We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The all-inclusive food was top-notch with a great variety of options, and both a la carte restaurants served delicious dishes that exceeded my expectations. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. On top of that, the Aegeo Spa was a highlight—spotlessly clean with a calming atmosphere. I tried the Cretan massage with and it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend both the spa and the hotel!

1 - there was no heated pool. 2 - fitness room in very bad condition. No basic equipment available, only cardio machines. Quality of machines is at low cost level. Additionally the there is a set of old dumbles and a few benches and some mats. There's no even rubber or other floor cover, but only used uneven concrete. Cardio machines are very dirty. No music equipment available, they offer small size TV instead. And why the hell fitness room must be placed in basement, why it can not be with windows and good wiew. It shows that hotel doesn't think fitness is important. But it is important for customers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ixian Grand Hotel & All Suites and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for an unforgettable experience. We stayed in one of the suites, which was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The private balcony with sea views was a highlight. The room had all the modern amenities you'd expect from a luxury hotel, including a comfortable king-sized bed and a rainfall shower. The dining options at The Ixian Grand are great. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a wide range of fresh, local, and international dishes. There are multiple pools, including an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. The hotel’s location is perfect for those looking to explore Rhodes. It’s just a short 15 min drive from the Old Town (the reception can book a taxi for you), where you can immerse yourself in the island's history, yet far enough to enjoy the tranquility of a beachfront resort.

Beach is nice with loads of space to sunbathe. The entertainment in the evenings was good too. The sunsets are amazing from the property as well! We liked that they allowed you a certain number of opportunities to eat at the other restaurants which had better food than the main one. Aperol Spritz is part of the all inclusive and it isn’t pre mixed. The sparkling wine is nice (a bit sweet) but again much nicer than the pre mixed drinks in our opinion. You will certainly will not go hungry at this hotel as they have a snack bar with gyros and ice cream basically all day too and the portions at their Greek restaurant are massive! The starters there are great. If your flight is in the evening you will be able to enjoy the drinks and food until you depart and are able to have a shower at the gym before your flight. All in all it’s what I expected from an all inclusive, but was relieved that we got some variety in the food and even had sushi one night at their Asian/peruvian restaurant … and that yes while the drinks are pre mixed we managed to find some we enjoyed.

We stayed in one of the swim up suites and were therefore allowed to use the a la carte restaurants as part of all inclusive. The A la Carte dinning was amazing, the food was delicious and varied each night and the portions very generous. The swim up rooms were ideal to have your own space away from the busy main pool area and if we could have afforded it we would have gone for the larger pool rooms so we would have had a terrace and pool area as they looked amazing and the extra terrace would have been ideal. There is everything you need on site and the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel offered free airport transfers which was ideal to not have to worry about getting to and from our holiday.

The loungers around the main pool and quiet pool got snapped up around 6am so if you wanted a lie in you would likely have to use your own pool if you have one or have no spot for the day to lay in the sun. Should you want to use it, the gym was hot and dirty. It has no air conditioning which in 38 degree heat was unbearable and the machines were dirty and no cleaning products available to wipe them down between uses. We found the blue paint from the pools transferred to our feet very easily and we spent a few days with smurf feet until we realised what was causing it. The location is a bit remote and you need taxi’s to get into the main town or old town especially in the heat of the summer months.

Stunning views from sea view room with private rooftop pool; a la carte options were fantastic (included when you upgrade your room to a suite as part of all inclusive); handy shuttle service to and from airport; the pools were huge and not crammed, always clean! Our favourite part was by far the cats at the hotel, they were fun to play with and feed, all the guests seemed to love them and the hotel was brilliant in allowing them to roam around freely, the highlight of our stay!

fabulous hotel right on the seafront, there are lovely pools in the front with plenty of sunbeds and another nice pool at the back. The beach is pebbly but the sea was still nice to swim in. The food and drink was all included and there was a good variety, it was all very good. The rooms are big and spacious with a lovely walk in shower and nice balcony. We were greeted after a late flight at 2am by George who was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you! The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Rhodes old town which was great, lots to see, the old walled town, palace, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop 10 mins walk away or a taxi was 16 euros. we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Staff were the best I've met in any resort we have visited and that includes every single member - nothing was too much trouble and they wanted you to have the best stay possible - the pride in their appearance and role are a credit to the hotel. Pool was great and never too busy with the pebble beach literally a few steps away (wear shoes for the beach however a pontoon is available for access to the lovely warm waters of the Aegean sea). We had a sea view room with jacuzzi bath which was fab as the view each morning it worth it. Only used the bath once more for the novelty however this is not private so your privates will be seen!! Room was very spacious and clean and beds were so comfortable. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and never repeated. Plenty drinks however limited in choice. Evening entertainment was varied and overall I would say very very good and the rock band on the Friday afternoon were exceptional. I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star touches but overall I will definitely be back in fact its already booked for next year. It was a fantastic week.

Drinks - cocktails are premade and very watery. Sunbeds were comfortable however there a number of broken ones that just need to be removed. Some parties were allowed play loud music on speakers in the pool area while also taking over the jacuzzi area completely and this seemed unfair on those that wanted just to relax. Booking the other restaurants in the hotel was difficult as these were booked up quickly although in saying that when we go back we will stay in the buffet section for the week and that was by far the best option for us.

Breakfast was a delightful spread of local and international dishes, and the à la carte dinner options were exquisite. Each meal was a culinary journey, complemented by an impressive wine selection. The resort offers a range of amenities that cater to all kinds of travelers. The spa services were rejuvenating, with a wide array of treatments that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The main pool area is expansive and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of loungers and shaded spots for a perfect day by the pool. The beach access is another highlight, with clear, inviting waters just steps away from the resort. What truly sets the Ixian Grand All Suites apart is the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, courteous, and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. From housekeeping to the waitstaff, the level of care and professionalism was consistent and impressive. A special thanks to Manos karavolias for creative cocktails and funny conversations.
