Great Facilities and Amazing Staff Our stay at Moon Retreat by Sharjah Collection was fantastic! The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with highlights like the pool and the view was magnificent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable most importantly the view of the mountains above its honest so relaxing. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were warm, professional, and always eager to help. Special thanks to Mr. Shoaib, Mr. Arslan, Mr Hasnat and there team for their outstanding service and understanding about our stay and making it more enjoyable Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We were blown away by the Moon Retreat! It was a fantastic experience - right in the heart of Sharjah's desert, yet conveniently close to the main road. The retreat is beautifully curated with incredible attention to detail. The tent with a private pool is the epitome of glamping, and the atmosphere truly feels like being on another planet. On top of that, the staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and dedicated to making the experience unforgettable. We visited for my birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake! Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

The place was simply amazing - zero downsides!

What a fantastic place! This secluded spot offers a wonderful atmosphere, is impeccably clean, and is truly worth visiting for its stunning views and ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Enjoy the BBQ facilities, amazing hiking trails, and a comfortable private pool.

Just a couple of minor downsides: the access road can leave your car a bit dirty, and not all domes feature transparent walls—ours had a muddy wall that obscured the view.

We had a really nice time at Moon Retreat! Our experience was fantastic from the moment we booked the room. Their team messaged us right away, sharing which activities were available, food packages we could pre order, how to get there etc. When we arrived at the retreat, Arslan and Hasnat showed us the property and took us to our dome. They were extremely helpful. We ordered the burger pre-set, which was delicious. They provided us with all the ingredients to grill and prepare our burgers. Around 8pm there was an outdoor movie night as well as a telescope for stargazing. It was incredible to see the moon, jupiter and saturn so close. Our dome was very comfortable. Large bed, hot shower, and air conditioner. The private pool is heated and the temperature can be adjusted to the guest’s preference. We were afraid it would be too hot since it’s october, but there’s a cool mountain breeze at night which makes it perfect, very pleasant to spend time outside. Breakfast the next morning was great too. We really enjoyed their do-it-yourself concept and the privacy that comes with it.

Service was a bit slow The food was not very good. The meats in each meal were good but all of the sides and the dessert were not good, we didn’t eat any of it. There are no options to order food that is already made. So you have to barbecue all your meals. All of these issues would be fine if we did not pay so much for the night.

The concept, the finish of the pods was good, the pool and bbq area... Staff were amazing and super helpful!

It's more rocky than desert. They should consider adding a bit more shade outside so one can enjoy being outside/using the pool in the afternoon. The small shade they have for the table is not sufficient. Wish the ceilings of the pods were transparent so you could really see stars/moon while inside. It should be made very clear that you need to bring your own food as they don't have a restaurant or room service on site. They do supply bbq items, but at an additional charge. No light switch for the pool/ outdoor lights (or I couldn't find it) Saying this I would still come back knowing more now, but I feel they implement some of the changes in this feedback it would enhance the experience and enhance value for money.

Loved how secluded each Dome is and that they have their own view without interruption. Unique accommodation and the best staycation we've ever had - it was so relaxing! Wish we could've stayed 2 nights! The staff were so attentive and kind, also. Will definitely be returning 🙂.

Only improvement would be better signage as to where to turn off the highway to get to the retreat.
