Hotel Am Konzerthaus is hands down one of the best hotels my husband and i have stayed. From the incredible design, extremely helpful and polite staff, to the incredibly clean and cozy rooms filled with very nice amenities, I would highly suggest it as one of the best options to stay when visiting vienna. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from the center of the city but has bus stops, tram stops, and train stations in very close proximity to it. It is situated in a very quiet area and you can also take the train from and to the airport. The closest train station is at 15 minutes walking distance, and the S7 will take you to and from the airport in a matter of 20 minutes. I would also suggest you try out their breakfast. It's an amazing buffet with everything you might want! The belvedere palace is only 5 minutes away, and in general, the hotel is very close to all the main tourist attractions you want to visit when going to vienna. Overall a wonderful stay!

Extortionate price of €30 per person for breakfast. Low ceilings in bedrooms made rooms feel claustrophobic.

The location was just perfect, right in the City centre close to everything, at walking distance from the major attractions and places of interest. It was just so magnificent. The room was super clean, classy with modern amenities. Their toiletteries are Occitane which was a very pleasant surprise. I had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food is just perfect.

Pretty much nothing. Maybe the breakfast is quite expensive while the cafes nearby offer great stuffs for much less.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Am Konzerthaus! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and its location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade, which made our stay even more special. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the thoughtful gesture of a bottle of wine, delicious chocolates, and a heartfelt card full of wishes truly touched us. It was a moment we will always remember! The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Thank you for making our time in Vienna so memorable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Most everything was superb as expected from a hotel of this rating. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, everywhere clean and fresh with a good amount of sockets, including USB. The location was in easy walking distance of everything and hop on bus stop 300 m away.

The bed was 2 singles pushed together rather than a real double, which moved apart as also 2 single sheets rather than 1 double and single duvets. It was not our preference, but it seemed to be the norm in Austria. However, other hotels used one sheet and affixed them. A small, but valuable point. No mirror at the desk/table in the room. My girlfriend had to stand to do her make-up, etc, in a steamy bathroom, which also meant I could not use it at the same time. How do hotel designers miss this important need?

I have always been very picky in my hotel selection and this wonderful hotel deserves 11/10! The staff was extremely helpful, all smiley and full of positive energy! All of the facilities of the hotel, the modern chic design and the cleanliness of the room, the product quality in the furniture and the bath products were really impressive and the breakfast was really amazing! I have also had a free upgrade for my room which was very kind and well appreciated! I was also so happy to find a relaxation kit every evening, with very nice quality products next to my bed, accompanied by the classical music which starts to play as soon as I enter to the room, with a very kind message, after long days of walking in the city! Such a nice service and warm welcome to my room where I have felt like I was at home. I also think the location was great, peaceful and 10 mn to walk to the city center. Thanks to the hotel and to everyone that contributed to my first Vienna journey with their positive energy! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to come back!

Really nothing ! Everything was amazing !

Breakfast was amazing, wide choice of all the food from vegetables and fruits, to cheeses and sausages, wide range of bakery products, marmalades, yogurts, eggs on its all varieties, omelettes... etc. Location of the hotel is amazing, especially, if you are into theatre or music (Theatre, Konzerthaus or Musikverein houses are very close). Anyway, the historic centre of the city is 5 minutes of walk. Very helpful staff in all levels !!!

We spent 2 nights in December there and entering the room (even with previous on-line check) it was a little bit cold. We need to heat it all the time to be comfortable in the room (5th floor). The bed was comfortable, but it moved a little bit around the floor, when you sit on. Variety of cusions. The breakfast room was crowdy all the time, but personal was very helpful fo find a seat for two of us.

close enough to old town and the major tourist attractions. Happy staff, great reception: Victoria got me into a room early and gave me some direction on getting around and finding a place for breakfast. Bar staff is top notch, made sure I was happy with my drink selection.

Let's see, the bed was comfortable, I was supplied with bottled water every day, the shower worked perfectly, the toilet flushed quietly, internet was relatively fast, the drinks at the bar were poured exactly, and my bed was made up each day and towels were fresh. Nope. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Very comfortable and quite spacious room. Excellent breakfast, I especially enjoyed Apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce. Hotel is located very close to the city center, I could reach everything on foot. Staff was very nice. I really liked that the hotel provided running routes through Vienna on an app called RunGo. I go for a run every morning and this way I could easily combine sightseeing with sport. Three routes where provided, the medium length one (6k) on Ringstraße, covering a lot of important buildings.

The hotel was quite expensive, however December is the busiest time in Vienna regarding tourism. And room and breakfast were well worth the money. Staff was so nice, the housekeeping actually folded my pyjamas.

We liked the design of the room and the lounge area. The location was perfect to get around to various sightseeing places as well as the inner city for shopping. Yet a bit calmer point so we were not disturbed in any way. Appreciated the hotels’ concern for the environment and the hospitality of the staff.

The breakfast was a bit stressful and the diversity of the food was scarce. Second day most things were dry or did not taste well. The cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom floor, could be better.
