I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. I tried because of the really positive reviews, but it was really, really nice to get such a reasonable, comfortable, and clean stay that felt safe and had all necessary amenities for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The location is on the edge of sketchy, but the hotel itself felt safe and nice. We parked close to the door, and there was plenty of space to do so.

Jody, the woman who ran the breakfast area, was the best part of our stay. She was so pleasant and friendly! She kept the breakfast area extremely clean and the food was excellent. She was helpful with information about the area also. She is what made our stay excellent and what would make us return customers!! I hope you treat her well, because people like her are few and far between!!

There was a strong chemical smell in the hallways. I would assume from cleaning solution, so I can accept that! I wasn't sure looking at the website if there would be a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was, so you may want to update your amenity list.

It was nice that there was a fridge and microwave. It saved a bunch of money. Continental breakfast was great!!!! Thank you for having it super early too since I had to be at convention center at 7 a. m.

There were a bunch of drug induced people hanging around outside. I didn't feel unsafe but I was surprised how many there were and how zoned out they were... almost like zombies. It was very sad.

The woman who served breakfast was amazing! I am so sorry I cannot recall her name, but she was fantastic. Kind, funny, energetic and so very helpful.

Cost was a little high, but we were traveling during the hub of March madness.

Breakfast was wonderful, the lady running it did fantastic. Beds were comfy and I still say Sleep in has some of the best pillows.

Pool could have been open, currently being used as extra storage. And restaurant in front was closed down. Nothing else negative.

The guy at the front desk was very rude....and he debited ny card after I told him to run it as credit...he then yells at me ...and told me his mistake was a personal problem for me...I was ready to fight him

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. Jody is a wonderful host at breakfast, attentive and friendly. An asset to the hotel. Thank you.

The hotel is not in a nice area, but was convenient for a conference nearby.

The rooms were great! Breakfast just ok. Yogurt not restocked.

I did not like that they took advantage of a popular concert in town and increased the prices substantially.

it was clean and the bed was comfy. The location was great for where we were going. they did a good job when they refurbished the property.

the pool is listed on the website but there’s a sign that says permanently closed. they need to take it off the website

The staff is very friendly! They were able to change our room to give us 2 beds rather then one to share. The breakfast lady Jodi, is amazing!!! She remembered us from last year! She always has a smile and is over the top great at taking care of customers. The hotel is very clean, our room was perfect.
