The staff was very good , courteous and helpful The room view of the mountains was beautiful

The breakfast variety was almost negligible For vegetarians there wa a couple of fruits , cornflakes , BM carrots , bread butter and croissant so not filling at all They did not have help to carry the luggage to the room , thankfully my room was in the 1st floor but still a bother for older people The room had no cupboards !

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We had a good large bathroom with balcony that had spectacular views of the mountains. There was a large choice for breakfast. There was a great lounge to sit and relax in, also with spectacular views. Would highly recommend.

The property on the whole was excellent but the restaurant prices were on the expensive side. They did have a laundry but no dryer which was problematic as we were unable to wash our clothes properly.

We loved the view from the hotel balcony, just amazing. Also the food a was good as we are vegetarian and we're served amazing food. Staff was excellent, especially Diana she took the utmost care that we were very comfortable and got whatever we asked. She was also very helpful and could speak in English.

Bathroom are too small and also the balcon. There should have been space for chair in the balcony.

So we stayed here for 1night, (we thought it would be enough) room was very cozy and warm. beautiful view of the kazbek. Trust me, I am a very picky eater, restaurant really nailed it with the food, I mean come on, how can a grilled chicken be this delicious 😍😄… Also just want to say, very surprised at the costs of kazbegi, very cheap compared to gudauri… staff did their best to comfort us during the stay. In conclusion 10/10 thank you!

The staff was a welcome change from the general rude behavior I observed in whole of Georgia. I would go back to Georgia just because of this property. Kudos to the lady at the reception for checking me in quick and the gentleman at the bar who was a pleasure to talk to, and accommodated my requests for food. The place is very cozy, and the view from the mountain view rooms were gorgeous. I would totally recommend this place to anyone - solo or family.

Nothing really. Maybe person in charge at the breakfast section could have been friendlier. I asked for black tea but they made me feel like i’m asking for free stay.

I had a good taste of Georgia thanks to the staff at Kazbek. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel door room is simple wood and all the noises from outside comes in also the light from the corridor.

Loved this hotel! There aren't alot of rooms, but that means it is quiet and cozy. The lounge/restaurant area had plenty of room for their guests. Me and my husband spent time working from different parts of this area. The view of Gergeti Church and Kazbegi from our balcony every morning is something we will remember forever! The staff is warm, friendly, and were always happy to accommodate requests within their means. From our check-in to our check-out we were made to feel at ease. The King sized room is spacious enough for a couple and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. Make sure to reserve a room with a landmark view so you get the best views of Kazbegi.

I wish there was a trash can for the room in addition to the bathroom trash can. We made our own trashbag for the room with a spare Spar plastic bag.

- the staff was nice. - the location is good, views of the mountains around are beautiful. The small town's main street is about a 10-minutes walk, mind that the way back to the hotel goes a bit upwards. - breakfast is good, the buffet is not enormous but the quality is good and the dining area is cozy.

- There was not too much water coming from the shower head. No huge problem but it was harder to shower. - I would consider another trash bin in the room besides the one already present in the bathroom which is pretty small

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Very strange bathroom layout but we got used to it during the stay.
