Location. Staff. Welcoming and helpful staff.faster checkin check out. breakfast is good. Value for the money.

Facilities inside room are very old. Not as you see in pictures. Furniture needs some renovation. Many things are damaged. Breakfast menu needs improvement

The security and room service staff were extremely helpful in attending to our needs. Huge thanks to the restaurant staffs as they went beyond to fulfill our needs for the little guys meals. They were excellent. The rooms were quite modern and well.maintained.

On our second night I was woken to the door being opened from the outside. I had the bolt lock on and the person knowing that closed it and left. Immediately I called the reception and they only told me that you ordered something, when I told them that I hadn't they said the room service guy could have opened it. The front office staff was trying to divert the issue and I got very concerned. He later told me that he would attend to the matter and call me back, which to this day I haven't got a reply.. so I took my own measurements. I did raise the concern again on checkout but it was never attended to. I actually left with that in mind as they didn't take it seriously.

Centrally located in the heart of the city and close to tourist attractions. Neat and clean rooms, well maintained wash rooms. Polite and courteous housekeeping staff. Buffet breakfast spread was good.

Staff in dining area as well their managers seemed confused and unable to respond promptly for simple requests like placing glasses near juice / smoothies counter, or small bowls for yogurt. Each one passes the buck to another and thus keeping customer waiting. Placement of Veg and Non veg items together and close by needs to be relooked. eg Veg and non veg pastries were kept together, similarly veg and non veg sandwhiches were placed together. Reception desk wasn't helpful in terms of information on areas of tourist interest and city travel.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous and cooperative. The room was neat, clean and well readied. The bed and bedding were really comfortable. Lighting is ample. We requested for a late check-out and a place to store our baggage after checkout and were allowed. Thanks for that. The breakfast had a good spread giving choices and good seating arrangements.

Few minor suggestions: The ironing board in the room and hand spray in the wash room needs minor maintenance. Shower gel dispenser could have been replenished. At the restaurant, some items could have been warmer. Important: The mobile contact given on the website was not being attended by anyone.

My room had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options were both local and international. The decor was lovely. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Taxis were able to enter the hotel driveway with staff on hand to help with luggage. The room had the necessary amenities including toiletries, toothbrush, etc. Staff were able to hold our luggage all day while we visited the city after check out.

The deadbolt lock on my door was broken on entry and fell off as I closed the door. The Wi-Fi code was not available in the room and I had to call reception to receive the code.

i like the room itself it is so relaxing although they forget to give me slipper and bathrobe hahaha. The staff at night is accomodating and friendly, I forget their names. and the reception in dayshift was nice and helpful, he even book my rides in uber his name Shashank Shetty. The catering was good too, my breakfast went well and the staff is really helpful.

i dont like the thing that i need to pay extra for extending my stay for 2 hours because i had luggage and i need to go in a near by place, although i came on the same date and check out same day😂😂

Very good value for money, nice location not far from the main train and bus stations. The personel were very friendly and helpful - they open front doors for you, help with luggage, prepare a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast. The breakfast itself is very good with a lot to choose from Indian or European cuisine. Evvery time they clean your room, they give you new water bottles and tea bags or coffee sacks.

The photos of my room were a bit misleading. I thought the windows would be facing away from the main street, but there were faicing that noisy street. Even tough they claim to have noise cancelling windows, still I could hear the street noise and had to sleep with my ear plugs. There were a few other small issues. It was hard to close the wardrobe doors and the furniture in general was a bit worn out.

Very good location in tree-lined street, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and service in ground floor restaurant watching the morning go by through large picture windows, good London Curry House restaurant 2 minutes walk, clean 7th floor rooftop pool, short ride to main shopping areas.

Initial problems with room safe and fridge but fixed promptly by maintenance..

Hotel is very nice, it took long time to complete check in, had to wait untill their chek in time open even the room were ready. Staff were not caring, had to wait long (even they were not busy) to ask something. Room were nice, big, clean and quite.

Not allowd outside food in this hotel where all the 5* hotels are allow outside food (Food Delivery).

The property has a great location with great amenities, pool, spa, gym, restaurant, and staff is very friendly.

I had a massage and the therapist was very undertrained. she was massaging on bone and the stomach in the wrong direction and everything wrong in massage 101. massage therapist need more education. there was construction at the property at 10 pm and when I called to complain about loud hammering, they said sorry, it will be finished in 30 mins due to setting up for a new years event. very loud hammering continued, despite complaint, for 30 mins.
