Lovely club lounge

No food after 9.30, everywhere closed and no room service. Would be good to know this in advance.

We liked the location for easy access to Trains ,Pacifico,The main shopping complex . The breakfast buffet was excellent ,the view from our room was unforgettable and the bed was fantastic . We will definitely be back.

The only thing that we found fault with was the fact that a person to person booking service for the limousine bus service that is in your brochure was none existent, when we asked about booking a pick up from the hotel to Narita airport we were handed a piece of paper with a QR code to book it online . We could not access this as we only had in room internet connection by this time so we ended up getting a taxi to YCAT

The staff spoke english very well and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is positioned perfectly into Yokohama Bay and is 3 min away from the train station. They have also a scale at ground level so you can weigh your luggage before going to the airport.

You can't call a taxi in front of the hotel through the apps (it's a red zone) so you have to make your way to the street. Also the shuttle to the airport started way too late for my flight so I had to make other arrangements.

The room was very spacious and set out nicely. Bathroom was large and we liked that the toilet was separate, allowing separate usage. The bed was extremely comfortable. Cannot forget about the view! We faced the bay from a corner room on the 16th floor and had an incredible view of the city and all the amusement park lights. This was easily blocked out with the heavy curtains leaving our room pitch black when we were ready to sleep. We look forward to returning to Japan and extending our stay in this hotel to much longer than just one night.

There isn't much negative to say. The only slight issue I had was the shower head was getting on a bit and was difficult to change the sprayer to something softer as I was getting blasted when trying to wash my face. The interior may need a little TLC but really no big deal to us. All in all, it was an excellent room and great value for money.

The Keikyu airport limousine bus to and from Haneda Airport made stop at this hotel. Staff at check in were very polite and friendly. One feature that many hotels have discontinued is the bell service where they’ve cut back staffing. Glad to say that this hotel still assist delivering your luggage, and going over the room features and answering any questions. Picked up our luggage at checkout and held until airport bus arrived. Subway was within a 5-10 minute walk for us.

Yokohama Bay Hotel is ideally located for your last nights in Japan. There are some lovely walks along the bay side and really only about 15mins walk to the Red Brick Warehouse precinct on the bay where there are some interesting eateries and artisan shops. Of course there’s the Cup Noodle Museum and Fun Park with carnival rides, Ferris wheel etc for the kids. Underground malls and shopping precincts are connected to the hotel as well as a short walk to the train station and the Yokohama Art Gallery.

Breakfast down stairs is at times very crowded!

We had a lovely view of the Cosmo World lights from our room which was the biggest draw for staying here. Location was super convenient since you could explore all of the Minatomirai area on foot from the hotel, or take the train from Queens Square without ever needing to go outside of the hotel. Room was incredibly roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and had plentiful space for all your needs, also had a separate tub next to shower. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

No cons, we loved our stay!

The staff and facilities were fantastic. We booked a balcony room with a bay view. Being able to open the balcony windows and sit on a small balcony over looking the bay was fantastic. It was great being able to have some fresh air as well. The location is also a direct stop for limo bus services from both Tokyo airports. It is also directly connected to a train station via a shopping mall. You can get on the train lines in a few minute walk. There is also a great amusement park outdoors just across the street. Rooms were very spacious and very well kept and updated. The in hotel restaurants were all very nice and convenient. Room service is also available.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Maybe more vending machines on the floors, but going down to lobby level for one wasn't a big deal.

The breakfast area was very busy and we had to wait for a table one day. We had trouble changing our dates of stay, and had to rebook the room, so then lost our club floor access.

Location is perfect for shopping and sight seeing. Large room with a scenic balcony overlooking the amusement park. Shower water pressure was good! Bath products were excellent and smelled amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We asked the lady at reception if there are "points" gained if we paid by card. She made a face and was very dismissive of the question. Some hotels award points and she could've just answered the question politely. Breakfast was so so for the price. Room was generally clean but dusty at some parts.
