I like that it was far from the noise of the other stations. The drive up from the entrance of the New Coast was refreshing after going by shanties and trash along the way - so glad there is this part of the island that is clean visually. The private beach is a big plus. Also, Ivan at the front desk was the best!

The drive from the port was long. Also, getting in touch with your staff prior to our arrival was so hard. It took them so long to answer emails and they don't give enough information. Booking airport and ferry transfer was a convoluting process - we should be able to just do this online and not go through multiple emails and multiple steps to book a transfer. Please make it easy for guests.

The location. It was in the north of Boracay, so there was no touristic hassle. The staff. They were very helpful! I would stay here again, to be honest. I do hope they will take care of the black mold issue

Unfortunately, the shower contained a bunch of strands of black mold. That needs to be taken care of as it is a health hazard, especially if you stay here for a prolonged time as I did.

For the most part we liked everything about Belmont, friendly staff , to the private beach to the hotel grounds itself.

I do believe that the transportation to the other zones could be a little more organized.

The check in process is a nightmare.we waited 3 hours for a room and the most annoyed think is the staff on the reception who start dealing with 5 person in the same time and make all the procedure even more longer.need a tuk tuk or bus if you wanna anywhere

It has a private beach. They have their own shuttle and the location is safe.

Others would say it's far from the main hub which is true but if you want to enjoy your Boracay stay, wherein no vendors will sell you anything, consider staying in this hotel.

Rooms are clean, Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary Shuttle since the place is far from Stations 1 and so on (was a good idea they have it 😉).

Was kind of disappointed with their beach area, I guess I just expected too much from the other guests reviews or it’s just not nice atm like what the staff there said. Hotel to their beach is somewhat far in my opinion, walking isn’t bad though. I am just lazy. Their pool area is small, 4 people and it will be very crowded. You can go to Savoy so I guess that’s why they didn’t make a bigger pool. Breakfast was soso. If you are craving for seafoods for dinner, you have to go somewhere else and go ride the shuttle to D’Mall which is prolly about 15 mins drive. There is no sea view room here, only hill view. So if you want a room with a sea view, this is not the hotel for you.

That we experienced this beach area and the special & delightful Birthday surprise you all shared with me on my 66th. Nice place that is not so "uppity" that we still felt comfortable and you did have at least one shuttle driver who was accommodating&helpful.

- private beach not well maintained -we did not need or want adjoining room for this occasion. For most of the time in our room we hear screaming/crying kid on the other side. - the room was not totally cleaned. Saw clutter under the fridge door and u will only notice it once u opened the fridge - staff on the "Ridge" building were unavailable. No one answered our call - I have been sending out message in booking but no one responded. I only got a response after our stay

Our 9 days stay in Belmont was spectacular. The location is great, far from chaos and indeed a picturesque because of the rock formation and it's close to keyhole. They maintain cleanliness in our room and staff were amazing, lovely, honest and very accommodating when it comes to transport and info in touring around Boracay. When my baby had a cold and cough the "Daily Mngr" called a nurse to come in our room to check my baby and it's FREE so shout out to you ma'am sorry i forget your name. We always had sumptous meal in BELMONT cafe and I can highly recommend their filipino cuisine. Hats off to chef it's worth the price. Also the staff in bar near the pool thank you for handling back our sunglasses when we forget and left them. Sorry If i couldn't mention y'all. We'll probably be back here in the future. Salamat gid!♥️

I thought I booked the hotel with breakfast😂 but unfortunately not. So we don't have any choice we have to pay the breakfast every day for 1,050 per adult. I tried to ask for an upgrade but we couldn't either. However they have a lot of food choices and it taste really really good plus unlimited drinks. I just think the price is too much though! The bed is quite small for the 3 of us with a 3 y/o baby.

Great hotel all round. Located on Boracay Newcoast just steps away from the beach and water activities. A short shuttle drive to station 2 which is perfect if you want to avoid the hustle and just relax. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, decent gym and pool. The buffet breakfast was always filling and there were multiple restaurants available at the resort village. The staff was accommodating and treated us well. Thank you to Ivan who helped us celebrate our special day.

Wifi was intermittent after a large group checked into the hotel.

My husband and I loved the pool. The hospitality and accomodation of the staffs is great. The location is great, far from all the noise. What’s also nice is their free service going to station 2 and back to hotel and vice-versa (you just have to plan ahead and get a reservation bc the list pretty fills up quickly. Like 1 shuttle per her hr only) The breakfast buffet was also good, it has different variations per day. It’s 5-min walk to the beach which was really cool cos it has food kiosk nearby and a mini bar. You could also use the Savoy hotel’s pool and bar.

Only thing would be the wifi connection in our room. But not big of a deal.
