Great apartment building with garden and pool. Rooms cleaned every day with towels and often sheets changed.

Room beginning to be a bit dated but this is a minor issue

Great location in Ixia set back from the main busy road in a pretty residential area. Easy walk to beach,bars and shops including a large supermarket. The Maritina is set in pretty gardens with a lovely pool and great sunbeds. There is a bar selling spirits, bottled beers,wines and soft drinks.A selection of cocktails and coffees also available the Frappe were delicious.A snack menu is also on offer.The apartments are spacious, fully equipped and have a modern decor, we had a ground floor apartment with a large patio and small garden. In the main garden there is a large BBQ for guests to use. The hosts were welcoming and helpful and as we had a late flight kindly let us keep our room on.

There was nothing not to like.

The location was perfect, short walk to the local spar and local restaurants and pubs. The pool was always spotless and beds comfortable to lay by the pool. The option of a few drinks before heading out for the night and a few when we were back was also really appreciated and the staff were wonderful. Cleaning staff were thorough and so friendly, came by every day to see if anything was needed and did daily cleans, always smiling and happy too! Rooms were spacious, with plenty of storage! Nice and quiet too for a peaceful nights sleep. A massive plus to be able to wash and dry clothes in the apartment

Maritina apts were delightful Smaro & Giannis were most helpful during our stay Always pleased to meet and greet whatever time of day you,d see them. The cleaning ladies were excellent very thorough polite and helpful. The apartment itself had everything it was spacious fresh & spotlessly clean plus air con was brilliant couldn't have coped without it. Everything is very close and within walking distance Pool.area is amazing quiet but most pleasant and I,ve never seen such plush sunloungers in all my years visiting Europe Would highly recommend the Maritina apartments and will most definitely return again Thanks to all @ Maritina for our wonderful stay

The only disappointment for us was the view We were overlooked by apts when we thought we would have a garden view But we know for next time what to request when booking Otherwise could not fault a thing

We recently enjoyed a two-week stay at Martina Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Cleanliness is impeccable; the rooms are spotless, and the friendly cleaning staff visit daily to ensure everything remains perfect. The swimming pool is a wonderful feature – it’s quiet and offers a relaxing environment. The only downside is the absence of a bar, which we found to be a real shame. In the final days of our stay, there was an attempt to set up self-service drinks, but a proper bar would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this minor drawback, we had a great stay and would recommend Martina Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

We booked a vacation at short notice, after first considering the Ixian Grand and Sheraton, which both seemed expensive at £3000 each. So, we tried Martina Hotel / Apartments, which cost just £1100. Obviously we realised there would be some trade-offs in terms of comfort, but a saving of £2000 is definitely worthwhile. This is what we discovered: The Ixian Grand is just a 5 minute walk in one direction, whilst the Sheraton is a 20 minute walk in the other direction. So, you will find yourselves in an area that services some of the the very best hotels. The Martina Hotel / Apartments, is situated in a mainly middle class suburb, off the main road, which limits road noise, relatively close to some excellent and affordable bars and restaurants. The garden and pool are are very well designed and well maintained. The rooms are clean, relatively large, and well equipped with kitchen facilities. The floors are tiled meaning they are kept scrupulously clean, although if you are on a lower floor, you will certainly hear the people in the room above you. The owners are involved in the running of the Hotel / Apartments, and sometimes use it as a base for their own social activities, which can conflict with the needs of the customers. We also found the bar music played very late into the night even when the bar was empty. However, the owners were always very helpful, even though they did not automatically put their customers first. Summary: this place has enormous potential, and with more effective management, could command a much higher price, because it has all the necessary ingredients to be a leading hotel / apartment destination.

A Hotel / Apartment, which under the current management, was not reaching its potential. Just some very simple things improving.

Apartment was lovely and clean and pool was nice. Cleaning staff were super friendly. Must be out of season as reception always seemed empty although we didn’t need anything so didn’t matter. The only thing we struggled with was finding the property at night as the link on booking . Com took us too far down the road. Google maps was better.

The actual road it is on isn’t the nicest posts of rubbish around but that seems to be the case in most of the streets.

Lovely gardens and swimming pool. Plenty comfortable sun-loungers for everyone. Apartment spacious enough and had good storage. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Air-con in bedroom was much appreciated. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and hosts are around if you need them.

Not sure if the bar is closed permanently, but would have been nice if it was open, as it is a lovely sociable space. Shower was powerful and hot but cubicle area a bit small for us.

It is an amazing place to stay, and it has all you need for a room. It was spacious and was so easy to check in. Surrounded with lots of amenities and not a loud neighbourhood.

For the price paid, I can't say anything that I didn't like. Was told before my arrival that room would be cleaned once every 3 days, but to my surprise, it was done daily. Maybe the mattress can be upgraded to a non-spring kind to make it better, but what's available is already good.

Very spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable beds. The location is halfway between the airport and Rhodes city center. The pool is very nice and clean with comfortable sunbeds.

Just be aware about the location: if you enter the address in Google Maps, you well end up at a wrong place. Search for "Maritina Apartment" instead of the address if you don't want to end up a 400 meters too far possibly with heavy luggage. (to the owner: it would be nice if you could inform guests of this maps problem to avoid this)
