The property is fully refurbished. Although the building is old, it looked like a brand new hotel. Very impressive atmosphere and facilities. Did not expect this level of service. Truly 5 stars resort , excellent for a family getaway.

I went in the summer and it was very hot, however, this is the case everywhere in the UA. It’s a bit outside the city, so if you are coming from outside the UAE, I would not recommend this place as there are closer options to the city with better transportation options, but it would make a perfect staycation for people resident in the UAE.

All. But we were there for the 4th time, but we will go back again. Everyone is very nice. We arrived at the hotel at night, the last day our plane departured even later, they allowed us to stay an extra 5 hours in the room. ❤️ Our little boy was also able to sleep in this way before the long journey. The food was also excellent. Dinner is varied and delicious. Especially the Indian food was very authentic and delicious. Part of see was suitable for bathing, it was nicely cleaned. The res of area is a fenced ecological section. That was great. And finally the garden and the peacocks were wonderfull.

Beautifully laid out, brilliant facilities. We stayed in the Palm Tree Court area which spacious and relaxing although with plenty of great facilities. With a nice relaxed beach vibe.

We liked everything, it was a good 30 minute cab ride from the Jumeirah if you wanted to to visit there although we didn’t, we were happy to stay in the wonderful surroundings.

This hotel was faultless. From the room, breakfasts, lunch’s, dinners, drinks, transport on site with buggy’s, service from staff everything was just perfect. This place is more like a retreat stay, away from all the hustle & bustle of Dubai. There are plenty of places to eat, mostly a la carte dining for every meal. The kinara & white orchid restaurants by far the best food I’ve had ever. Absolutely unbelievable tastes. I loved the peacocks which were just freely roaming the grounds, the pools were all a great temp & great swim up bars too. The shallow kids pool in the shade was amazing as the kids were too hot in the sun all day. I could not recommend this place enough, it was just in incredible and you will not be disappointed.

The kids water splash park was more aimed at babies. Having kids aged 3 and 6 they would have both loved to have used the main kids slides together however we had a very upset 3 year old and a very happy 6 year old who was able to use the slides. There is a high restriction on the entry of this pool.

We loved everything about the resort, staying in the beachfront rooms made it feel very special. We stayed in one of the Residence suites so we were lucky to have the Butler service available to us and access to the Signature Lounge. We were only at the resort for 5 nights so having someone help us with restaurant bookings and having the buggies available to get around the resort, really helped us make the most of the short time we had. Communication was very good, we received a WhatsApp message the day before we arrived confirming they were expecting us. Before our stay we emailed about airport transfers and they were very responsive. The Signature lounge was a really useful resource, we had breakfast there and high tea, and made use of happy hour. There is also a pool area that only the Residence suites have access to, so we didn't have to get there early to guarantee a sun lounger. Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Wi-Fi was available throughout the resort and followed you across the resort so you didn't have to keep reconnecting. The peacocks were lovely and we didn't hear any sound from them at night (and not much during the day either).

We decided not to go all-inclusive as we couldn't justify the difference in price. This meant we noticed how expensive it was to eat in the restaurants. Especially the 81 buffet restaurant - we just went for the hot buffet which kept the cost to a reasonable amount but if you went for the full hot and cold buffet it more than doubled the cost. Of the four days we stayed we only needed evening meal on two of those days (the other two days were spent on trips), if we had eaten at the resort every night, and we hadn't had access to the lounge, the all-inclusive cost would probably be justified.

the people working there were very kind, very good food. the food at the Indian was absolutely amazing. met lots of nice people. large and nice rooms. the spa was also very good. The children loved kid Club. was also in the stables, which was great fun for the children. both children got to ride and had a lot of fun with it.

what drags it down are all the homeless cats that are there. wish they had a plan to take responsibility for these cats. feed them, sterilize them and make sure they are comfortable. Have traveled quite a bit in Dubai year after year, but can now see that they have not addressed the cat problem. So many cats it was all over the place now. not only in the hotel but also in the city centre. I hope the hotel agrees to be an animal-friendly hotel. help the cats and not just remove them to other places where they cannot defend themselves

Everything!!! Absolutely everything was amazing! The staff were so kind, they all spoke so well of the Resort and how much they enjoy being part of the team! You can really see it, and it makes the entire experience enjoyable. The facilities are great, and the transport to and from the different resorts and malls is fantastic!!!

Everything was amazing. We had the best stay!!! The only inconvenience was: You are not allowed to bring any snacks or treats in, and you need to wear a Chino type shorts, and no flip flops after 6pm. But those were hardly cons, just FYI's that should be told when travelling with kids.

Service is great everyone was so nice and welcoming, food was good, room was big with lots of storage. Lots of greenery & peacocks just roaming around in peace. The buggy drivers are super nice, fast and always ready to have a nice talk or offer help. The food quality in general is very good.

Water pressure was so low in the toilets, need more food options as palm tree restaurant doesn’t serve lunch and beach hotel restaurant is too small, lake view one was great with lots of variety. The seating areas around the pools need to get bigger to accommodate more people. For example at the splash park, there is only 12 shezlong, many families had to sit on the floor.

The staff were amazing and had a very relaxed feel.

Its quite a way out from Dubai and in a fairly industrial zone…but you wouldnt know when in the resort.

I have visited this resort more times than any other place in the world, It feels like a real getaway from Dubai, like a proper vacation outside of the hustle and glamour of the city. Multiple food and beverage options, loads of activities, many pool and beach choices and top notch service. The rooms are spacious and well designed. For me it’s the perfect resort in every way.

I love everything the property has to offer however this is just a suggestion… It would be nice to be able to enjoy a cocktail in the afternoon/evening on the upstairs terrace of the White Orchid bar, currently you are only allowed to sit inside until the restaurant opens. It would be a wonderful spot to enjoy sunset and it would bring a lot of revenue to the bar there as people would enjoy to sit in the terrace and also they can smoke there too in the fresh air. It is very quiet during the day although it is open, the terrace being open would be a much welcome option for sundowners
