Everything! Comfortable, Affordable, set in beautiful gardens by the forest! Miss T as we called her along with her Mother Father Brother Sister In Law make this place the best stay we’ve ever had on our travels. Two enormous pools are surrounded by cute bungalows of all shapes & sizes catering to single traveler’s and families. Rooms are modest and clean no TV but you won’t miss it at all. Plenty of power outlets. A kettle & bar fridge are also provided.AC in bedrooms and fans in other areas like veranda !Bath & pool towels are provided,Along with shampoo sachets and body wash sachets. Toothbrush/paste and a comb as well! A value for money breakfast available for the start of your day. Drinks available on site and the family were lovely & made us coffees through the day. A shuttle is available to take you to the beach or Main Street they even dropped us at a restaurant nearby. Tours can be arranged on site. Ms T provides information about island activities and costs. Mini Marts are on Main Street & Money exchange as well.

This family run business is one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed in. The whole family was amazing & nothing was too much trouble & everything was done with a smile. The rooms were comfortable & clean & serviced every day. The pools were beautiful & clean & the gardens were stunning. The price of breakfast, beers, washing & scooter hire were very reasonable & any time you wanted to go to the main street or beach they would take you down & pick you up when you messaged them. Set at the end of a long lane in the jungle, the only noise was the insects. And taking us to the airport when we left was the icing on the cake. I can't recommend this place more highly & would give them 100 stars if I could. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything. Really friendly owners, everything was clean, room service every day, 2 awesome pools, Surrounded by nature... They have 3 dogs and 1 cat, i loved those... especially bee, the male dog! :) You also get a free shuttle service every day to the main road or the nearest beach, otherwhise its a 20 min walk. Nearest restaurant is lemontree, 10 min walk and awesome food for little money! I booked for 3 days, but extended for a another 3 days. It was by far the best place i stayed in vietnam in thodr 17 days. I even got a free ride to the airport in the end. And yes, the place looks even better in real, compared to the pictures!

Its a little outside, i loved it, but keep it in mind if u enjoy nightlife and bars... ... grab is cheap to get back or rent a motorbike there :)

Mum, dad and daughter are amazing hosts, always with a smile and willing to help and advise,aided by a couple who do housekeeping, gardens and pool. The grounds are immaculate, wonderful flowers and plants. A totally relaxing environment. There are two large, clean pools You can get a bike delivered to the resort. Excellent WiFi A free shuttle is available to take you to the beach or the main shopping road. Lovely breakfast available, stocked fridge for cold drinks. There are many restaurants within walking distance.Grab is easily available. A fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.

vallen sen is beautiful, two very clean pools with lighting so you can use after dark as well. We stayed in a bungalow overlooking one of the pools, it had a little bridge to cross that was full of frogs and tadpoles. valley sen is located about 1km behind the main town, because of this it's beautifully quiet and sen like. it was no issue for us being out of town as when you want to go into town you just tell the staff and the buggies take you straight down, same when coming back. The bus stop for the free bus to grandworld or the night market is where the buggie drops you off. we hired scooters a few days and that was the same, just asked reception and within minutes they were there. Nothing was to much hassle, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, our room was cleaned daily. Would definitely return to valley sen if we return to Phu Quoc.

when we arrived after a very rough ferry crossing it took 90mins for our breakfast and drinks to arrive after ordering. this stopped us having breakfast there again.

This has been one of the best places we've stayed at while traveling. The staff is so atentive and nice, they help with everything at any time: with bookings, bike rental and even get you to the main road or the beach for free with their boogie. The place is amazing, it has 2 big swimming pools and it's all covered in flowers and green grass, honestly so peaceful - feels like paradies! The breakfast is also amazing, with huge portions for a very good price. I wish I could've stayed longer, definitely coming back if I'm ever in Phu Quoc!!

The place is just dreamy. It’s down a road, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away. It has two very large pools and the rooms are simple and lovely. We had room 110 which for a couple is the perfect room. They do a simple breakfast to start the day and it’s not expensive at all. They have a buggy which will take you to the Main Street everyday, whenever you choose at a couple of minutes notice and it runs until 9.30pm. The family that own it are just lovely and so welcoming and accommodating. The Dad designed this little piece of paradise in 2017-18 and for that he should be commended. We loved it here and we urge you to go, you will also be enchanted…

Nothing at all, the distance away brings peace and quiet, the buggy brings it close when you need it.

This property is carved into the jungle, the bungalows, huts and tree houses are surrounded or covered with flowers. We stayed in a tree house, with just enough room for two, though there is a large area below the house which was for our use. We were content to stay on the small balcony alongside the bedroom due to the view over the gardens and pools. The two pools were cleaned daily and were of a decent size. There were swings benches and loungers for our use. The rooms are cleaned daily. The owners/managers were friendly and efficient. We were collected from the airport and made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It's within walking distance to the main road, bars and restaurants, though we did occasionally use the free buggy, provided by the owners. The buggy operates 0730 to 2130 hrs. Our favourite restaurant was F5, which is 5 mins towards the airport from the buggy drop off point, I recommend the sweet and sour fish. The contrasting flavours and textures were amazing, they speak good English and will help with menu choices or even local recommendations. There is a free shuttle bus running from the airport to the amusement park, this route takes in the coastal area and main town. F5 will show you where this is. Our favourite bar was the Cheeky Traveller English Pub, this opens at 1700 hrs and closes way past our bedtime, staff are efficient and friendly, as are the customers. We usually walked here, though its on the shuttle bus route. For groceries and drinks etc we went to King Kong Market which is near the pub. The pub has live music

The whole atmosphere, feel and look of the property felt very homey. After spending a couple of days in the bustling city of Saigon, this was exactly what we needed. The wooden rooms were comfortable, clean and had everthing we needed. The pools as well as the garden are beautifully taken care of and the owners were always super responsive and helpful when we needed them.

A lot of lizards, sometimes even in the rooms as well as their poop. Nothing that would really make a negative impact on our rating though!
