The person who was in charge at the restaurant the evening I was there (Dec. 12, 2024) was AMAZING. I came in late -- was at the wrong hotel and was able to get a room anyway with no fuss. I took a shower and then realized room service was not available and that the bar/restaurant was closing shortly. I ran down 20 minutes before close and was told to relax and take my time. I quickly ordered, and the lady made sure I had everything I needed and put it all in an easy to carry bag. I would stay at this hotel again just because of her. The desk staff was also fabulous, and a male housekeeping staff member noticed while I was leaving that I was struggling with my luggage and helped me carry it to the elevator quickly! FABULOUS STAFF!

The proximity to the airport is great! The hotel is very nice. The room was very ample and the beds comfy. Staff was very friendly.

No breakfast. You have to buy at the "bistro" and they close right at 9:30. We showed up at 9:37 just to get coffee. The attendant was talking to another staff member. We asked about coffee and she just looked at the time and said "we're closed." She didn't even look at us.

The way we were received by reception lady upon arrival for check in! Ofcourse we were 2 hours early prior official check in time 15:00hrs. But at 14:00 hrs that same lady called us, that we could check in at the floor we wanted at the rear side of hotel! Then the noise cancellation measures at this hotel are insufficient. IAH is nearby, obvious, but thin walls and glass not enough layered to keep noise out.

The main purpose for this stay was a 18 hours-connection flight (Midnight to 8:00 pm in Houston), unfortunately the weather announced 40°C during the day for doing some tour around, so we decided to stay in the hotel until our departure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, from the front desk, amenities to the room. I’ll appreciate that they can do a “late-check out” because the beds were awesome! The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes until 11:30 pm, helps a lot!

We did not have breakfast as we had an early departure from Houston.

The light control switches were confusing to operate. Perhaps a little pamphlet in the room or a posted sign telling us how to operate the lights. The soap dispensers in the shower/ bath were empty so we had to use our own. Perhaps a previous guest emptied them into their bottle? A more thorough check by employee or staff.

Good stay overall. Convenient for IAH, especially with a free shuttle. Although I didn't know I had to call the hotel to get the shuttle. My expectation was they were running constantly and just needed to find them outside (as in some other airports). And there were no messages to let us know. I booked through Booking.com and most of other hotels have messages to notify about parking/shuttle and other arrangements. I also had an issue with breakfast. I've booked breakfast inclusive room rate and stayed with entire family (2 adults + 2 children), which was stated on the booking. For some reason at the breakfast I was told I only had one breakfast included. When speaking to receptionist, she just sent me back to the breakfast counter, "as they are separate companies and they don't deal with breakfasts". Basically they left me to sort it out, offering no assistance. This was a bit annoying. Otherwise enjoyable stay with good room and beds. Perfect for airport layover.

Clean. Modern.

Why only one (abbreviated) breakfast when two people were staying. It sort of ruined the stay. We had to wait one hour for the shuttle at the airport (two phone calls). It was late and we were tired and had to wait outside one hour. Not acceptable!

Location is good relative to the airport. Not a great place for walking, but we found a way to do that, and we know that we are unusual. It’s very quiet.

The food options are limited and the shuttle service stops before our arrival time. But that’s the way it works. The shuttle service back to the airport was very good.

Location was great to the airport for our very early departure.

Did not like that the shuttle service did not start until 5:30 am and we had to be there at 4 am. Website stated shuttle service available. I would have like to know what time it started on the website.

The Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern with a wonderful complimentary hotel shuttle service. The room was beautifully designed with soft gentle music that played as I entered the room. I loved the interior design of the room. It had everything in the room that I needed. I loved the bathroom! Staff were wonderful and friendly and suppper helpful!!! Thank you!!

The only "negative" thing that I didn't like is that the only place to eat at the hotel is at the downstairs starbucks, which has Limited open times, which makes eating difficult!
