Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommend! My recent stay at Grandma's Plus Hotel Legian was absolutely fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with friendly smiles and a helpful, attentive staff. Check-in was efficient, and I was even offered a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, yet it maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and stylishly decorated, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view was 👍. I feel personal and special for city walk nearby too. (Chargeable) Dining was a highlight as well. The breakfast set menu was extensive, offering everything from fruits to made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurant served delicious dishes with a focus on local flavors, and the service was impeccable. The staff took time to recommend dishes and ensure we had a great dining experience. I feel sad for not spending more days at Bali. Or else I really try their chargeable message.(they have menu for their message) What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and they were quick to assist with any request. Especially Kadek , Rias ,Yedi &also don't forget the security or uncle who help us the get our luggage bag at the main entrance. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and looking forward to returning on my next trip. Grandma's Plus Hotel Legian truly sets the standard for hospitality!

Superb location in the central of Legian street, close to everywhere by walk distance. Kuta and Legian beach are pretty close, only 7-10 minutes walk to catch the sunset. Street shops everywhere, restaurants are nearby and absolutely plenty choice to dine in. Room was tiny, decent, but fresh, tidy and clean. Bed was comfort and great to sleep. Special thanks to Thia, Yedi the front officer who greeted me and absolutely Ali, as well as other security guards were great either, Ryan housekeeping made my stay was fabulous. you are all did a great job, well done. I had amazing stay there. Another extended for one night due to bad weather in Bali before back to Java.

We weren’t exactly sure what we were getting ourselves into as we managed to book a room at this hotel for three nights for a fantastic rate. Arriving at the hotel we were met with exceptional customer service all the way through until the end. Staff were very kind, provided helpful advice when leaving and its location is in pristine condition to travel in any direction. While on the small side the rooms provided all the required conveniences and the garden growing outside the window was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget layover with an expensive feel. Shoutout to the team Adi, Kadek and Ira and all the housekeeping and food staff.

The staffs (Thia, Ira, and Yedi) are extremely helpful, constantly ensuring that I have the most comfortable experience during my stay. The room is great and have everything from the comfortable bed and somewhat complete amenities. I'd even go as far as to say that it's on par to 3 star hotels if not for the room size.

Room size is pretty small but I really can't ask for a better one at this price. I also have major complaints for the noise; it often gets pretty noisy from the traffic and noise isolation from outside is minimal so you can easily hear every activities outside of your room which is pretty annoying to me. But I suppose that can't be helped since this hotel is located on the side of the main roads. The staffs has also offered a band-aid solution in form of an earplug but I feel like soundproofing the room would be a better solution.

Great location after your flight to adapt for several days with an access to cafes, beaches, exchange points, supermarkets. Open the door and in a second you’ll be in Italian pizzeria. Everyday cleaning. And there’s a fridge.

Dark room. My window was in front of other room’s window, so no privacy. Sometimes insects attacked the room and I saw cockroaches.

The location is very awesome, near with everything. Only 10 minutes to kuta beach, many shops around the hotel. And i thanksful for yogi as my room cleaner for cute handmade towel in my bed makes moodbooster for me, i loves it.

For the TV you should rechannel again, because the TV channel not clear, so if want to watch movie its not comfortable

We checked in during the late afternoon; the staff had our double bedroom ready with full hospitality and a smile on their faces. Since it was a last-minute booking, we had a discounted breakfast price for the following day, which was beautiful! Their air conditioner worked as intended, the room didn't smell, the bedding was comfortable, and the room amenities + size were as expected. Hot water worked perfectly, and there weren't any odd smells coming out of any faucets. The bathroom provided bath towels but no face towels. There was no bar soap or hand soap for the sink area, so we had to adapt by using the shower gel. There is minimal space to hang clothes or towels. This hotel is definitely worth the stay if you plan on exploring Bali starting in the morning from the heart of the tourism area (Kuta) and its surrounding locations.

The shower drainage was poor, which caused flooding within the bathroom and leaked to the bedroom, which flooded the floor. If only this didn't happen, this would have been a perfect stay! How unfortunate.

The staff are very nice and polite. Breakfast is delicious and for the nights we spent there we can choose different dishes everyday. Room is clean, we got clean towels everyday and our room is cleaned up everyday as well. Airco works well we have comfortable room to sleep in.

The noise from outside is annoying but kind of normal for a busy place like Legian. The hotel is quite open to absorb the noise from outside. Not sure the hotel can do anything though. They also offered room change and gave us free airport drop off as complimentary of the noise.

The best part about this is the location. Highly centrally location with the local marketing, major beaches and good restaurants all within walkable distance. The rooms are extremely small and not good for relaxing, I mean they are good for sleeping in the night if your are spending most of the day outside/sightseeing/eating,etc. The room is very congested with a double bed and a table aside that's it. The windows either open in shaft or towards other walls making the view blocked and makes you feel more congested. Bathrooms and toilet are nice and clean. The linens could be improved specially the towels are not weary and old and are not white anymore. They also smell like bleach. But all these points were not turn-offs for us as our priority was to stay at a central location and ended extending our stay twice here but if some is looking for a vacation place to relax and enjoy with a view or open air sitting area, etc then this might not be the right fit for them.

Towels are now old, smells like bleaching agent There is no soap provided/no dispenser near the washbasin area, everytime you need soap you either have to take it from the dispenser in the bathroom or buy your own and keep it as the wash basin area
