The location, cleaniness of the rooms, helpful staff: Badr, Karim, Shiko and the staff members in the restaurant. The best service of this facility which I never seen in recent times is free laundry service per day for two items. The staff are very accomodative on any service requests. Thank you.

Disliked · The entrance cleanliness could be better. The elevator is an industrial one, users needs to be watchful. The staff member was a bit demanding on giving the review before I leave. Although my reviews would have been bit different in one or two items but not by big margins :) (Just as a disclaimer).

If you don't want to stay downtown and you want to feel safe and in the middle of old and European Cairo, this is a great solution. The guys at the reception and at the breakfast room and the driver they cooperate for the trips Mr Sarwat were incredibly helpful and kind. They also have a great laundry service

Some parts of the building were on construction, so the first impression wasn't that good. They have only one big towel, not two and only bottom sheet, not two.

We traveled as family, two kids and baby. The hotel is centrally located in the city. We used the hotel's transportation service to get there. It was a bit expensive but efficient, especially useful for late-night arrivals. The staff was very kind and helpful, and offered us a larger room with three beds for the kids. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a refrigerator, TV, good air conditioning, and large beds.

The breakfast could be improved, as it consists of pre-prepared meals with only one drink included. If you want additional water, tea, or coffee, you have to pay extra. Additionally, the entrance of the hotel needs some enhancment, cause you do not get the feeling you are coming into a hotel, till you reach the stair.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. They were welcoming and assisted very fast with a call from my room. Food was fresh and very tasty The hotel was in a beautiful area with greenery birds and old historical renaissance mansions around whilst walking. The hotel is 3 mins walk from the river Nile. It was easy to find pharmacies or cafes in walking distance, and famous areas were a 12 min walk or 3 mins by car. My room was bright, modern, appeared new, and had every facilitiy needed. Was very good value for money.

The staff is really nice, everything is clean and quite new, breakfast is quite big, so maybe you don’t need to eat until dinner.

My room doesn’t have any window, what makes it a bit indoor air and I also miss natural light but, considering how noisy and hot Cairo is, maybe I should take it as a real advantage. 🙂

The staff are very good I met Deyaa and moatafa Disha who were very ready to help and assist. They are excellent with high level of hospitality. They organized for us a tour to see the pyramids and it eas very good. Thank you very much

The location is very good as it is in walking distance from Tahrir square and Egyptian Museum, and from Nile river corniche. They are very kind and helpful, and supportive in case of need. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and they have good food for breakfast and a good menu for meals, with pasta, pizza or Egyptian food. It was very comfortable so I suggest this hotel for holidays.

Nothing, maybe just the elevator can be scary and the building outside can seem old, but inside all perfect!

Before I went to this hotel, I had lived in two other hotels in Hurghada and Giza, I felt this hotel provided the most comfort and value for money. It was also relatively quieter than the other two. Additionally, I must mention the receptionist Badr was very helpful to us. He provided us breakfast at 4am in the morning as we had to leave early for catching a flight. I still regret that I totally forgot about giving him some tips and amazingly for Egypt, where asking for Bakshish is the norm, he never even hinted about it to me. He was kind and helpful our entire stay. I really hope that the young man progresses well in his life.

The windows are not well enough sound proofed from the street noise, but it’s the norm in Egypt and here it was actually not that bad.

The nicest hotel staff Ive ever met. They are very kind and helpful. The hotel is in Cairo downtown in a safe and beautiful zone of the city, near a lot of tourist spots. The room is very clean, comfortable and silent! Its really mumtaaz! The receptionist Mostafa Disna is very helpful and kind too! When I get back to Cairo ill stay in this mumtaaz place again!
