The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of everything. It's an easy 20-minute walk from the bus station. The little kitchen is very well equipped and there's an excellent supermarket around the corner. Loved the Nespresso machine. Excellent shower – good pressure and big shower head. The woman on reception was wonderful.
The building next door is being gutted and renovated. I was woken up each time at 8.00 am with the sound of hammering and drilling. This went on until 6 pm. I think the works will go on for ages, so I would contact the hotel to find out about it. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn't overlook the square as it is noisy until very late.

We are a family of 5 (2 parents + 3 kids) really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It offers the comfort of a typical hotel with friendly staff, and each room has a small kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. The hotel's location is perfect – it's situated in a historic city center, close to all the shops and restaurants, but it's not too noisy. The rooms are very clean, although not very spacious. However, the furniture is arranged cleverly, making the stay comfortable. The view from the balcony overlooks a plaza surrounded by historic buildings, which is quite lovely. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

great location, next to the city center, it is on the pedestrian square with a lot of restaurants nearby. we stayed one night and liked it. appartment had kitchen and beds were comfortable. friendly staff
it is on the pedastrian square, so it is not possible to come directly to hotel with car if it is day or evening because of tables from the bars on the street. Parking was 5 min walk from hotel, you need to leave the keys from car at the parking as they have shortage of places and park themselves. For us it wasn't a problem, but if you have a lot of luggage, it might be an issue. breakfast didn't have hot options, although there were corn flakes, yogurts, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, fresh orange juice and good coffee.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location just off the main square. The room was extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
Our only problem was that we were given a room at the front of the hotel. This overlooked a pretty square which was full of cafes and restaurants. Unfortunately the noise went on for most of the night and we found it difficult to sleep. This said, reception staff happily swapped our room for the next night. We would suggest requesting a rear room.

A great location in a superb destination city. Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. The room itself is efficiently laid out but small. Frequently couples with one suitcase, each find it difficult to accommodate them, and this hotel is no exception. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the shower surface was rough therefore not slippery. One or to grab bars would be very helpful in the shower box.
Access to the hotel is difficult and annoying for people who are using canes or are otherwise mobility impaired. I do not think this property is good for people in wheelchairs, although there is a wheelchair elevator. This problem of steps and different levels is present everywhere that I travel in Spain and Portugal. So those who are on the road need to check these details carefully before reserving a room wherever it may be.

The Salamanca suite studios were perfectly located to explore the town. It was quite hard to find the carpark that we had pre booked so we ended up parking in a different one. As it was after 10pm when we arrived ,we collected the keys from a digital box.It was very easy and straightforward to access our key and room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The map was a great idea along with the delicious , welcome chocolates. A modern studio which looked out onto a pretty green area. The people of Salamanca were very friendly and welcoming. It was our first stop as we were travelling around northern spain.
The one negative was that there was a lot of noise until very late/early hours as there are a few bars and restaurant directly beneath the studio. Other than that we loved staying at Salamanca suite studios and would definitely recommend it as a base to explore.

There is so much to like about this hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the two staff in the breakfast room deserve special mention for their service. The breakfast provided was wonderful and plentiful with good variety and excellent coffee. The room was super clean and comfortable. The towels were thick and big, a lovely hot shower with great water pressure. Great lighting and can open a window for fresh air. The location was right in the heart of everything and easy to walk to all the sights.
Nothing to fault. This hotel is excellent.

Everything! This is an amazing place to stay in Salamanca, combining the best features of a hotel and an apartment. There is a full-featured kitchenette with everything but an oven and also a great expanded continental breakfast, with fresh baked goods along with cheese, cold meats (including jamón, of course), very good coffee, and a gracious attendant. The space is very efficient, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal -- very close to the Plaza Mayor, the university, and the cathedrals; it's in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly old city. We had an adorable little balcony overlooking one of the city's many squares. To top off this review, the price was very affordable! This is a family business that deserves the highest marks.
We had only one very small complaint: the room was too warm at night, and we didn't see how to use the climate control system. Leaving the balcony door open was pleasant, but in a college town the streets can be a bit noisy even late at night.

Fantastic location. A short walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor. The studio was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from (a very generous continental breakfast). There's a small roof terrace with great views over this beautiful city, with an honesty bar, offering soft drinks and coffee. Exceptional value for money.
A room with a view would have been nice, but for a one night stay (which really isn't enough to enjoy Salamanca), and we had no intention of staying in our room for the duration, I can't, and won't complain.

The studio was exactly as described. It was spotless and serviced daily. Cooking facilities seemed very adequate although we didn't cook. The bed was comfy with a variety of pillows. We had a balcony which overlooked a charming square.
Everything was excellent. One thing the management couldn't control was the outside noise. The studios are in a square which is en route from the Plaza Mayor and as a university city, young people were crossing the square well into the night oblivious of the noise they were making! This would not stop us staying again but I may request a room on the back of the building.
