I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Concordia Boutique Hotel for a two-night getaway, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel's location is simply superb, nestled in the heart of the city yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The moment I entered my room, I was struck by its elegant and tasteful decor, which seamlessly blended modern luxury with the charm of a historic building. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was evident. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom with luxurious toiletries made me feel pampered. One of the standout features of La Concordia Boutique Hotel is its outstanding staff. They were not only knowledgeable about the city and its attractions but also went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. Their restaurant recommendations and assistance with arranging activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. I loved the hotel, helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness and the desire to go the extra mile for the guest.

The noise was horrendous on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is a rooftop (4th floor) restaurant where music is played very loudly so the earplugs provided, though helpful, do nothing to stop the vibration from the "thumping" of the music. The property would have been a 10 but for the noise. Also the hotel is at the fringe of a neighborhood of extreme poverty. I felt quite safte as the police station was on the corner and there are strong police presence throughout the Old Town of Casco Viejo. I would not stay anywhere else but Casco Viejo.

Staff was excellent. So helpful and kind. Beds were super comfortable with lots of great pillows. Balcony was a big hit since smoking is allowed outside on balcony. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room was lovely, bathrooms was huge with a great shower and lots of great products. Location is great, you can walk everywhere.

We really wished it had a pool, but that is rare. Our last night there was some pounding base music nearby until wee hours. They provide earplugs! Welcome to Panama!

This is lovely boutique hotel. Room design was interesting; bathroom stellar. Location in Cascade Viejo was great. Staff, great. Eva and Mirielle were warm, patient and informative. They are extremely helpful. We had a car rental FUBAR that Mirielle. Even after check-out and off property, helped us solve. Eva was so helpful w/dining suggestions and arrangements. Like us,she is a scuba diver and mapped out our route to the town 6 hrs away that we were headed to. Told us exactly what to expect on the route, where to stop for breaks and the food scene once we got there. And, of corse, a lot of diving info. We cannot recommend this hotel more. Perhaps the best staff we’ve experience in over 30 years of traveling internationally.

The hotel was just as described. It is so lovely and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony, large closets and comfy beds. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It is in a central area: Casco Viejo is pretty walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants but we still found the hotel quiet and intimate. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

Nothing to dislike about this place. You'll just regret that you didn't stay longer.

breakfast was not included; local inbuilding restaurant was not great, but a very good restaurant was 1 street away. This was a treasure, and recommend that those with a choice of districts when visiting PC pick this district (historic) and this hotel (central, and within reach of restaurants and sites). The staff - actually the GM - was extremely helpful, and made the visit that much more pleasurable.

The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was easy to walk to just about everything in Casco Vieja. Since the water wasn't drinkable, they offered reusable bottles and a water refill station, which was awesome. They also provided slippers and robes for the room. We enjoyed our a wrap around balcony which was fun for people watching.

The noise at night from the nightclub and drunk people on the street was really tough to sleep through. Even with a sleeping pill and playing white noise on my phone. If you have kids, I would not recommend. The only other thing is there is no privacy for the bathroom, it's a frosted glass door to the toilet that didn't close all the way, and the shower was clear glass. Would not recommend staying here with someone you're not really close with.

Very charming boutique hotel, top clean and very well equipped, full of little add-ons such has : connectable loudspeaker in the room, coffee machine with free coffee and tea, both 110v and 220v plugs, slippers and bathrobes + super quality shower gel, shampoo etc. Moreover, we received a very warm welcome with lots of advices of where to eat etc. in our mother tongue (French) which is exceptional in Panama ! Our room was even available immediately at 9am, which was really convenient.

The only negative point was that we only stayed one night :-) we wished it would have lastet longer.

The rooms are incredible: gorgeously decorated, spacious, and comfortable with all of the modern amenities. We had a corner (Room 8) and another room (Room 9) on the third floor. Although both were excellent, the corner rooms are worth the splurge. The location is great--steps from great restaurants and bars and within a short walk of everything in Casco Viejo. The challenge is that you won't want to leave the room to explore the city! The service was a also sharp. On arrival we were able to check in early and provided a helpful set of recommendations for restaurants and bars. They did not steer us wrong. The front desk also arranged convenient on-site COVID testing for our return flight to the United States.

There is very little to complain about. The wifi was a bit weak in our corner room and the hallway decor is a bit incongruous with the sumptuous rooms.

The bed was so comfortable - best night sleep in years. Loved the location and the list of coffee places and restaurants provided. Sitting on my balcony was lovely.

Disappointed that the rooftop was not open. I hadn't realized that when I booked and traveled.
