I stayed for 3 nights with my grown-up daughter. Ideal location for the airport & getting the tram into the city - only about 6 stops. Right beside the bus station which we caught the coach back to the airport on our return for only €15 between us (30-Direct). 3 minute walk from the hotel to the tram stop & 1 stop on the tram for the train station. Great little hotel. All very pleasant with comfy beds & exceptionally clean. Would return for sure but highly recommend.
It's not the best of areas, to be honest. Despite the hotel being very nice, etc, the surroundings were a bit rundown. It does seem to be up & coming with regard to new buildings etc. That said, we didn't feel unsafe walking around, plenty of people milling around & a fantastic location.

All off the staff we encountered were fantastic. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and a meal in your restaurant which was incredible. You have some very incredible chefs on your team. All of the plates were so inventive and bursting with flavour- 5***** experience from the kitchen. The waitress who served us also clearly knew the menu well and was invested in seeing how our experience went. Super meal and service that exceeded our expectation 🤩 I would come back to eat again in a heartbeat.
Nit picking... but you could provide hand towels and a laundry basket in the fitness suite... a verry small detail we noticed.

Great location for the train station, quick (flat) 5 min walk into the back of the station. Also 5 mins from the tram station with regular trams into town. The area around the hotel looks a bit run down but it felt completely safe, just had slightly industrial/corporate vibes. Was perfect for a short stay with easy access to the train station for our onward journey. Very quiet area. Good wifi. Good shower.
Two minor things, we went in August so perhaps it's quiet season, the hotel restaurant only served a small menu in the bar. Still very good food but felt a bit like they were closing soon/not really open (note that was just the way it felt, the staff never made us feel rushed or anything, very very good service). Also as a Brit, there was no milk in the room, so tea and coffee had to be black. This really is a minor point that didn't make any impact to our stay, it was just a little odd!

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Wait staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Meal was very pleasing. Breakfast in the same room next morning was also very satisfactory. I have stayed here before and that's why I added this to our itinerary this year. Didn't disappoint. Members of my group were very happy with the location, staff, rooms and restaurant. It was a quick visit, but would recommend for a longer stay as well.
The lighting in the rooms could be brighter. Sheets rather than just a duvet would be good, too. Or a sheet option.

Great hotel with well appointed rooms of a decent size that ensured we weren't falling over each other! Comfy beds, effective air-con, enough clothes hanging space for our 4 day trip (not in a wardrobe -if you are a neat freak - I like planning my outfit from my bed!), great hot shower, a fridge and a safe (fixed to the fittings - I mention this cause last year I stayed in a hotel in Amsterdam where you could pick the safe up!). Oh and very quiet! The hotel offers a selection of mini toiletries you can pick from to minimise waste. Really great, help yourself breakfast including cooked offerings - bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, tomatoes and potato rosti. Cold meats, cereals, fruits and bread products. Fresh juices and hot beverages. I like a good hotel breakfast - this had it! The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the tram stop which is on one of the main lines and can take you into the touristy spots in 10-15 minutes or connect you, with one change, to the new airport line - cheap too. Buy a 24 hour pass for 5euros valid from the airport too.
As the hotel is close to the main train station the view from our room was not pretty - train-lines and undeveloped land but I suspect there will be more development in this area as I believe the local authority are pumping money into Bordeaux to improve the city. I'm never in my room for long, I prefer getting out so I'm not that interested in views from my bedroom window but there was never any exterior noise. Worth mentioning the hotel is close to the Belcier Tram stop, one after Gare Saint Jean in the Gare de Begles direction but it was quite a quiet couple of minutes walk with few people around, on our return late at night! Also don't try to walk from the Gare Saint Jean, get the tram.

Location is very convenient for those travelling by train (tip - use the Belcier Train Station exit instead of the main one). 2 trams can take you to the city center in around 15 min (as the city center is quite big, I didn't find taking the tram as the extra burden - it could take me to the exact spot I wanted). Breakfast was rather rich, with multiple options, good coffee and even small canneles. Room is very clean, new and shining. Windows when closed were sound proof - no train noise, despite my windows facing the road. A decent new 4-star hotel.
It was extremely hot in the room and at the 3rd floor's corridors. The cooling option of the air conditioner didn't work. After not being able to sleep one night, I spent the next evening and night with the open window. This helped (with the open window the temperature was just right) BUT because the hotel is facing the busy road and the railways, the noise and smells were rather bad. I am not convinced I would stay one more time at the hotel as badly regulated air conditioning is a deal breaker.

Excellent service, great staff: reception staff very welcoming and helpful, room staff went out of their way to be helpful and thorough. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Location: very close to major tram stop, therefore quick, cheap & easy to get to St Jean railway station and main city centre spots. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and recommend this hotel.

It was well located for the train station and only a short tram ride to the old town. Very good value for money. Clean, modern and comfortable. Safe. Good facilities (bar and restaurant). Nice breakfast.
The staff weren’t overly friendly. I was chased out of the bar area and told to sit in the reception because I wasn’t buying a drink. Given it was late in the evening and there was no one in the bar area, I think they should allow paying guests to make use of the sofas.

Very modern hotel with a nice bar and breakfast area . A little out of town but a short walk to the tram in a safe area made up for it. The trams come every few minutes and it’s minutes into the main city . Good room with a nice bathroom and decent view toward the railway station Parking very saf and only two shirt blocks from the hotel which was manned by very welcoming staff if you want a nice quiet and safe location this is the place for you
Nothing to dislike

Really well appointed room at a very competitive rate - but well below the normal rate. Modern with a nice bar/restaurant area. Beds comfortable. air con effective and a good shower and bathroom. Choice at breakfast was really good and the staff friendly. A short walk to the Tram stop at Belcier
The television was a waste of space - no good reception on any channel. even the hotel directory didn't work. Not sure about the catering arrangement - Reception told us the snack bar would be open but the bar staff were unsure so we went elsewhere. The hotel is on the quiet side of Gare St Jean and it should be pointed out (maybe I missed it) that the nearest tram stop (Line C/D) was the one after the Gare St Jean.
