Me and my family really enjoyed this place. All was perfect , rooms , food , facilities , access to a beautiful desert and attractions . But above all very professional and welcoming staff caring about all details and particularly friendly and committed : Mr Ahmed the General manger and all his staff were caring about all to make sure a comfortable stay for us. I Will definitely come back soon again with my family to enjoy this hotel and especially the villas with a desert view and private pool , the right place to relax fully.

Loved the fact that we had privacy...we wanted the relaxation and something away from the city.... the silence and peace The best part was we had a dedicated person alotted to us for our whole stay.. the day of your check in I received a msg on watsapp..where the retreats staff contacted me and introduced himself.. as our MORAFIK... Mr.Ukasha was soo good and hospitable and responded promptly to all my msgs before checkin...post checkin...during our stay as well.. I had also requested for a surprise bday cake to be arranged, which they did happily and as a complimentary... Food was decent and average..but the location and the hospitality n service along with ambiance just overlooked everything.. and flaws if any..but they weren't to be honest Also the best part..the pools are temperature controlled thankfully...soo we spent most of our time in the pool..

Just the food options..we opted for 2 meals.. dinner and breakfast.. I think the options should have some more variety ...but we were here just one night..for ppl staying their longer.. it wud get boring..but like I said .. it wasn't a major major issue or problem...it wasn't bad..

I like the hospitality and overall service from the staff. Everyone is corteous and attentive, from our Morafik, Edvin, to the buggy drivers Ali and Abubakr. The service whenever we call the reception is also quick. Loved the interior of our tent, the furniture were comfortable and our sleep restful. Loved the pool, barbeque area and the seating area outside. The food is also nice especially the barbeque. It’s also good that they have an indoor pool and fitness center!

The prices of the food are on the steeper side of the budget especially the breakfast The surrounding landscape of Tent 316 is also not very remarkable and dirty. Litters everywhere. I think it will also benefit if the villa landscape is a bit lusher. The landscape in general is fine, i like the desert approach, however I think the villas will benefit with trees and more plants to provide more privacy and better ambiance. Also, the channels of the cable tv is quite limited, good thing it has screen sharing for android.

Our stay at Al Badayer Retreat was fantastic, from the facilities, the room and the food, but most of all the staff are all just amazing. Every single person we encountered was helpful, efficient, considerate and courteous. We have never had a better experience with the service and staff at a hotel or resort! On top of that, the food in the restaurant was outstanding, especially the breakfast!

The proximity to ATV and RV adventure areas is unfortunate, with both the views of the dunes spoiled in many directions, and the noise of the vehicles. Understand the property can't do anything about this, but the natural vistas in several directions is definitely compromised.

The location is beautiful and our Chalet was nestled between dunes for privacy. We enjoyed the private pool and access to the main restaurant for in-room dining. We ordered an In-room breakfast. The food tasted incredible and worth making a trip to the retreat on its own. The silence afforded by the location elevated the relaxation even more. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and second to none. It was overall a very relaxing experience and we are looking forward to the next time we visit.

Everything was amazing, we felt appeased and relaxed throughout our stay. The dinner was great, we ate around a campfire where we relaxed after eating. Special mention to the staff who was amazing. Aboubakar spoke French which was very helpful to us and the young lady receptionist was very nice as well and helpful. And huge thanks to Diego, he made sure he was available to us every time we had something to ask, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks Diego !

As described , a desert retreat. Beautifully presented. Although just off the road, once inside it felt miles away from real life. The property is laid out simply , we were in a one bedroom rented accommodation with private pool which was a luxury. Food in the restaurant was traditional for the Al Sharjah region and was excellent. What really made our stay was having Elvin, the Murafik, who, besides being a lovely person, was full of great suggestions of what to do, he collected us in the evening to take us to a beautiful place to watch the sunset- came fully equipped with chairs for us. He could not have been more helpful. The are excursions that can be taken from Al Badayer or alternatively you can just completely relax in the privacy of your private pool . We were told on arrival that the property was at full capacity, but we hardly noticed anyone else apart from mealtimes.

Quad rental place next door which made early evening a bit noisy

The staff. Beginning prior to our arrival Elvin (our staff member assigned to help us with anything) reached out and provided contact details for him so that he could assist with anything day or night. He helped us feel comfortable and at ease knowing we didn't need to have it all figured out in advance. This level of service was pervasive throughout the entire property, everyone was happy to help and with an honest smile. Restaurant food was excellent, portions large and prices reasonable.

We were fortunate to spend two nights at this property so some of these small things we were able to overlook and thoroughly enjoy our stay... but we did notice that linens, pillows and other cloth-fabrics throughout the property were stained. Both in the room as well as the restaurant. Some of the tiling around our pool was also crumbling and rust was prevalent. This could be a factor of the environment, of which we are not familiar, but we were sold at booking time on this property being a 5-star property. I would rate it more like a 3.5-star property with 5-star staff and 5-star food.

I liked that it was so peaceful and quiet

A few things would make the property much better. There is only 1 restaurant which is quite small for this property and food options are limited, we had breakast which was very basic( not a 5 star resort) dinner was set but food was good but again limited. Spa was not open, not ok for a 5 star resort. We had the tent with pool, the windows should have a fly net or something to be able to sleep with windows open in the winter rather than tje A/C. And an umbrella by the pool is a must. It has the potential of being a 5star but they are not there yet and they have been open for at least 3 years. The prices are 5 star but facilities not yet. But overall we enjoyed because we just needed a peacefull quiet weekend.

His enthusiasm for his work shines through in every interaction, and it's clear that he takes great pride in representing the hotel. His dedication to making guests feel valued and appreciated is a testament to his outstanding work ethic.

Except the location I don’t have anything , this location is 50/50 for most people , the first 50 is for the view and the weather ( being a bit cold in the winter ) , the second 50 is bad because there’s not enough restaurants and coffee shops like dubai or other cities i should recommend a coffee shop inside the resort just for the winter it’ll be a trend there . That’s it for me .
