We were not advised you needed room key to operate lift. It would be good to have a fridge in the room. There looked like there may have been a minibar, but it was empty and locked. There were no explanations of the facilities available or menus for restaurant in room.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! The shuttle bus comes very often to the airport, so I was quickly at the hotel. There are multiple receptionists and they are all very kind, so there is never a wait and they’re all helpful. We were very satisfied with the room and the facilities. The bath was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and even though it’s near the airport, we really liked the view. We also really enjoyed the fitness room; we mostly used the free weights like the dumbbells and kettlebells, and there were multiple cardio machines and a cable machine. It was very quiet and comfortable in the fitness room and it was well stocked with towels and cups for the water machine. I ended up having to extend my stay a few times because of troubles with moving in to my new apartment, but they were always very helpful and I felt that there was excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and if family visits, I would recommend staying here for them as well.

The air conditioning was a bit too dry for my boyfriend since he’s sensitive to AC. It was fine for me, though.

Never liked the idea that free shuttle has to be paid even though it is a small fee. This does not speak well for the hotel. Some people i spoke to were not happy about this. maybe you have reasons for this, but probably have to find alternatives that this could be paid by clients and not have to go the reception to pay for a shuttle ticket. This is not cool.

The standard room was very clean and spacious. Although I didn’t use all the facilities there was a mini fridge, safe, iron/ironing board, 3 telephones, a kettle, mugs, glasses and a good size tv in which I was able to cast my phone to. The king size bed that I stayed in was super comfortable.

No shops in walking distance. If you’re a night owl and you happen to be thirsty, the bar is unlikely to be open.

Convenient as an airport hotel, although it is about a ten minute drive (shuttle provided, from airport to hotel it's free, the other way around it's €5 per person). Business-style hotel, nothing special but ok for its purpose. We had a flight cancellation and needed to spontaneously add another night. Booked that via booking.com but the hotel did not have it on their system. Front desk staff (Alba) was excellent and looked into it and fixed it, no fuss. Room change was also handled nicely.

Price - both early booking as well as short-notice - seems a bit high for the location and overall amenities. Hotel bar is expensive. Desk staff the first night clearly had no interest in helping as we were told that no twin-room was available. That had to be a lie as early next morning there was no issue getting us into one, so...

I chose this hotel because the price was great, it was close to the airport, and we only needed to stay overnight in Amsterdam. First off, their shuttle was fantastic! (Free to hotel, $5 for return to airport.) They accommodated my scooter and helped greatly with my accessibility needs. I also stayed in their accessible room, which they allowed us to check in early after a 10-hour flight. The room was great the staff was helpful, and the hotel itself was immaculate. Also, the food they served in their restaurant was really good and priced fairly imo.

You have to go in knowing that the location is kind of in a business park/apartment area. Completely quiet, which is great, however there really isn't much of anything close to it in terms of restaurants and shopping. You would definitely need transportation/taxi to access those resources. Nevertheless, it wasn't an issue for us because the food there was excellent.

Recently stayed here at the Radisson hotel and everything went well. Location is about 8 mins from the airport with the free shuttle bus and the hotel room was nice and comfortable as well . The twin room was well appointed with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom as well . We were in Amsterdam to see the Moto Gp in Assen that weekend and this hotel was the best value by far , as everything in the city centre was extremely expensive. The shuttle bus is free from the airport but costs 5 euros back to the airport. No big deal as they have to cover their costs . The train from Central Station to Amsterdam center costs around 6 euros each way Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay there again

The facilities available were good. The shuttle bus ran every 15-30 minutes from the airport to the hotel which was very important for me as I didnt hire a car and relied on public transport especially the trains. The shuttle bus got me to the airport which also has a train station from where you could connect to any part of the city.

I arrived with three bags and because the hotel is self service I had to bring my own bags from the basement to the reception myself and also when I had to check out. There was no hotel staff or porter that could assist.

Considering I booked the room at 11pm due to a missed flight, then left again at 6am I had very little time here. The bar was nice and beer cold with some free nibbles upon arrival. Left too early for breakfast so can't comment. The shuttle bus was good and convenient to get to the airport in about 5-10 minutes. The room was ok but beginning to show its age, could possibly do with a revamp, but still ok for an overnight business stop.

I appreciate that I arrived very late but apart from some free nuts and crisps there was no way of getting anything to eat, even a sandwich.
