I didn't actually stay here, I booked the hotel room for family - there was some issues after they left. Management was extremely empathetic towards my situation and were extremely helpful in assisting me to rectify the problem. The management team and the cleaning team were all very nice and friendly and I, myself would stay at the hotel if I needed to in the future. I would like to thank management for their patience and friendly manner towards myself which made my experience with you a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend you guys. Thank you.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The price is really good value. Easy access and easy to find. The wi-fi worked really well and was a decent bandwidth, often I find I end up hotspotting my phone as the 'free wifi' at motels is so slow. Bathroom and room was very clean.

Bed was too soft for my liking, some would really like it though. Water pressure wasn't fantastic but didn't mean you couldn't have an adequate shower. Not so much a dislike but something to note, the room doors do lock when you shut them. It just doesn't seem that way as there's no lock or latch on the inside, just one of those oldschool chains you can latch.

A budget motel, reasonably priced, had everything I needed for a week's work in Bendigo. The location was great, I could walk to work and a nice cafe in the morning. The motel is a budget motel but it has everything you need - the room was large enough, bed comfy, wifi good (fast enough I could watch shows on my computer each night), shower hot and good pressure, I had no issues while staying there. Don't get me wrong, it is a basic motel but all I need is a good bed, wifi and shower - it had all those and close to town. For me, why pay extra bucks when this does me. I will stay here again on work trips to Bendigo. Oh and the heater worked which was good as it was cold in Bendigo.

The carpet could do with sprucing up but it's a budget motel.

very good value for money. Nicely refurbished room with king bed, settee and table and chairs. Close to CBD.

Wifi password was not readily available and staff member was not au fait with it. Keeping it in the room information folder would be a better option. Air conditioner remote control was finicky. Trying to adjust the temperature would shut the unit down, and restart was not a simple process - the on/off button didn't do the trick.

I thought the whole stay was great.The location was really good.I usually get a feeling about where I stay and this feeling was really good.Staff were friendly and welcoming and willing to help where needed.I’ll certainly be back when I next stay in Bendigo.

Next door neighbours were a little noisy but not a dealbreaker.The wifi was a little finicky to access but again not a dealbreaker when I got in I stayed in.

Location was good, room was clean and spacious, good Wi-Fi, parking was good, enough spaces for the units

Hot Water terrible, pressure terrible, couldn't have a decent shower, had to run water for quite a while for it to warm up and very hard to adjust shower pressure Visitors need to be informed not to park on the grounds as l had to wait until they left before l could park my car in my allocated spot

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the couch was large and comfortable, and the TV was good too, the separate switches for light and fan in the bathroom are great, especially late at night, the spa was nice (though a little smaller than hoped), the room was nicely furnished, the lighting and mirror in the bathroom is good, but given how deeply set the mirror is a shaving/makeup mirror would be a welcome addition. 😊

The bed's wheels weren't locked so the bed moved, the bedside tables lamps were fixed in place leaving less space for other items, the towels were a little small (plus sized people), the outer blanket on the bed and the carpet on the floor were a little stained. Nothing major, just minor tweaks that would make an already good stay excellent. 😊

Has It was easy going, is a excellent Location, right smack bang in the middle of town pretty much, but in a quite area just outside of the hustle and bustle of town. Supermarket and Takeaway food, Great Restaurant's, Capital Theatre, everything Bendigo has to offer all in a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance

Motel was a bit old but clean

Shampoo,conditioner and soap dispensers were leaking so shower floor was very slippery. Front door had big gap in it and was duct taped up. BBQ a d pool facilities poorly maintained. Saw man just splashing chlorine into pool. No checking pH levels or proper maintenance

Location very good for access to shopping and eateries. Rear entry/exit made for safer drive onto main road. Though reception closed, given phone contact number was quickly answered, re booking. Comfortable and homely accomodation.
