The rooftop bar

After we paid our bill and got home we found a $30. charge to our credit card. I called and was told that this was for any misc. charges that may have come up during our stay( there were none), and this should be credited back to us within a few days. Today makes the 8th day and we still have not received the credit. We left 2 phone messages with the accounting department but have received no reply. This is a major mistake for a hotel to make especially after we enjoyed our stay.

A few things were still being worked on —- our phone didn’t work , our room was a long distance from the elevators, some doors did not close Only parking was valet that charged 25 a night. Or street parking

New building, still smells good. Restaurant good. Convenient. not crowded

Front desk could have been more friendlier and helpful

All staffs are so nice except the one at the front desk(the young lady).She is not welcoming,no introducing her name , no good Morning , no thank you .She lacks customer service.

I loved everything. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to. Everyone is very friendly. They’re very welcoming and answer any question you have. The free buffet breakfast was amazing. They always had fresh foods and a good variety. The entire hotel is well kept. Clean. The shuttle is $25 a day automatically even if you don’t use it but I suggest you take advantage of it like we did. They’ll take you to the beach or pier. There are washers and dryers and that’s helpful. A nice pool. No hot tub. Restaurant on the roof serves a variety of foods. Across the street is a cafe that serves coffees, ice cream and desserts. Also there’s a grocery store and a nice restaurant. It doesn’t get super busy in that area. It felt quiet, relaxed and safe. The beds are comfy. The rooms are spacious and spotless. I would love to stay again. Loved the balcony too

Entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Amber at the reception on the first day was great, she helped in changing the room with no hassle when we realized that the king size bed was not enough for the family. I forgot the name of the lady who was at the bar that night but she ensured to get my Old Fashioned drink even after the bar closing time as she was around, and she was very welcoming and made a perfect drink which made my day. Breakfast was included which was great! They have a rooftop bar too with nice music on. Hotel is new, rooms were super clean. Easy accessible to the city center

Free parking should be included which I assume will be included soon. I was able to get the parking on the street in front of the hotel without any hassle.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It just opened a few weeks ago. The room is spacious and has so much storage space. I stayed in a double queen bed with sofa area. The staff and valet parking attendants were so friendly. The rooftop bar has great drinks and food. The Pesca restaurant was delicious. It’s only a couple of miles from St. Augustine St. George area. You can walk to the ocean in under 5 minutes. The Vilano Beach area is safe and has some cute local shops across the street. There’s also a Publix across the street.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Great location. Great staff. Rooftop bar/restaurant is a lot of fun. Close to the beach and nice, clean pool.

We had to be moved from our first room late in the night because the ceiling started to leak. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but the staff was very responsive and very accommodating so it ended up. It being a big deal. One other thing that is a bit of an inconvenience is the lack of electric vehicle chargers. I ended up paying the hotel next door to park in their lot so I could charge my car. 😊

Location, spacious rooms with sofa seating, welcoming and pleasant staff

Pet friendly hotel….first time staying a pet friendly hotel and cannot do it again in the future…large dogs found in the breakfast dining room sitting next to their owners, large dogs barking in hallways and in their rooms that you can hear them from your room and as clean as the property is you can still smell a “dog smell” when you walk out of elevators into the hallways towards your room

1. Location - we have stayed in Vilano Beach area before & liked the area. We thought we’d try this hotel 2. We don’t like valet parking but the valets were polite and professional and honored our schedule

The desk clerks were dismissive, not dressed in any way indicating who they were or who they worked for. As I checked in after booking online the clerk kept calling me sweetheart, honey and dear; never did she call me by my first or more formal Ms. I am 80 but this was extremely inappropriate.
