walking without walking aids. Consequently, we had to shell out $33 euros for a taxi to take us to the terminal - and the cab driver "had no change" so the taxi ended up costing me 50 euros! Also, it would be wonderful if washing mits or washcloths were provide in the bathrooms.

Good location, plenty of free parking ( in case the one in front is full, there is one available in the hotel basement, press the button to be let in ). Plenty of wall sockets in the room, so you are never away from one. Comfortable pillows. Room and bathroom are clean, looks fresh and welcoming. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the ones at the reception.

To get the Aircon working properly, ensure the curtains are drawn shut. The restaurant is open only for the breakfast. There is a bar on the ground floor open from afternoon to late night. For lunch / dinner, you have options to go to Aalsmeer or Schiphol.

A great hotel with great helpful people ! Everything was perfect that s why I give a perfect " 10" ! The receptionist named ISA was absolutely great ! She has a great passion for her job and a real dedication for the hotel brand. She was polite , very helpful with wonderful explanations regarding tourist places. Always smiling and showing respect , she has impacted us very much in the very positive way. She is ,indeed , a real great picture for the Amedia hotel. Congratulations Isa , congratulations Amedia ! Everything was perfect!

Free parking, a standard hotel close to the airport, suitable for travelers by car. The beds were rather firm, not too soft, which is positive. 24h reception. Large shower. The air-conditioning controls are easy to understand and you can set everything (not a central aircon). The planes taking off and landing can be heard, yet not to a disturbing extent.

The cleaning staff could pay more attention to detail, there were several places that could be cleaner (stains on a wall, curtains, furniture... if cleaned, the experience would be much more pleasant).
