Hotel was nice and was very convenient to the purpose of our trip. The amenities were nice and the workout room was exceptional.

About 3:00 am, I noticed the floor in our room was wet. Since the bathroom floor was dry, the water had to be coming from outside of our room. It had rained heavily the day before, so perhaps it was rainwater leaking through the roof, although nothing appeared to be dripping from the ceiling (we were on the top floor), or something overflowing in another room. We left later in the morning and the desk staff seemed genuinely concerned, which was nice.

The room was comfortable and adequate for my needs. The location was close to the campus where I was dropping off my son. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on recently. I got a really good night's rest. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped. The fridge and microwave in the room were really handy.

I couldn't raise the height of the desk chair so I had to use a pillow. The small table in the room was wobbly so I couldn't use it to work or eat. Generally quiet, but there was quite a lot of noise and bumping starting around 6am. This helped me get going a bit sooner than I would have, so it was okay.

The guy working at the front desk overnight, He was very welcoming and had a great personality at 12:30-1am in the morning. He definitely has my vote for employee of the year... and the holiday Inn was great clean comfortable and safe 👌 Definitely will stay here again Monica A. From the Bronx!!

Suit room, large living room and a bedroom. There are tv and bathrooms in both of the room. Redrigerator, microwave and cafee machine are available. Parking lot is sufficient. Hotel is closed to metro station and public transportation.

There is coffee machine in the room but they do not put coffee and cups daily.

The use of their van service was awesome. We got dropped off and picked up at mass transit into DC. The driver noticed our 3 yr old granddaughter had new Paw Patrol shoes. When we went down for breakfast the next morning he remembered us and turned Paw Patrol cartoon on the TV. That's customer service for every age. The front desk also had treats for her on Halloween. Nice touch to have foot scraper outside since it was raining.

The hide a bed was not comfortable but worked for a child.

From check in to check out staff were great. Stayed in suite and bed linen and bed were of highest quality. Breakfast good, for a motel. Don't expect a la carte, but some hot options along with the usual continental. Fresh fruit too, and coffee good. The whole premises was immaculate. Can't fault, one of the best motel stays ever, better than most 4 star hotels.

Location a bit out of town, but that's always the case when you're looking for a motel.

Love the location. The staff is extemely pleasant and accomodating. The facilities are clean. Love the breakfast. The price is good. My son is at UMD and I stay here frequently when visiting. It is usually my first choice in accomodations if available.

The hotel is very convenient for people going to visit or move into UMD-College Park. We were dropping our son off at college and stayed in a spacious suite that was very comfortable, had one full and one half bath. There was plenty of room to relax, with our son having his own room with a pullout sofabed and bathroom. There was also a Keurig to making your own in room coffee. The breakfast was very good, with a great choice of hot and cold foods, including really delicious biscuits and cinnamon buns. The concierge was very friendly at check in and helped me save money on my stay by enrolling for free in the IHG benefits program.

I have no complaints about our stay. This actually exceeded our expectations and plan to stay here again when we go to visit our son at UMD.

I enjoyed but don't like that you have to have deposit on card when paying some people as myself don't always have extra 100.00 on there card.

Again everyone including myself don't have extra 100.00 on card when checking in , this can be very upsetting

We rented a suite for the night, which was very spacious and comfortable. The shower is powerful and it was great having an extra bathroom for our son to use in the living area where he slept on a pullout couch.

They were doing work on the sidewalk in front of the hotel on the day we arrived, so pulling into and out of the lot wasn't easy. Otherwise, everything was great.
