Stunning mountain views, delicious breakfasts, great coffee and of course an incredible interior.

There was a conflict with the staff due to the fact that it turns out it is impossible to take pictures with a non-compact camera, you can only use your phone for photos. Ie, I was just sitting at the table, waiting for my food, when the waiters and managers immediately attacked that I could not take a photo with a view. It's the first time in my life that I've met such a rule, because now most tourists and bloggers visit some places to record them on camera and tell about their journey... I don't understand - how was I supposed to know about this rule in advance when booking? In general, this situation really spoiled the overall impression on the first day. I hope you will be more friendly and loyal.

The hotel met our expectations as it was a destination hotel. We enjoyed the most the overall design of the hotel and their concept of the lobby. We were able to enjoy drinks & desserts on the terrace while playing board games in the afternoon, enjoy the pool in the evening and interact with other guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also recommend booking George the local guide for hikes around the region.

You have to be picky to find items that you don't like but here we go: - there are no khinkali in the menu at the restaurant. this is my main complaint. - although I loved the lobby concept is annoying for dinner as restaurants tables are limited and you sometimes need to eat on a sofa and a coffee table. - the light is very dimmed everywhere. I understand the concept but still annoying - as I previously said, there are no khinkali.

Rooms hotel has one of the best locations for hotels in Kazbegi. While the cost of the room is higher + from other hotels, but it is just wonderful. Kazbegi is mainly views and this hotel provides it big time. Staring from the room, we had the chance to be in 2 different rooms during our stay: Double room with mounting view and Executive King room that has forest view + some back mounting (this was due to availability). The room with mountain view was smaller but the view was outstanding, if the night/day are clear of clouds. The shower room was small, but room size was good + small balcony. The executive room was much bigger and bigger shower, but the luck of view in such place was a bit missing. I highly recommend adding the money for a room with a mountain view. Very good breakfast. Hot pool was relaxing and wonderful when outside temp was very low. Parking right at the hotel entrance.

The shower in the double room was too small and it was impossible to have one without wetting all the floor outside (as there is no door and the size is small). While having a very good breakfast, there is a restaurant at the hotel for dinner. At the first night we set for dinner and ordered the burger. Highly not recommended. Very dry and without flavor burger. this was not only my own by my partners as well. While I was not asking for it, the manager did try to compensate us, but I ended up not having dinner. I'm sure other options available outside.

Excellent location with fabulous views . A stunning deck which was massive overlooking the caucuses . Great bar , lounge and restaurant. Very well designed with great ambience . A superlative experience to be in the common areas .

The rooms were small and ill equipped . The bathroom was even smaller with the shower stall water splashing all over the loo the moment you had a shower . V tedious . The view from our little balcony was the same as the deck which was beautiful but the cane chairs were v uncomfortable and each balcony was separated from the other with grills that made you feel like a monkey in a cage .

The Rooms hotel is very well located to see the mountains and enjoy the views. The hotels looks more like a hostel with fairly small rooms but has a balcony though is not very private. The rooms are otherwise with comfortable beds. The lightening could be brightened a bit more. The toilets are small too. The GF outside deck is huge and great to sitting and enjoying the views. The entire GF is lobby area and gives a very nice library ambiance, though it needs better maintenance. The breakfast is nice but one day we go some stale salad, which should not be done. The lunch and dinner menus are limited but decent.

The room lightening could be improved. The toilets are small and there could be a door / curtain in the shower to not let the water come out of the bath. The maintenance in the lobby area needs to be done. The breakfast serves some old food of last day which should be avoided.

The location and the views are awesome! Staff is friendly and ready to help - we asked for a needle and thread, and they got us a cute mini sewing kit. The swimming pool is quite big for an indoors pool and there were not much people there, probably because of the end of the season and weekdays. Breakfast is delicious! They have croissants, red fish, lots of cheese and fruits, grilled vegetables... And you can order eggs in any form to be prepared and served for you. The bed and the blanket are extra big! (like 220-240cm width)

The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation system, the drain isn't fast enough and there is no partition in the bathroom - every time after shower the whole batroom was wet and had a puddle on the floor :( They used to have a hot tub outdoors 2 years ago, but now it's gone. After one of the cleanings they took away our bathrobes, and we had to ask for new ones 3 times, it took 1,5 hours to finally get them.

We've returned for a second stay, and it's clear why – no other place in Kazbegi compares. The stunning views, delicious food and coffee, the breathtaking location... it all adds up to an unforgettable experience. As perhaps the only true luxury hotel in the area, it stands out with its unique interiors, reminiscent of a cozy old wooden house filled with inviting libraries. This time, we indulged in the spa, and it was a wonderful addition to our stay. If you're seeking a truly special getaway in Kazbegi, look no further.

While the rooms themselves are on the cozy side, the balcony views, especially if you snag a mountain view, are truly spectacular - so book early! Unfortunately, the bathrooms are quite cramped, which might not be an issue for everyone, but I personally found it uncomfortable. It would be a great improvement if they addressed the shower situation to prevent flooding the entire bathroom. Overall, the bathrooms could definitely benefit from some extra space.

This pls e was on my wishlist for few years and I was so excited to finally get here. It is exactly as it’s on the pictures, but there is something else so special- the vibe of this place that no picture can truly describe. Amazing staff!! Breakfast is delicious with a great choice of everything you might think about. Also great a la cart restaurant. Pool with warm water is definitely a plus.

It takes about 3 hours to get here from Tbilisi and it’s not much to do around. But hotel has everything you need to not get bored. Rooms are pretty small but bed size is good

The hotel is an excellent mountain hotel : superb view, amazing location, fresh breakfast, good diner, cosy lobby and rooms. The Superb view on the Mt Kazbek (5050m) on one side and Mt Shana (4500m) on the other side can be enjoyed from all places (dinner room, terrasse, swimming pool, rooms). Plenty of activity for at least 3 to 4 full days around the location (waterfall, lost valley, monastery). Excellent breakfast with fresh products. Confortable & cosy rooms with balcony and a big bed.

Going further, there is opportunity to improve on waiter (always very kind but sometime a little bit disorganized) and on concierge services (tour around the hotel could be more detailed with maps and eventually more advice on what and how to do it vs. a short brochure to pay for guided tour).

Amazing views of the mountains from our room and all over the hotel. You really feel like living with 'your head in the clouds' in this amazing and beautifully designed hotel. The Spa and swimming pool are a just perfect & the lobby/lounge with a huge choice of books from all over the world in all languages is a wonderful spot. The food is delicious, one of the best breakfasts we have ever had!

There was a mix-up with our first evening meal : we had to sit at the corner of a table right next to the kitchen, they mixed up our order and we had the wait for ages for our food. We complained to the staff and they were very gracious about it, offered us the meal and were extremely attentive to us for the rest of our stay. Note that the hotel is very high up near the mountain, so walking down to the village of Kazbegi takes time + walking back up to the hotel requires good physical condition ;)
