Everything about the apartment we were in was perfect, clean and tidy. family of 6 it was just what we needed. From cooking you're own food to being able to do you're own laundry, It made us feel very comfy and cosy during our stay. We didn't have to leave the room for anything else.

There is nothing not like about this place I will only say the temperature of the pool water needs to be set at a warmer temp. The first night we arrived it was steaming, the rest of the stay the temp of the water was not warm enough to enjoy sitting in the spa or swimming in the pool. My kids loved it either way.

We were there for a concert so it was close & walkable distance to & from Marvel Stadium. The apartment was clean, the kids loved the pool & conveniently located. As we drove to Melbourne, the property offered onsite parking so it was hassle free. We had an issue getting access to the pool however the staff promptly fixed the issue.

I always try to book a place that is ground level & being afraid of heights & having children we asked for a lower level apartment but was put on the 14th level. Would have been good to be advise of level prior to booking.

Location, Lifts to access Room and Carpark ( Fast and Reliable) Pool and Spa very Good and Clean.

We Booked for 7 People and there wasn't enough Glasses only 4 and we had to use Wine Glasses for Water and Juice. on Arrival we only had 6 Towels and we had to order more from Receptions, in general lacking kitchen utensils. Toilets doors had no locks fo close Doors while going to Toilet or having a Shower. No Hooks on Doors or in any other place to hang towelss after Shower.

I like the whole apartment. It's very clean and comfortable. Smells pleasant, too. The beds were warm and comfortable. The supplies and facilities were always available and sufficient. I like the availability of Wi-Fi. Easy to access. The park and many restaurants/cafes were already available around the areas outside the apartment. Customer service were very helpful and informative in their guide.

The parking area was a bit confusing to navigate around, and the number of my parking spot was hard to look for at the beginning.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful he also showed us the tramlines that leads to the property and local places of interest. The property has an indoor pool as well as situated next to a big park which is great for us as we had a bub who enjoyed a swim plus a play while hubby stayed at the apartment to work. The property is equiped with a dishwasher and washer dryer and we were provided with enough tablets and detergent for the length of our stay We stayed as a family of 5 so its nice to be able to start the washing before we left and have it all done when we came back. The property is also on the edge of the free tram area however there is still about a 5-10min walk to get back after disembarking from the closest tram station

We had to go to a separate building to pick up the keys and the reception wasn't 24hrs but it was only located around the corner from the apartment and we managed to pick the keys up before they closed without any issues There was a couple of maintenance issues but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves while we were there

Breakfast…what breakfast ??? We didn’t get offered breakfast or was it even spoken about by reception staff. When we came to collect keys

The shower hot water was only warm not really hot enough for me personally. But was ok for the other person with me. The blinds in lounge really need the night ones as well as the day ones and I feel the bedroom ones facing onto court yard could have day blinds as well. .

This place, although a little out of our budget, was super comfortable for me and my family. Love the location and the peace of this place. Absolutely will stay again if given the chance in the future!

Uhhh, we reached slightly earlier and our original booking "wasn't ready" so counter dude suggested an apartment upgrade. On top of that, early check-in costs some more money. Ended up paying about 40% more than we initially booked through this platform.

Staff were very helpful. It is a beautiful, spacious apartment, comfortable for four adults. We liked the wooden floor in the living room. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Toilet was very nice and has storage space for toiletries. Hot water was consistent. Overall quite a nice apartment.

Wasn't as clean as I thought it'll be -- sofa had some sand/dirt/food bits on it, and toilet had dust and hair collecting in less trafficked areas. Staples for the room carpet floor were sticking out a little near the edges (invisible but catches on feet), so be careful. Note that you have to collect the keys from another building before you walk to this one (just fyi). Apartment is outside the Free Tram Zone, so may be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

Our room was perfect for the three of us. The balcony has a great city view with one of the rooms also surrounded by windows (with blinds), it was great taking group photos at night! The pool (plus sauna) and gym facilities were also great to kill some time before heading out to explore Melbourne's nightlife.

A couple of stains on the dining table when we first arrived. We were provided with cleaning products but unfortunately they didn't seem to improve the cleanliness. The supplied pans and pots also had impossible burnt-in leftovers from previous guests, I suggest buying or dining in local restaurants rather than preparing food in your room. The location of the property was alright in terms of walking a few minutes to a grocery store and other little restaurants. If you don't mind walking, this isn't an issue for you!

The apartment has everything needed. Loved that there was a washing machine, full sized kitchen and fridge, big tv and balcony. Very good location, very close to markets. Most popular areas were walkable or accessible by nearby trams. Staff were wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Was quiet and had good blinds on windows. I was very impressed by how promptly they replied to messages and allowed early check in.

Spa smelled a bit funky (but I don't think this is managed by the accommodation provider), shower silicon was a bit mouldy in places and could use a bleaching. No protector on mattress, only a single flat sheet and mattress was a bit grubby. Pillows were *very* fluffy and soft. Overall we were very very happy with the accommodation and these were just little things that could be improved for future guests. We would stay again.
