Spacious rooms, clean and nice, it is important to ask for rooms on the front side and not the back which is less attractive and a little noisy. Everything is relative and in Kazbegi the place is good plus.

There is nothing I didn't like, the hotel is really good, the staff does meet the accepted definition of those who lived under a Soviet dictatorial regime, and that's fine, I accept and respect that. The point is that maybe in Kazbegi I would go for a small and intimate place, but it is only for those who come for a long time. For one to two nights, the place is highly recommended.

We took a room with a view of Mount Kazbegi, it is very beautiful, the bed is definitely comfortable, there is hot water and all the necessary accessories for the shower and slippers. There is a kettle and tea/coffee bags, some sugar and a couple of bottles of water. We stayed overnight. So taking a room with Mountain View just to quickly see the mountain in the morning and go outside, it doesn't make much sense)

Toilet paper didn't have a folded corner, as is usually do in the hotels. The hook for toilet paper was hanging on kept falling on the floor. You could hear people talking in the hallway or outside. They didn't offer brewed coffee at breakfast, which is also a minus. I can always brew a coffee bag myself. And I really want to enjoy such a mountain view with freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Otherwise, everything is ok)

The location was perfect. You can easily walk to the town center, and Gergeti Trinity Church and Elia Monastery are accessible by car. The staff were very informative and suggested beautiful yet less touristic places, such as Elia Monastery. We were lucky to have a clear view of the church with Kazbegi Mountain in the background! The breakfast buffet offered fresh Georgian & western style dishes, which we loved the most. The room was spacious and well-equipped.

We were on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view from our balcony. The 4th floor has a common room with a bar and a pool table. In the evening, if guests play pool, it can be a bit noisy and heard from the 3rd-floor family studio.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The bar lady was very nice and polite, very lovely and was kind to my child and offered her ice-cream. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The view of course from the room was great, and there was several areas you can sit outside the room that were covered with a breath taking view. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. The facilities were great with several entertainment options like a pool table and board games etc. Only sad thing for us is that we planned to stay one night where we should have stayed more.

Price is a little high, but for me it was pretty much worth it and good value for money.

Our room and the hotel has an amazing mountain view. The hotel helped in our transport to explore Kazbegi. There is a Spar shop, market, exchange house and some restaurants nearby, walkable on foot. The hotel is new and the complete team is really helpful and professional. Room cleanliness was really good and the baby crib was also comfortable for our baby's sleep. The baby sheets were dinosaur printed which was really cute. The lobby and restaurant is huge and beautifully decorated. We mostly had our meals from the hotel kitchen and loved their food. Very fresh and tasty and was easy to plan meals for our kid as well. Breakfast is really good and worth it. Special mention to F&B manager Auftadil and hotel staff Mari who made our stay great and memorable.

The location of the hotel was just perfect as we got the mountain view room, our view was spectacular. We woke up to beautiful snow-capped mountains. The staff were friendly. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The breakfast menu was basically scrambled eggs, French toast, sausages, various spreads for bread, good selection of beverages and fruit juices. The staff at the breakfast area was very friendly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not mind to book again in the future.

The room service was excellent, with prompt and courteous staff always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met throughout the two nights we spent at the hotel. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast buffet offered each morning. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the double rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of room to unwind and relax. The separate bar area was a great feature, providing a cozy atmosphere to hang out with friends. The 24-hour bar menu offered a selection of mouthwatering dishes, perfect for late-night cravings. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional room service, cleanliness, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, and inviting atmosphere and a must stay place if you are heading to Kazbegi or Gudauri.

Car parking is located in a small lot near the front of the hotel. Overall layout and decor of the hotel is modern and pleasant. Staff were very friendly, especially Afton in the Restaurant. An amazing view of the mountains and town lights from our Deluxe Double Room on the Third Floor. Beautiful with the snow. Breakfast choice was very good. Snooker Table is small/medium size, a bit noisy when pocketing balls and they get stuck, but it is fine for a bit of fun. It is also located in a great lounge arza on the Fourth Floor with great views, and it has an outdoor observation deck and a rooftop deck. It was Free for us to play. Stopped by 22:00, house rules which is fine, to not be too noisy for other guests. The nighbourhood has lots of interesting attractions. We can't recommend "Lunch at Maia" restaurant highly enough. If you want to taste authentic, delicious, homemade Georgian food of plentiful portions at great value prices go there! It's less than a 4 minute walk from the Hotel. The Kagbegi Region is wonderful to explore. Best Places to Visit: Gergeti Trinity Church. Gveleti Big Waterfall. Sioni Basilica, Sno, The Juta Valley The Kobi to Gudauri Gondola/Lift etc. etc. We stayed for 4 nights, 16/12 to 19/12/2023. Temperatures dropped to minus 16 celcius at night but the room and hotel are very cozy. No problem with heating and excellent hot water service after 8 hours outdoors exploring the area. Minus 4 celcius average during the day, but all days were sunny, blue skies with light clouds. (We were lucky!). As the Swedes say "There is no bad weather. Only bad clothes" thus if wearing the right clothes, minus 4 is a breeze. Prior to Step we spent 4 days in Tblisi and after Step we spent 4 days in Gudauri, skiing and sightseeing.

Take Note: The road from Tbilisi to Stepansminda is interesting to say the least. The first 80 kms are not difficult but the climb up the mountains from then on is on twisty and turny roads. Also if you are travelling from late Nov. to mid March you need to check the road conditions/closures from Gudauri to Stepansminda. (See www.georoad.ge) Driving the E117 Road in winter with many trucks, ice and snow is an adventure... But the views in the snow capped mountains are truly spectacular.

We love our family studio with kitchen! Spacious and with a massive balcony overlooking the captivating mountains. Clean and comfortable. All staff are friendly and helpful. Kids-friendly with baby chairs available. Decent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perhaps can consider including tissue box in the room? Bathroom floor outside the shower area gets wet after shower. But these are not big issues, just feedback for improvement. We will choose to stay there again!

Loved the hotel rooms and the deck area to sit and have a drink or a coffee. Good terrace seating as well. Hotel breakfast was good one day and not the best the next.

The rooms had heating on even when it wasn't needed. We kept the doors open all night to let cool air in however we had to draw the curtains as the lights in front of the hotel were too bright and so the rooms were very, very hot. Please either turn off the heating and let the customers adjust the heat or turn off the huge lights in front of the hotel as our rooms were so bright it was like sleeping in daylight
