+The view from the balcony was hard to beat. +Great view from the top floor. +Very friendly and helpful staff. Really, hats off. +We got free check-out coconut juice drinks. +Because we stayed for more nights, we had a free airport transfer. +Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the AC worked well.

- A cockroach on the floor in the breakfast room (happened twice out of six mornings and no, it was not the same cockroach). The breakfast staff did not react to this at all, probably it is normal there :/ - Shower cubicle in both our rooms was dirty - the glass wall as well as tiles. - Useful information for some westerners: breakfast buffet options were solely Vietnamese, there was nothing like butter, cheese or ham. We did not mind that much but some might do. Also, if you come at 8, it is too late and you won't have much left.

Very quiet and clean. Also I got upgraded to a full seaview room. Staff picked me up and drove me back to the airport free of charge. I got a second room card too, so could keep power on and phone and laptop charging while going outside. Pool is clean and not too sunny after about 4pm.

Prepared breakfast was mediocre and ended 9:30. Staff were very nice and make fresh omelette, which is tasty! Beach access is indirect through small alleys, about 5-10min walk.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast at all. There isn't much choice if you don't eat meat. Would have been nice for bottled handsoap in bathroom over a small bar.

The views and the cleanliness.

The noise, the doors were very thin and we could hear everything. The breakfast was quite poor, no water.

The staff were extremely helpful and always friendly and smiling. The beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal for us, 5 mins to the lovely beach and nice restaurants.. we asked for different foods at breakfast and they were very obliging.

The shower over a loose bath was a bit off-putting. The breakfast is not suited to western tastes but when we asked for other foods they did their best to make us happy.

We had an excellent experience here. The service is very attentive, and the cuisine is excellent. In addition, the swimming pool and accommodations are clean. The best time to visit Phu Quoc is between March and July.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, really great hotel, breakfast was nice. location was good but the beach infront was dirty would stay here again and recommend.

Firstly, the location was excellent—convenient and central, making it easy to explore the area. The sea view from my room was absolutely stunning and added a wonderful touch to the experience. Most notably, the hotel staff were nice and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. I truly appreciated their efforts to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible.

While I appreciated the overall comfort and amenities, I believe there is room for improvement in the daily cleaning of the rooms.

A typical 3-star accommodation with a large and clean outdoor pool equipped. A 10-min walk to the beach where you can enjoy a beach chair and drinks/foods at a reasonable price. If you don't wish to spend your beach time at a "inhouse guest only" beach in a 4-5 star hotels, this hotel can be a good option to save money. The breakfast menu is 80% Vietnamese. The view from the restaurant on the 9th floor is magnificent. The wifi is stable. The facility is not very modern but acceptable enough.

Not recommended if you are noise-sensitive. Most of the voices/noises from the corridor and the rooms next door can be heard.
