Amazing setting, staff, food, atmosphere. Just so good.

Only debatable point for us would be not walkable to white beach but then again, that also contributes to the feeling of space, peaceful location and quiet. Suggest more frequent bus transfer could be considered although local tuk tuk added much and that worked for us.

I have never been anywhere on this earth nor visited a place that did not, in some way fall short or disappoint in some area. This place is the only exception. My wife and I were just taken aback at every level of service. From the facilities, the staff, the food, the views the aromas and just the well being you will feel when every single item you need, is taken care of. Their water is even their own, and the sparkling water is addictive in the mid day heat. The maids do a service that rivals a military operation in under 30 minutes in your room to leave it beaming clean. Great beds, complimentary fruit and (glass) bottled water. The free breakfast is of nothing you will ever experience. We walked pass a display of doughnuts on a wall for two days before we realized they were real😆. You just have to go yourself and experience perfection. There is nothing more I can say other than we were very, very sad to leave.

The only thing, and this is no big deal, I would hope they would serve San Miguel Negra rather than Guinness. It's a superior and also Philippine made.

Shangri La Boracay was absolutely spectacular. The staff were so attentive, helpful and welcoming. Everything from the location, the food, the room and service of all staff was amazing. We will definitely be going there again in the future.

From the moment you arrive you are treated to some of the best service you can imagine. It was the first time we never wanted to leave a property. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and special.

Exceptional stay! It exceeded all my expectations! Primarily, the level of service is over and beyond what we have experienced anywhere in the world. They will go the extra mile, even anticipating what you need. The facilities are superb and truly lives up to its name - a Shangri-la, a paradise. The restaurant outlets were equally world class and so unique! The manaagers of both the Rima and the Sirena were just so over and beyond what we expect in terms of customer service. Here, you feel very welcome. I don't normally write reviews, much less in these superlative terms but it deserved nothing less. We will definitely be back.

A small point: the coffee (cappucino / americano) at breakfast is weak and pretty tasteless! Suggest your coffee maker benchmark for taste against typical coffee shop, even Starbucks....! Overall value for money is a fair question - the Shangri-La is just about perfection, but at ~2x the price of similar resorts. Two hotels next to it may offer close to same value.....

Our stay at Shangri La Boracay was a dream. The best hotel experience we've ever had. The private beach, the pool, the amazing staff, the room, the absolutely beautiful buildings were incredible. This place is paradise. The Vintana Cafe breakfast was outstanding. We went snorkeling everyday and loved seeing the giant clams and the clown fish in the corals.

Sirena restaurant food wasn't the best and we couldn't eat outside Sirena like in the pictures they have for the restaurant. Hefty prices on restaurant bills.

We liked the beautiful views of the island from our hotel room, the privacy the hotel offers, away from the crowded places, the private access to the beach, and the beach being on our doorstep. We liked the excellent service of staff, all staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent too and we liked the entertainment zone, gym area, and of course, our hotel room, simply the best. We travelled far (UK), and it was all worth it. We hope to come back again in the near future. Well done to Shangri-la for the excellent and high standard 5-star service.
