A very comfortable hotel room, good design, with a nice sitting area separate from the sleeping area. Very close to the airport, and they provided a free shuttle to the airport.

The location, like many hotels in Houston, is car centric, and there were no restaurants in walking distance. Thus one without a car must have food delivered. I wished the hotel staff could have provided more suggestions on what's good in the area and how it might be delivered. I ended up using Doordash to order in a pizza. Meh.

Good size room, large bathroom area. Clean. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport for a quick overnight stay. Day shift staff was very nice and personable, and helpful.

I had a handicap accessible room, with the handicap accessible shower, which was not needed by myself or my partner. So it was difficult to navigate some things, such as the shower. There was additional nozzles and this dual front facing faucet thing about mid thigh (for an individual standing) and when you attempt to turn on the shower, this dual front facing faucet thing shot out forceful water directly in my face (think of a bidet but front facing near the water nozzle in a shower). So that was a disappointing aspect of the stay.

Breakfast was as expected at a hotel. The pool had too much floaty particles in it. The desk rep was really nice. The location was across the street from a gas station and a couple of food places.

They may want to change the wording for the shuttle because it only takes you to and from the airport and on the amenities it says that the shuttle takes you up to 5 miles around the hotel.

The facility was close to the airport and the Park and Fly facility. Fast food restaurants close to the facility. The facility was close to all the main highways. The rooms were clean and the employees were very helpful!

My wife and I were very disappointed with the breakfast couldve been better and needs to be improved!

Large, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, clean.

Not actually a big deal, just nitpicking, but: minibar / fridge in room only had pay per use bottled water. I'd understand it if there were an assortment of pay per use drinks, or just water but complimentary, but only pay per use water and nothing else, I find kind of weird.

The breakfast was very nice. I loved the coffee and waffles! My suite was much bigger than I expected, and it was pristinely clean (this is coming from a near-germophobic person) I loved this room and I would definitely stay here again. Wish it was closer to downtown but houston is HUGE! I reccommend getting a rental car because lyfting to downtown will be no less than $25 each ride.

The driver of shuttle bus was was extremely helpful and cheerful at the end of a very long day travelling as was the gentleman at reception. Similar experience this morning when returning to airport. Breakfast was well organized and included a good variety of different choices.

A few more savoury items in mini shop would have been nice as we hadn’t had an evening meal. However this was a minor blip.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great! Sitting area with couch and TV, along with a workstation area. Breakfast had a good variety of warm/cold options. Shuttle service to airport is also excellent. Only 5 - 7 minutes to airport.

Everything was what we needed. There are limitted eating areas within walking distance other than fast food.

Close to the airport. Very clean and the Staff were very helpful. They use their shuttle bus as a free taxi for guests which was a pleasant surprise. they took us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up when we called.

Arrived at the hotel at 2pm but check wasn’t until 3pm and because we weren’t in some loyalty club thing they said we had to wait. Fortunately they got us checked at 2.30 which wasn’t too bad but just felt it was a bit pointless.

Everything, the facility was fantastic, beds comfortable, clean and the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Terry was amazing, so kind, friendly and helpful. He allowed us to check out at 4pm because our flight was scheduled for 8pm. He was truly amazing.
