The staff were very welcoming and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and made us feel very relaxed. The location was amazing if you want to travel you are near the train station and a bus stop directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and nice seating area kept clean even when busy. The rooms were clean and spacious for the size. The bed was comfortable. There was a bath too and the toiletiries supplied were very nice too. There is tea and kettle in the room and a fridge and safe essential.

The room was very hot at night and it wasn't even summer when we went. You could open the window but due to safety they don't open wide and allow for much circulation also it's very noisy when the window is open. There was some drain or pot hole which made a loud noise every time a car drove over and there was traffic until about 3am and then was quite until around 6am.. Also people returning late at night can be noisy with open windows. The air con wasn't working very well either.. The breakfast was extra 14 pound per day and while it was nice I done think it was worth 14, I think 10 would have more reasonable.

Novotel Bristol Centre is situated a short walk from Temple Meads railway station. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. May I mention Michael in particular. My room was larger than other hotels of similar category, comfortable with facilities as described. The bar staff also very efficient. The evening menu was varied and the quality of my choice good. Nearby there are pubs and places to eat. Broadmead shopping area is within 20 mins walking distance. Much to see of the city along the way. I will definitely choose Novotel Bristol Centre for future visits. Thank you.

Staff were super friendly when we arrived, and told us about all the facilities. Our room was ready earlier than 2pm. Our queen superior room was lovely and big and we loved the pillows which were half hard and half soft! It was in a great location with the bus stop outside too

Couldn’t make the lift work using our key card so ended up using the stairs during our stay but this was fine as we were only on the 2nd floor. Wish breakfast didn’t have to be £14 (discounted) but it was nice and did a good range of things. We found our room way too warm with no way to turn it down, so ended up having our windows open a lot of the time to cool it down.

BED was good / bar and dining room. were great Reception was helpful All staff were first rate. Location was good for access to Temple Meads Station and buses. Nearby Tesco Express

SAUSAGES UNDERCOOKED ( BARELY BROWN ON ONE SIDE SO i GAVE THEM A MISS. The room is advertised with a seating area but we only had 1 chair at the desk and no table., There were 4 instances where the electronic keys did not work so I had to make trips to reception to sot out the problem. Carpeting could be updated in places,

I liked the fitness suite and the sauna area and also my bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower gel was nice .

The room had a few lights that were not working, I didn’t find my hair dryer and since you could not contact reception via phone I tried the what’s app service and got a reply 24 h later. I also think more toiletries could be provided and a free bottle of water and maybe some small breakfast snack downstairs for those who don’t want to have the full $14 breakfast but just a snack.

The location was excellent. Good Wifi. Clean bathroom. The room had a kettle and a small fridge. Some tea, sugar, and coffee. The room had an AC although I didn't use it. I liked the entertainment facilities in the reception like the foosball, Xbox and the gaming board.

The view was not entertaining. It was a view of some pipes and ACs. I would have appreciated it if there was at least a small bottle of water in the room. Although I liked the entertainment facilities in the reception, I was greatly disappointed with the Xbox as it didn't work properly and asked for passwords and logins, and also couldn't play with my friends as multiplayer.

Room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Bath mat provided in the bathroom, taps easy to control, toiletries provided. Nice location. Mini bar with bottled water and tea & coffee machine nice touches.

Unfortunately building work being done on the building next door woke me up the next morning but Novotel couldn't have prevented that.

In comparison to the surrounding hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, the Holiday express, the Ibis, this is by far the best value for money. It was clean, the decor in the room wasn't worn out like the others, the shower worked, bed reasonably comfy. Then to my suprise there is a gym and sauna which is a great addition. The food in the restaurant was really nice, good value for money and selection.

it was a short walk from the train station and into Bristol centre. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the bed was the best we’ve slept in in awhile. it was nice to have an option of a bath and a shower

the room was really warm. we put the air conditioning onto the coldest setting and it didn’t really do very much. opening the windows helped but as the hotel is situated on a main road it’s quite noisy

Immediately close to the center, large room with comfortable large bed. Great staff and services worked perfectly. Plus: we found a Bluetooth speaker on the desk that we really appreciated. Well done!

The door in the bathroom is not so heavy so you don't have complete privacy. The box in the bath is not large enough for a comfortable shower.
